This research was based on the UPPKS (Prosperous Family Income Improvement Business) program spearheaded by BKKBN in order to improve welfare and establish a kb program consisting of family stages, especially pre-KS families. The problem started from the number of members of the UPPKS group who joined only slightly compared to the number of people, especially pre-KS in Tambaksari Village, which then raised the question of how the evaluation conducted by the policy implementers. The purpose of this research is to review and analyze the evaluation in the implementation of uppks program tambaksari village district Tirtajaya Karawang regency. The research used qualitative method with case study approach, namely determination of research participants with purposive sampling technique, data collection using observation, interview, documentation, and audio-visual material, as well as data analysis with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research seen from inputs, processes, outputs and overall outcomes have not been able to be carried out optimally both in terms of implementing policies related to human resources and budgets, the way of implementation of activities from socialization, coordination and implementation of participation and support is lacking, and the impact felt in the UPPKS program is not significant.

Research related to the implementation of the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village has not been researched, so it is hoped that by carrying out research related to P2WKSS in order to know the extent to which the P2WKSS Program in Sukadaya Village has been implemented and becomes material for evaluating the Bekasi Regency Government in implementing and implementing the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village and for in subsequent villages. This study was analyzed using an analysis knife of the implementation theory. Rondinelli. This research is located in Sukadaya Village. Researchers examined problems regarding the implementation of the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Sources of data that researchers use in research related to P2WKSS use primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out in 3 ways, namely: interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results of the research analysis explained that the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village has been implemented quite well, as many assisted residents have benefited from this program such as the Sukadaya Village environment so that it is more neatly organized and the assisted residents can increase their knowledge and skills, but its implementation is not optimal because the lack of budget in the aspect of sustainability causes the assisted residents to find it difficult to obtain capital to develop their skills so that many empowerments do not work.

Tahun 2020 adalah tahun ketika seluruh masyarakat dunia mengalami tantangan alam yang disebabkan pandemi Covid-19. Keberadaan virus itu tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan namun juga memberikan dampak pada berbagai sektor kehidupan masyarakat, terutama di bidang ekonomi. Berbagai sektor usaha terkena dampak pembatasan sosial yang dilakukan sebagai usaha untuk meminimalkan tingkat penularan virus. Kondisi tersebut mendorong sebuah upaya untuk dapat menjadi solusi bagaimana sebuah usaha di bidang ekonomi dapat tetap bertahan. Difusi inovasi di bidang kewirausahaan menjadi sebuah alternatif mengenai bagaimana sebuah UMKM dapat beradaptasi di tengah kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Karawang, yang sejak bulan Mei 2020 mulai menjalankan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) sebagai penanganan pengurangan tingkat penularan Covid-19. Kelompok usaha Bank Sampah dan BSF Maggot Greenday menjadi sasaran dalam kegiatan ini, sebagai pelaku usaha yang terkena dampak akibat diberlakukannya PSBB di Kabupaten Karawang.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini mengacu kepada upaya untuk dapat mengurangi dampak dari sampah plastik yang tidak diolah dan mempengaruhi kualitas lingkungan di Desa Siluman Kabupaten Subang. Permasalahan sampah merupakan permasalahan krusial seperti sampah bermaterial plastik yang sangat sukar untuk terurai. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan upaya sinergis dari berbagai pihak baik lembaga pemerintah maupun masyarakat umum untuk dapat menuntaskan permasalahan sampah terutama yang disebabkan oleh sampah plastik. Sehingga dampak negatif dari sampah plastik tersebut dapat dikurangi bahkan dihentikan.Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk Menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang betapa pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dari penumpukan sampah terutama yang berbahan material plastik; Mendorong keterlibatan aparatur desa serta masyarakat untuk bersinergi dalam menjaga lingkungan, dan; Memotivasi masyarakat untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam rangka mengurangi dampak sampah terutama yang berbahan material plastik.Seluruh kegiatan Pengabdian ini diselenggarakan selama 6 bulan, di Karawang. Melalui beberapa kegiatan yang berkesinambungan yaitu: (a). Identifikasi Permasalahan sampah melalui FGD, (b). Sosialisasi program Ecobriks,(c) Pelaksanaan simulasi pembuatan produk hasil Ecobriks. This article refers to efforts for reducing the impact of untreated plastic waste that affects the quality of the environment in Siluman Village, Subang Regency. The problem regarding rubbish is a crucial problem, especially with plastic material waste which is very difficult to decompose. Therefore, we need a synergistic effort from various parties, incliuding government agencies and the general public to be able to solve the rubbish problem, especially those caused by plastic waste. So that the negative impact of plastic waste can be reduced or even stopped.The purpose of this community service activity is to raise awareness about how important it is to protect the environment from the accumulation of rubbish, especially those made from plastic material; Encourage the involvement of village officials and the community to work together in protecting the environment, and; Motivate the community to continue the innovation in order to reduce the impact of rubbish, especially those made from plastic materials.The entire Community Service activity was around 6 months. Through several continuous activities, namely: (a). Rubbish problem identification through FGD, (b). Socialization of the Ecobrics program, (c) Implementation of the simulation of making Ecobriks products.

Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Protection is a system and process in planning, developing, utilizing, controlling, and monitoring agricultural land that is determined to be consistently protected in order to produce staple food for national food security. Currently, food agriculture land in Karawang Regency is increasingly under threat along with the rapid development of the industrial sector in the area and threats from the surrounding area. Not only because of the conversion into industrial land, but the existence of factories around it also threatens soil fertility and water quality due to the factory waste itself. The focus in this paper is how the Karawang Regency Government carries out Collaborative Governance in protecting sustainable food agricultural land. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The purpose of this research is to explain how to study and analyze the implementation of policies on the protection of sustainable agricultural land with one of the stages of collaborative governance from Ansell and Gash, namely share understanding. The results showed that the Government of Karawang Regency has succeeded in conducting share understanding in collaborative governance well because it has the same goal, namely to create national food security. Openness and interdependence with each other fosters a sense of understanding. However, the community's understanding regarding PLP2B is felt to be lacking because they have not received good socialization from the Karawang Regency Government.

As life develops very rapidly, the number of street vendors (PKL) is increasing day by day, so that more and more street vendors violate Regional Regulations. Street vendors often disturb public order, beauty and order. Therefore, the role of the Civil Service Police Unit is urgently needed in realizing security, peace and order. The theory in this study is based on the role theory according to Jones (in Zulpiansyah, 2019), including the role criteria as Regulatory Role (Policy Planner), Enabling Role (Policy Implementer) and Direct Role (Policy Supervisor). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the role of Satpol PP Karawang: Regulatory role, its advantages include: (1) the implementation of tasks has followed the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), (2) there is a schedule of routine activities or routine patrol schedules every month. The role of the Karawang Satpol PP as an enabling role, its weaknesses include: (1) the attitude of the officers in carrying out enforcement is less persuasive, (2) the coordination is not optimal because it is not carried out formally through work meetings. The role of the Karawang Satpol PP as a direct role includes: (1) routine patrol activities are just routine because they do not make direct appeals to street vendors (2) Karawang Satpol PP officers rarely communicate with street vendors, (3) Street vendors do not submit complaints and suggestions to the Karawang Satpol PP.

Sub-Department of Highways as part of the Office of Highways where the Sub-Department is the Office Work Unit in the implementation of Highways Department affairs in the City of Administration of East Jakarta. In carrying out these official affairs, the principle of good service must be carried out. One of the roles of the Bina Marga Sub-Department is that the Sub-Department has the task of carrying out the regulation, guidance, planning, management, development, maintenance, care, control, monitoring, evaluation, research, improvement, development and security of roads, bridges and road complementary buildings and road equipment. It is important for the East Jakarta area to highlight a face that looks good and neat. The Sub-Department of Highways has been stated in the Decree of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 111 of 2001 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Public Street Lighting Service and Utility Network Facilities for the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Where it has been regulated is the position and functions and duties of Bina Marga for the East Jakarta Region.

The purpose of this study is to describe how to evaluate the Competency-Based Workforce Training Program by the Bekasi City Manpower Office in 2021. The method of this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews with informants in this study. In this study, the author uses the theory of program evaluation according to Daniel Stufflebeam as a reference in analyzing which consists of the dimensions of context, input, process and output. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the Competency-Based Workforce Training Program by the Bekasi City Manpower Office is considered feasible to be continued but there are some improvements. From the context and process evaluation dimensions, the overall evaluation was good, but in the input and output evaluation dimensions problems were found such as the lack of teaching or instructor resources and also no monitoring and data collection from the Bekasi City Manpower Office after the training.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengenali Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Cibuaya Kecamatan Cibuaya Kabupaten Karawang setelah sejalan dengan ketetapan ataupun sebaliknya serta berbagai perihal yang berperan sebagai hambatan saat mengimplementasikannya. Metode yang dipakai untuk penelitian dengan metode kualitatif yang bertipe deskriptif. Dalam penghimpunan data dilangsungkan dengan pra-penelitian, tanyajawab, dokumentasi. Penelitian berlokasi di Desa Cibuaya Kecamatan Cibuaya Kabupaten Karawang.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwasanya pada Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Cibuaya Kecamatan Cibuaya Kabupaten Karawang seluruhnya berlangsung optimal, perihal tersebut diperlihatkan melalui terlayani nya sebagian kebutuhan masyarakat di ADD, peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur serta dipenuhinya fasilitas sosial masyarakat. Namun dalam penerapannya masih ada sejumlah hambatan pada saat memahami serta melangsungkan isi regulasi, kesalahan pada akurasi alokasi sumber dana, terlambatnya melaporkan ke tim ADD tingkat berikutnya serta minimnya pegawai yang memiliki keterampilan.
