Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of village head leadership on community participation in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Koepisino Village, Bonegunu District. The population in this study were the taxpayers (heads of families) in Koepisino Village, as many as 177 people. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling with a total sample of 64 people. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative.  The results in this study indicate that the leadership of the Village Head consists of dimensions 1) ways of communicating, 2) providing motivation, 3) leadership ability, 4) decision making, 5) positive power, which has a significant effect on community participation when paying Land and Building Tax (PBB). Then based on the results of the analysis of the effect of the village head on community participation in paying land and building taxes in the village of Koepisino, Bonegunu District, it shows that the effect of the village head is 58.3% and the remaining 41.7% is caused by other factors. Then the leadership dimension of the Village Head in Koepisino Village that gives the highest contribution to community participation in paying land and building taxes is the dimension of how to communicate. Meanwhile, the leadership dimension of the Village Head in Koepisino Village which gives the lowest contribution to community participation in paying land and building taxes is a positive dimension of power.

Abstract

Analisis Pemberian tunjangan Dan Insentif Dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari. Skripsi, Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis, Universitas Halu Oleo. (Dibimbing oleh  Akhyar dan Amir). Tujuan dari riset ini agar mengenali serta menganalisis pemberian tunjangan dan insentif terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari. Tata cara riset yang diaplikasikan dalam riset ini ialah dengan tata cara kualitatif yang disajikan dalam wujud perkata( tulisan) ataupun foto( audio) ataupun video yang mempunyai arti. Informasi tersebut dapat didapatkan lewat wawancara, pengamatan, perekaman serta lain- lain. Yang menjadi Informan dalam  penelitian ini adalah CSO PT.Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini jadi boleh disimpulkan jika tunjangan dan insentif yang diberikan oleh PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari dinilai tinggi sehingga  mampu meningkatkan loyalitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The research is aimed to know the behavior of Bureaucracy In Improving Quality of Care Public on Office Lurah Kambu, District of Kambu City Kendari. Informants in penelitian it is numbered 6 people consisting of informants keys numbered 1 as Lurah Kambu city of Kendari, informant main numbered 1 as Sekertari Lurah, informants both amounted to 2 people as employees / staff k antor Lurah Kambu informant three numbered 2 people as a community that Have Problems ministry 2. The data obtained from the study is a good form of primary data and the data of secondary will be analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Results of the study is to show the behavior of the bureaucracy in the Improvement of the quality of service of the Public maintain and improved in giving out the behavior of the bureaucracy in the service of the public to the public so that the service remains running effectively, matter is seen from the quality of service of the public who are already giving out the services that the maximum and produce a quality of service that is effective. In the quality of service for Public Office Lurah Kambu , District of Kambu City K endari relatively quite good, things have proved of the five principles of service.
