Abstract

This study examines the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method for classifying applicant data in data-driven job fair activities. The challenges faced include managing large volumes of applicant data and identifying optimal parameters for classification. The study uses a dataset containing 20,000 entries from Kaggle, with attributes such as skills, work experience, and completed projects. After data preprocessing, experiments were conducted using the KNN method with the Euclidean Distance algorithm, within a range of k values from 3 to 9. The results show that k = 3 provides the best performance with an accuracy of 65.00%, precision of 63.78%, recall of 71.88%, and an F1-score of 67.64%. The conclusion indicates that smaller k values capture local patterns better, while larger k values tend to reduce performance. This research contributes to the development of data-driven recruitment systems by enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of applicant selection. Further studies are recommended to explore additional optimization methods and feature combinations to improve classification accuracy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assist the company in determining the best product to use based on production results so that it can increase customer satisfaction in using and consuming products sold using the preference selection index method. The application of the preference selection index method in determining the best product will result in a comparison of the values of all product data produced in the 1st quarter period. So that the developed decision support system can determine the best product according to predetermined criteria. The calculation of determining the best product using the preference selection index shows that the results of calculating the final value of the 1st best product get a final score of 0.9495 obtained for the Original Banana Chips product, the 2nd best product gets a final score of 0.8969 obtained for the Banana Chips product Balado Hijau and the 3rd best product with a final score of 0.8783 was obtained for the Milk Banana Chips product.

Abstract

The culinary MSME sector in Desa Prima Gayatri, Bangunjiwo, Kasihan, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region, faces challenges due to unappealing packaging designs, resulting in low consumer interest and limited product competitiveness. This issue arises from the lack of understanding and digital design skills among business owners in creating professional packaging. This community service program aims to train MSME owners to design their product packaging independently using free digital platforms. The smart packaging design approach was implemented to enhance packaging aesthetics, strengthen branding, and increase product value. The training was conducted systematically through several stages, including a needs assessment survey, module development, theoretical and practical training sessions, and evaluation through questionnaires and post-training monitoring. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants' abilities. Based on data from 22 respondents, digital design skills increased by 81%, with an average score of 4.45 out of 5. Participant satisfaction with the training materials and methods was also high, with an average score of 4.59, and 95.45% of participants agreed that the training effectively addressed their challenges. Participants successfully created new packaging designs that were more attractive and professional, enhancing product image and consumer interest.

Abstract

PT. Shiroki Indonesia Cikarang is moving on the field of automotive spare parts manufacturing such as window regulator, seat recliner, sear track as well as floor lock. The activity uses a tool/machine as a support to produce spare parts that have good quality. With so many of these machines, then the company needs to do the maintenance and also the maintenance of the machine well. Scheduling of maintenance and maintenance of machinery production equipment still uses the record on board and requires information from the operator to be submitted to the technician. Therefore, it is necessary to create a web-based maintenance schedule application that can facilitate the performance of the staff in making the maintenance schedule of the production equipment more effective and efficient as well as the availability of reports from the maitenance. The research method used is the waterfall method which has five stages namely needs analysis, design, program code making, testing and support or maintenance. The schedule maintenance application was created using the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter framework and the MySql database.

Abstract

Saat ini kemajuan teknologi sangat pesat, begitu juga halnya penggunaan internet semakin meningkat. Perubahan tersebut didukung dengan berkembangnya media komunikasi yang membuat jumlah penggunaan internet meningkat dan mendorong persebaran informasi sangat cepat melalui aplikasi sosial media. Aplikasi TikTok merupakan salah satu sosial media di Indonesia yang sangat popular saat ini. Aplikasi TikTok memberikan wadah untuk membuat video dengan durasi 60 detik dan mempunyai banyak fitur seperti menambahkan musik, mengubah suara, memberikan filter, menambahkan efek dan stiker. Pengguna aplikasi tersebut dari anak dibawah umur sampai dengan yang sudah tua maka tidak sedikit pengguna memberikan ulasan positif maupun negatif. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini membantu pengguna untuk menganalisis data ulasan tersebut dengan melakukan eksperimen menggunakan teknik klasifikasi sentimen menggunakan metode BM25 sebagai pembobotan kata, dan Improved K-NN sebagai penentu dalam memilih sentimen dengan menambahkan fitur Chi-Square guna untuk mengurangi jumlah kata dalam klasifikasi. Pengujian menggunakan 5 kali pengujian rasio fitur kemudian di dapatkan hasil terbaik dari rasio fitur 50% dan k = 20 sehingga memperoleh hasil terbaik yaitu nilai precision 70,03%, recall 67,22%, accuracy 83,33% dan f-measure 66,26%. Dapat disimpulkan untuk penambahan fitur seleksi dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil recall, f-measure, precision, dan accuracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk memvisualisasikan bangunan 3D Pondok Ar-Royyaan Yogyakarta dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis Android. Di tengah peran strategis pondok pesantren dalam pendidikan Islam serta dominasi penduduk Muslim di Indonesia, calon santri dan masyarakat masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi rinci mengenai fasilitas pesantren, seperti bentuk bangunan dan ukuran kamar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dalam pengembangan aplikasinya. Aplikasi AR ini memanfaatkan marker sebagai pemicu untuk menampilkan objek 3D secara interaktif. Tujuan utamanya adalah memberikan pengalaman visual yang lebih mendalam mengenai tata letak dan fasilitas pondok pesantren. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah aplikasi yang memudahkan akses informasi bagi calon santri dan masyarakat umum. Manfaat yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan efisiensi dalam penyebaran informasi serta kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di pondok pesantren melalui integrasi teknologi modern. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat menjadi inovasi dalam metode penyampaian informasi di lingkungan pendidikan Islam dan memperluas aksesibilitas informasi bagi masyarakat secara lebih luas.
