Abstract

Educators are education personnel who are qualified as teachers, lecturers, counsellors, learning assistants, widyaswara, tutors, instructors, facilitators, and other designations by their specialities and participate in the implementation of education. Teachers' teaching experience as educators is essential in determining success in education. The length of service as a teacher will provide different experiences between one teacher and another. Classroom management is one of the tasks of educators who are never left behind. This study aimed to determine whether teacher teaching experience affects the skills of high school teachers in Malang Raya in managing the classroom. The method used in this research is ex post facto, using a quantitative descriptive approach, and no treatment is given to the sample. Pendidik adalah tenaga kependidikan yang berkualifikasi sebagai guru, dosen, konselor, pamong belajar, widyaswara, tutor, instruktur, fasilitator, dan sebutan lain yang sesuai dengan kekhususannya, serta berpartisipasi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Pengalaman mengajar guru sebagai pendidik merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Lamanya masa kerja sebagai seorang guru akan memberikan pengalaman yang berbeda antara guru yang satu dan yang lain. Pengelolaan kelas adalah salah satu tugas pendidik yang tidak pernah ditinggalkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengalaman mengajar guru berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan guru SMA di Malang Raya dalam mengelola kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan tidak ada perlakuan yang diberikan kepada sampel penelitian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of supervisor support on the implementation of Regional Financial Accounting Systems (SAID). This study usea quantitative method using primary data in the form of questionnaires. Questionnaires amounting to 100 were distributed to employees of the regional apparatus organization in Banyuwangi district who held positions as heads of agencies, secretaries, and finance departements. The results of the respondent's answers from filling out the questionnaire were processed using partial least square (PLS)analysis using the Smart PLS application.The results of this study indicate that supervisor support influences the implementation of AND, clarity of purpose does not affect the implementation of SAKD, and training affect the implementation of SAKD.The results of this study are expected to be a source of consideration and input for the local government on how organizational behaviour can influences SAKD to provide a transparent and accountable information. Supervisor support and training can support employees to generate financial reportswithin providing resources (systems) to facilitate their work.
