Abstract

The extension activity was located at SD Negeri 2 Sirnajaya Garut with the theme "Optimizing Balanced Nutrition", carried out through collaboration by the Garut University Pharmacy PKM team and Padjadjaran University Pharmacy. Fulfilling balanced nutrition can be done by consuming food every day which must contain various nutrients in the type and amount according to needs. Other considerations needed are food variety, clean lifestyle, physical activity, and weight monitoring. This activity aims to increase children's understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition in supporting physical and cognitive growth. This activity involved grade 5 and 6 students with 43% male students and 57% female students. This activity includes pretest, posttest, providing educational material delivered through presentations, educational videos and distributing flyers as well as holding a question and answer session. Based on the data obtained, this counseling succeeded in increasing students' understanding from 67% to 78%, and students became aware of implementing a healthy lifestyle in order to obtain balanced nutrition.

Abstract

Abstract : Pondok Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution in Indonesia which has an important role in religious education and the formation of the character of students. Interpersonal communication between the Kiayi (founder or leader of the pesantren) and the santri is very important in building close relationships and mutual understanding. Kiayi have strong authority and influence in guiding and fostering santri. Through the sowan tradition it becomes a means for direct communication and provides personal religious teachings and spiritual advice. Improving the religious attitude of the santri is the main goal, and interpersonal communication through the sowan tradition is expected to motivate, inspire and assist the santri in their daily religious practices. This study aims to determine the sowan tradition at the Khas Kempek Putri Islamic Boarding School Al Nashir Al Manshur, to find out the verbal and non-verbal communication of clerics in increasing the religiosity of students through the sowan tradition at the Khas Kempek Putri Islamic boarding school, Asrama Al Nashir Al Manshur. The research methodology uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data source for this research was obtained from interviews with several informants including Kiayi and Santri at the Islamic boarding school Khas Kempek Putri Asrama Al Nashir Al Manshur. Data collection techniques were taken through observation, interviews and documentation. Besides that, the data were analyzed by the steps of data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the kiai's interpersonal communication through the sowan tradition has an important role in increasing the religious attitude of the santri. The kiai's verbal communication can provide proper religious understanding and advice to the santri, while the kiai's nonverbal communication can help the santri understand religious values better. Abstract

Implementasi e-government di Indonesia terus didorong sebagai bagian dari transformasi birokrasi menuju tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel. Namun, efektivitas implementasi e-government tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keberadaan teknologi, tetapi juga pengalaman para aparatur sebagai pengguna utama sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali pengalaman aparatur pemerintah daerah dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi SORABI (Sistem Optimalisasi Arsip dan Administrasi Berbasis Informasi) di Kabupaten Karawang sebagai bentuk implementasi e-government dalam pelayanan administrasi dan pengelolaan bantuan sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta analisis dokumentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik pattern matching menurut Yin (2018). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SORABI meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan publik, akurasi data, dan integrasi antar–organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD). Namun, tantangan masih ditemukan pada infrastruktur, literasi digital aparatur, serta inkonsistensi pembaruan data dari tingkat desa/kelurahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan e-government sangat ditentukan oleh kesiapan SDM dan dukungan kelembagaan, bukan hanya teknologi. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan, memperkuat koordinasi lintas OPD, dan memperbaiki infrastruktur digital secara merata
