Abstract

Covid-19 has become a world frightening global pandemic in humans history including in Indonesia. This resulted in large-scale social restrictions that have an impact to all business sectors in Indonesia, including the Al-Birru Indonesia Jaya Foundation, which is a non-profit organization at Bekasi. Therefore, it is necessary to use social media in order to increase the marketing of Al-Birru Indonesia Jaya Foundation so that it will continue to exist and help the orphans and poor people to get better education. According to these reasons background, Universitas Nusa Mandiri held a socialization through social media marketing to increase the marketing of the Al-Birru Indonesia Jaya Foundation. The types of outputs produced from this community service activity are in the form of press releases in electronic print media, and documentation in the form of photos of community service itself. The purpose from this socialization are to introduce Facebook-Ads and Instagram-Ads applications as marketing media and convey appropriate strategies to increase the marketing of the Al-Birru Indonesia Jaya Foundation so that it would get better known in the public and also would have an impact to the income of the Al-Birru Indonesia Jaya Foundation in an efforts to help orphans and poor people get a better education. The result of this socialization is to improved the knowledge and understanding from the participants relates to on how to use social media marketing properly and appropriately with hopes to improve the marketing of the Foundation so it would get better known by the wider community

Abstract

The existence of digital disruption and millennial disruption in Indonesia has an impact on competition in all industrial sectors, both commercial and non-commercial industries, including the Jakarta Islamic Center Islamic Youth and Youth Council (Madaris). With increasingly massive digital developments, Madaris JIC must be able to adapt to develop the economy for the organization and its members. The problem currently faced by Madaris JIC is the difficulties experienced by Madaris JIC in empowering and improving the economy of the organization and its members, especially with the lack of experience in marketing products and advertising messages that are less attractive. This is of course a problem that must be addressed immediately, one of which is by training on the use of ChatGPT to optimize copywriting among organizations and their members. Abstract

Digitalization and the millennial era in Indonesia brought an effect to the competition in all industrial, commercial and non-commercial sectors that includes at the Islamic Youth Council of Jakarta Islamic Center which is known as Madaris JIC. By the advancement of digitalization which increases rapidly, has forced Madaris JIC to adjust with these conditions in order to develop the economy of the organization and its members. The obstacles that need to be faced by Madaris JIC is the lack of understanding in the use of graphic design applications which applied in products, packaging and posters in an effort to support economic empowerment within the organization. This became an urgent matter which one of that is graphic design education. Therefore, lecturers and students from Digital Business Study Program at the University of Nusa Mandiri (UNM) performed community service with aim to assist Madaris JIC youth to strengthen the economy of the organization and its members. The method used in this service is a persuasive lecture. This kind of service activity helps the participants to look for new ideas and use it to their products so as to improve their economy. The results of this assistance activity can increase the economy by 80% even though the selling price has increased due to additional operational costs in printing packaging designs that do not affect sales within the Madaris JIC environment. This activity also helps spread Madaris JIC da'wah through more creative and innovative product designs, packaging and da'wah posters so that it has an impact on Madaris JIC's brand awareness among the general public.

Abstract

This study seeks to comprehend and assess the factors that affect the performance of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The research sample comprises 180 participants, who are PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. A snowball sampling technique was utilized for participant selection. The data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.2.8 software, encompassing both outer and inner model assessments to evaluate the research hypotheses. The study's outcomes reveal that self-efficacy, training, and achievement motivation have a substantial impact on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Furthermore, self-efficacy and training affect the achievement motivation of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Additionally, achievement motivation plays a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy, training, and the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

The community service activity holds a crucial urgency in raising awareness about the significant role of youth in village development, particularly in Ragunan District. By organizing the "Leadership Training: From Organization to Become The Best Leader" event, the primary aim is to provide a profound understanding of effective leadership for the younger generation, especially for the management of Karang Taruna RW 01 Ragunan. Through a series of leadership training and skill development, it is expected that participants can lead more effectively and actively contribute to the advancement of their villages. The targeted outcomes include the enhancement of quality and capacity among youth in leadership, innovation, and contribution to village development, as well as the establishment of strong networking and collaboration among youth in Ragunan District.

Abstract

In the midst of digital business growth rapidly and Covid-19 pandemic that has lasted for several years, people tends to carry out all their activities from home, including fulfilling their needs through various e-commerce services. This research model intends to investigate the important role from customer perceived value in increasing online repurchase intention on various e-commerce sites in Indonesia, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada and Blibli. This research method designed by quantitative causality with a total sample of 310 people through snowball sampling. The analytical method used AMOS-SEM to verified the role of customer value perceptions. This results shows that customer perceived value indirectly act as an crucial part in increasing the influence from e-service quality, ease of use, store image and online promotion on online repurchase intention.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to decrease the intention of millennial employees to leave startup companies in Indonesia through the roles of Ambidextrous Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Career Development, and job satisfaction. Background Problems: The startup industry in Indonesia is rapidly growing alongside advancements in information and communication technology, yet still faces high turnover rates. Novelty: The uniqueness of this research lies in its focus on Ambidextrous Leadership, which combines exploration, exploitation, and flexibility, aligning well with the millennial generation's penchant for change and the development of new ideas in startup companies. Research Methods: This research adopts a quantitative method with a causal research design. A sample of 300 respondents is chosen through the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis involves utilizing SEM-PLS to examine the research hypotheses. Finding/Results: In the context of startup companies, Ambidextrous Leadership, Work-Life Balance, and Career Development play crucial roles in enhancing job satisfaction and reducing employee Turnover Intention. Conclusion: The managerial implication is that startup company leaders need to adopt an Ambidextrous Leadership approach, prioritize Work-Life Balance, and provide clear Career Development opportunities to retain talent and improve employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Padang restaurants are one of the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) offering a variety of typical Minangkabau cuisine from Padang, West Sumatra. In the capital city of Jakarta, there are many Padang restaurant MSMEs with tight competition and various sales methods. Each Padang restaurant has different incomes, depending on its sales strategy and competitiveness in the market. To compete and maintain its income, business owners must have an effective sales strategy. This study aims to understand how the location of the business, sales strategies, and income variations affect the performance of Padang restaurant businesses. The subject of this research is the Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo Tipar Cakung. Data collection methods were carried out through field research, direct observation, interviews with owners and employees, and collection of related business documents. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative case study approach. The observation results show that at the location of Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo, there are also two other competitors. When one competitor is not operating, customers tend to switch to Ampera Saiyo restaurant, and vice versa. The problem often faced by Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo is income instability. The factors influencing this instability are competition among Padang restaurants. To overcome this challenge, one of the sales strategies applied is to utilize digital marketing, such as GoFood and GrabFood, to expand market reach and increase visibility of Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo among potential customers.

Abstract

The use of e-commerce in Indonesia has grown very rapidly and continues to increase. Erigo Store has become one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing purchase decisions at Erigo Store. This research uses a qualitative method through interviews and observations. The research sample consists of 27 key respondents who are Erigo Store consumers. The results of this study indicate that Indonesian e-commerce consumers tend to look for quality products at affordable prices. Positive reviews from other consumers also become an important factor that can increase consumer trust and encourage them to make purchases. This research provides valuable insights for business owners and marketers in the e-commerce market. These findings affirm that companies need to understand the importance of maintaining a balance between price and product quality to enhance consumer appeal and trust.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurship on the dynamic capabilities and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The focus of the study is specifically on culinary SMEs situated in the Jabodetabek Region, utilizing a quantitative-causal research methodology. The sample consists of 220 culinary SMEs with a business history exceeding 5 years, and data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach. The findings from the analysis of these 220 culinary SMEs reveal the potential of market orientation and entrepreneurship to enhance dynamic capabilities and SME performance. Moreover, the study highlights the positive impact of dynamic capabilities on SME performance and identifies an indirect pathway through which market orientation and entrepreneurship can amplify SME performance by utilizing the mediating role of dynamic capabilities.
