Abstract

Dengan semakin tersedianya pilihan informasi digital saat ini, definisi multimedia yang umum diterima adalah kombinasi dari berbagai media seperti teks, gambar, suara, video, animasi. Dalam teoris basisdata, multimedia basisdata mulai dikenalkan yaitu kumpulan data multimedia terkait. Basisdata yang dipilih untuk optimasi dalam penelitian ini adalah MDID (Multiply Distorted Image Database) yang terdiri dari 20 gambar referensi dan 1600 gambar yang sudah diberikan distorsi. Basidata 1600 gambar tersebut akan diuji kecocokan dengan 20 gambar referensi dengan menggunakan metode ImageDNA. Nilai ImageDNA kemudian dilakukan uji data pencilan, sehingga gambar yang nilai ImageDNAnya ekstrim akan dikeluarkan dari basisdata MDID. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ada 100 gambar yang dikeluarkan

Abstract

Penggunaan Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam pendidikan merupakan bidang yang kompleks dan terus berkembang pesat. Perkembangan ini membawa potensi besar untuk mentransformasi proses belajar-mengajar, namun juga menimbulkan berbagai tantangan etis dan praktis yang perlu diatasi. Implementasi AI dalam pendidikan membutuhkan pertimbangan yang cermat dan menyeluruh terhadap berbagai aspek kritis, termasuk privasi data peserta didik, keadilan dan inklusivitas dalam akses serta penggunaan teknologi, transparansi algoritma dan pengambilan keputusan, tingkat dan bentuk kontrol manusia yang tepat, aksesibilitas bagi semua kelompok peserta didik termasuk mereka dengan kebutuhan khusus, serta potensi dampak jangka panjang terhadap perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional peserta didik. Mengingat kompleksitas isu-isu tersebut, pendekatan etis terhadap integrasi AI dalam pendidikan harus melibatkan dialog berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi erat antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Hal ini mencakup pendidik di berbagai tingkatan, pengembang teknologi AI, pembuat kebijakan pendidikan, siswa sebagai pengguna utama, serta masyarakat luas yang memiliki kepentingan dalam sistem pendidikan. Tujuan utama dari dialog dan kolaborasi ini adalah untuk memastikan bahwa teknologi AI diimplementasikan dan digunakan dengan cara yang tidak hanya bermanfaat dari segi edukasi, tetapi juga adil, etis, dan menghormati hak-hak serta kepentingan semua pihak yang terlibat. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam berbagai aspek penggunaan AI dalam pendidikan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis manfaat potensial dari integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Technological developments have encouraged various business sectors to adapt to digitalization, including the baby equipment rental sector. This study aims to design and build a web-based baby equipment rental information system using the Laravel Framework at the Rafana Rent Store in Palopo City. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach using a prototype development model. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of the rental process carried out manually. The results of this study indicate that the system created can overcome various problems in the manual rental process, such as delays in service, recording, which is still done manually in notebooks, and lack of efficiency in payment confirmation. This system provides main features such as online ordering, uploading proof of payment, and managing stock of goods. Through the trials, the system was considered to facilitate customers in carrying out the rental process, which can be done anytime and anywhere, and help shop owners manage transaction data more accurately and provide efficient service to customers. Implementing this system is expected to improve the quality of service and speed up and simplify the rental process. The Rafana Rent Store can manage its business more professionally and be ready to face the digitalization era. This system can also be an example of the application of information technology in micro businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to design a correspondence management system in the Kanna Utara village office based on a website that previously used manual methods through bookkeeping and Microsoft Word/Excel applications; these methods have various weaknesses, such as easy archive damage, limitations in searching for letters, and potential data loss. The system, which was designed using the Laravel framework with an agile development approach, aims to improve efficiency, security, and ease of access for both village officials and the community. This qualitative research approach uses observation and interviews to identify user needs, such as digital management of incoming and outgoing letters, online submission by the community, and tracking of letter status in real time. This system has separate features between Kanna Utara village office employees and the community to ensure access authority according to their respective roles. Kanna Utara village office employees can monitor and manage letters through the admin dashboard, and the community can submit letter requests and view letter status on the public dashboard. The simple interface makes it easy for village officials with technical limitations to operate the system. Although the system is running well, development, such as digital signatures and automatic notifications via short messages, is still needed. This study concludes that digitalizing the correspondence system at the village level is possible and can be used as a model for other villages with similar conditions.
