Abstract

The existence of digital disruption and millennial disruption in Indonesia has an impact on competition in all industrial sectors, both commercial and non-commercial industries, including the Jakarta Islamic Center Islamic Youth and Youth Council (Madaris). With increasingly massive digital developments, Madaris JIC must be able to adapt to develop the economy for the organization and its members. The problem currently faced by Madaris JIC is the difficulties experienced by Madaris JIC in empowering and improving the economy of the organization and its members, especially with the lack of experience in marketing products and advertising messages that are less attractive. This is of course a problem that must be addressed immediately, one of which is by training on the use of ChatGPT to optimize copywriting among organizations and their members. Therefore, Lecturers and Students of the Digital Business Study Program held community service with the aim of helping Jakarta Islamic Center Mosque Youth in empowering the economy for the organization and its members

Abstract

Digitalization and the millennial era in Indonesia brought an effect to the competition in all industrial, commercial and non-commercial sectors that includes at the Islamic Youth Council of Jakarta Islamic Center which is known as Madaris JIC. By the advancement of digitalization which increases rapidly, has forced Madaris JIC to adjust with these conditions in order to develop the economy of the organization and its members. The obstacles that need to be faced by Madaris JIC is the lack of understanding in the use of graphic design applications which applied in products, packaging and posters in an effort to support economic empowerment within the organization. This became an urgent matter which one of that is graphic design education. Therefore, lecturers and students from Digital Business Study Program at the University of Nusa Mandiri (UNM) performed community service with aim to assist Madaris JIC youth to strengthen the economy of the organization and its members. The method used in this service is a persuasive lecture. This kind of service activity helps the participants to look for new ideas and use it to their products so as to improve their economy. The results of this assistance activity can increase the economy by 80% even though the selling price has increased due to additional operational costs in printing packaging designs that do not affect sales within the Madaris JIC environment. This activity also helps spread Madaris JIC da'wah through more creative and innovative product designs, packaging and da'wah posters so that it has an impact on Madaris JIC's brand awareness among the general public.

Abstract

Covid-19 yang terjadi pada akhir 2019 lalu memberikan dampak besar bagi seluruh lini kehidupan manusia diseluruh dunia tak terkecuali bidang pendidikan di Indonesia. Bahkan pemerintah Indonesia memberikan kebijakan baru bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia agar proses belajar mengajar diseluruh jenjang pendidikan tetap berjalan yakni dengan mengubah metode pembelajaran menjadi daring. Paltform pembelajaran secara daring yang sering dipakai antara mahasiswa dan dosen adalah aplikasi zoom meeting. Seiring dengan padatnya pembelajaran daring ini mengakibatkan kelelahan fisik yang dirasakan mahasiswa yang dikenal dengan zoom fatigue. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penulis tertarik melakukan prediksi terhadap dampak kelelahan fisik yang dirasakan mahasiswa dari penggunaan audio device pada saat menggunakan zoom meeting dengan memanfaatkan metode Random Forest, sehingga hasil dari penelitian tersebut ditampilkan earphone menjadi jenis audio device yang paling banyak menyebabkan berbagai keluhan diantaranya keluhan mata lelah, pegal jari, pegal leher, pegal pinggang, sakit mata dengan rata-rata waktu penggunaan zoom meeting dengan earphone yakni 20 jam. Kata Kunci: Prediksi, Zoom Fatigue, Random Forest

Abstract

Teknologi dimasa pandemic saat ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam berbagai bidang khususnya proses belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan oleh hampir seluruh jenjang pendidikan, khususnya jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Namun pada kenyataannya mahasiswa justru tidak menggunakan media tersebut secara optimal bahkan menurut artikel dari jurnal berjudul “Penilaian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan Tingkat Tinggi yang dikeluarkan pada 30 September 2019” Jasa joki online dikalangan mahasiswa sudah berkembang menjadi bisnis global. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diatas peneliti memanfaatkan teknologi Biometrics Authentication and Recognition. Dalam penelitian ini permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu bagaimana melakukan pengenalan wajah mahasiswa dalam sistem absensi di elearning yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi wajah mahasiswa untuk dapat mengakses sistem elearning tersebut. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan penulis saat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Principal Component Analysis menggunakan pengukuran jarak Euclidean untuk mencari kemiripan ciri suatu citra serta menghasilkan nilai maksimum dan minimum dari 50 citra yang diuji, sehingga akan diperoleh output wajah yang dikenali dan tidak dikenali, maka menghasilkan min distance terkecil sebesar 0.832% dari citra wajah Baijingting dan min distance terbesar dari citra wajah Aidai dengan jarak sebesar 0.973%.

Abstract

The background of this study is predicting the health risk levels of hajj pilgrims, which is a significant challenge in improving healthcare services during the pilgrimage. This research contributes by systematically evaluating several machine learning techniques and applying SMOTE to balance the dataset, as opposed to previous studies that relied on single-model classification approaches. The data analyzed includes 5,000 health records of pilgrims, covering various attributes such as age, gender, medical history, and disease diagnosis, sourced from the Siskohat database of the Directorate General of Hajj and Umrah Management. The results show that Cross-Validation (Logistic Regression) achieved the highest accuracy (87.9%) after applying SMOTE, outperforming Decision Tree (86.4%) and K-NN (83.1%). These findings highlight that SMOTE significantly enhances recall, ensuring better identification of high-risk patients. The implications of these results contribute to hajj health management by providing a robust predictive framework that improves early risk detection and medical resource allocation, while also demonstrating a novel approach to handling imbalanced healthcare datasets.

Abstract

This community service program was conducted to address challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) under the Genggam Teman Indonesia Foundation, particularly in product quality, branding, and technology use. Held in a hybrid format at Nusa Mandiri University, Jatiwaringin Campus, the program involved 21 MSME participants. The training aimed to strengthen knowledge and skills in branding, product design, raw material selection, production standards, and quality control. Methods included preliminary surveys, lectures, interactive discussions, and evaluations through pre- and post-training questionnaires. Results indicated improvements in participants’ understanding of product design and branding, ability to select quality raw materials, application of production standards, and implementation of quality control. Confidence in marketing products also increased. Active involvement of participants, who presented their products as case studies, made the sessions more contextual and practical. However, limited capital, restricted distribution channels, and varying digital literacy remained obstacles. In conclusion, the program enhanced MSMEs’ capacity in product quality and branding. Future activities should emphasize sustainable mentoring and collaboration with stakeholders to expand access to financing, distribution, and raw materials, thereby creating a stronger support system for MSME growth.

Abstract

Isu kepemilikan rumah menjadi tantangan utama bagi pasangan muda, terutama karena kenaikan harga rumah yang tidak sebanding dengan pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan finansial bagi pasangan muda yang ingin memiliki rumah pribadi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi machine learning dengan melakukan prediksi harga rumah dengan memanfaatkan algoritma XGBRegressor sebuah metode machine laerning berbasis ensemble dengan kemampuan generalisasi yang baik terhadap data kompleks. Dataset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi berbagai variabel seperti luas bangunan, luas tanah, jumlah kamar tidur, jumlah kamar mandi dan kapasitas mobil dalam garasi yang memengaruhi harga rumah. Proses penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, pre-processing, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi model dengan menggunakan metrik MAE, MSE dan R2 SCore. Dimana hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa model XGBRegressor mampu mempresiksi harga rumah dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik dengan nilai R2 Score 0.77 serta kesalahan prediksi yang ditunjukan pada nilai MAE dan MSE yang rendah. Penelitian ini mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi pasangan muda yang ingin memiliki rumah pribadi untuk perencanaan finansial masa depan dalam bentuk alat bantu pengambilan keputusan berbasis data secara lebih rasional.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of audience interaction with the Instagram content of @minisoindo, despite the account having a large number of followers. This shows that there are challenges in utilizing social media optimally to increase customer engagement and build brand awareness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of content marketing on customer engagement and brand awareness, as well as identify the most effective content strategy elements in supporting these two variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data was collected through an online survey of 100 respondents who were followers of the @minisoindo Instagram account using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out with SEM-PLS. The findings show that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement by 77,9% and on brand awareness by 57,3%. In addition, the study found that easy-to-understand, easy-to-find, and accurate content is the most effective element of strategies in building customer engagement and strengthening brand awareness. Future research is recommended to examine the effectiveness of content marketing on other platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or X by employing a mixed methods approach to gain deeper insights.
