Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on the satisfaction of mothers with toddlers at Posyandu Melati Mekar RW 05, Margajaya Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The results showed that the service quality at Posyandu Melati Mekar was in the "very high" category with a score of 3,007 out of a maximum of 3,500, while the level of satisfaction among mothers was in the "high" category with a score of 2,900. The t test showed a t value of 9.592, which is greater than the t table value of 1.995, with a significance level of 0.001, indicating a significant influence of service quality on mother satisfaction. A correlation coefficient of 0.758 indicates a strong and positive relationship, while the determination coefficient of 57.5% shows that service quality greatly contributes to customer satisfaction. Thus, improving service quality can directly increase user satisfaction with posyandu services

Abstract

Komunitas Samin di Desa Karangrowo Undaan Kudus merupakan manifestasi dari komunitas Samin yang terdapat di  Desa Ploso Kediren Kecamatan Randublatung Kabupaten Blora Jawa Tengah, mereka adalah penganut agama “Adam” yang diajarkan oleh Ki Samin Surosentiko pada tahun 1890. Di Desa Karangrowo komunitas ini hidup di wilayah paling timur – selatan desa tepatnya di Dukuh Kaliyoso, komunitas Samin yang mendiami wilayah ini berjumlah 56 KK, dalam kesehariannya mereka terlihat melaksanakan ritus-ritus agama secara berbeda dengan agama Islam maupun Kristen.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, ini dimaksudkan untuk meneliti peristiwa sesuai kondisi real di lapangan dengan analisis data yang bersifat induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi gabungan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunitas Samin di Desa Karangrowo dalam relasinya dengan masyarakat terlihat memegang teguh nilai-nilai paseduluran yang khas, baik di antara komunitasnya sendiri maupun di luar komunitasnya, perwujudannya mereka selalu “guyub rukun” dalam acara-acara yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah desa dan saling merajut harmoni meski dengan penganut agama yang berbeda (Kristen dan Islam).

Abstract

Students who wear a veil got the radical stamp.  This article aims to see the body's meaning constructed by veiled students from the perspective of the sociology body. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The result shows that the body is divided into four regions. First, the meaning of the body from the constructionist perspective relating to the dimensions of weight and gender. Second, the body is understood as a cultural representation of social order and power. It relates to the social meaning of humans. The social meaning is constructed on positive and negative life activities. Third, the body is an agent and the veil is identity. Fourth, humans learn physical practices that are needed in everyday life to show social class position.

Abstract

The existence of students from Sedulur Sikep generation in formal institutions is in a positive situation, because historically Sedulur Sikep as a community is not educated people, however, on the other hand their existence raises new polemic related to religious education they may take due to the political issues about the religious education at formal education institutions includes six religions, namely Islamic religious education, Christian religious education, Chatholic religious education, Hindu religious education, Buddhist religious education, and education of Confucianism. While students from Sedulur Sikep generation recognize other religion exclude those six religions. Here, the formal institutions in Kudus use and interpret religious education differently from the purpose and function of religious education, for the fulfillment of general education for students from Sedulur Sikep generation in the space of formal institutions in Kudus.keberadaan siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep di lembaga formal, pada satu  sisi  merupakan keadaan yang positif,karena secara historis Sedulur Sikep dianggap sebagai komunitas yang tidak berpendidikan dalam artian (tidak bersekolah formal-red), namun pada sisi yang lainnya keberadaan siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep memunculkan polemik baru terkait pendidikan agama yang harus mereka jalani. Karena permasalahan  politis yang menyatakan pendidikan agama pada lembaga formal mencakup enam agama yaitu Pendidikan agama Islam, Pendidikan agama  Kristen, Pendidikan agama katolik, Pendidikan agama hindu, Pendidikan agama buddha, dan Pendidikan agama konghucu. Sementara siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep mengakui agama secara berbeda dari ke enam agama tersebut. Sehingga di sini pihak lembaga formal di kudus menggunakan serta menafsirkan pendidikan agama secara berbeda dari tujuan dan fungsi pendidikan agama, demi terpenuhinya pendidikan secara umum bagi siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep dalam ruang lembaga formal di kudus

Abstract

Sedulur sikep community are one of Javanese tribes who still continoue their ancestral tradition. They discard all of modernization including mass media, trading, politics, and trading. Therefore this article aims to reveal the meaning of mass media from Sedulur sikep perspective and how they response to the mass media existance. This research is a descriptive qualitative method. The results shows that the Sedulur Sikep community manifested the mass media in three attitudes; 1) rejecting the media, carried out by the older generation, 2) semi accepting the mass media with motivational needs and 3) receiving in full, in addition to taking Sedulur sikep in disseminating the information through the internet.
