The phenomenon that occurs in the company's performance where the performance targets set by the company have not been achieved and the HR performance at PT KSE has not been optimal. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competitiveness and marketing strategy on company performance at PT. Energy Source Works. This research design uses a cross-sectional design. Cross-sectional is the study of independent and dependent variables measured simultaneously. The sample of this study was 90 PT KSE service users from 18 service user companies taking as many as 5 people per company with a total of 90 people. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS Software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of competitiveness on the company's performance at PT. Karya Sumber Energy, with a coefficient value of X1 of 0.200 with T calculated > T table, Has a positive and significant influence of marketing strategy on company performance at PT. Karya Sumber Energy, with a coefficient value of X2 0.702 with T calculated > T table and There is a positive and significant influence of competitiveness and marketing strategy together on company performance at PT. Energy Source Work, with a coefficient of determination value of 0.735 or 73.5% with F calculated > F table

To achieve this success, companies have production factors such as human resources, capital, raw materials and machines. However, compared to other company-specific factors, it is the human resource factor that makes the biggest or main contribution to the success of a company. Analyzing the coefficient of determination (Kd) obtained a coefficient of determination of 55.2%, which means work motivation (variable) is part of the author's analysis in the research. We analyzed the correlation coefficient (r) and found that the correlation coefficient r = 0.74. These results mean that the work incentives provided by a company are closely related to employee performance. If the correlation results are positive, it means the relationship is in the same direction, and when motivation decreases, employee performance also decreases. High work motivation encourages employees to work as best as possible according to the company's plans, thus supporting the company's survival.

This research is titled Newspaper Binding in the Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of binding the newspaper Archives and West Sumatra Province Library. data collection method used is to use the method of participation that is directly involved in activities carried out by the library by observing activities. The results of this study explain that the binding process that exists in the Archives Service and the Library of West Sumatra Province is to use manual tools such as newspaper-size board paper, plano-size asturo paper, plano-size brief card paper, nylon thread, paper glue wood drill, tailor, knife blade, measuring instrument. In carrying out bindery activities there are still many things that have not been carried out on a scheduled basis. Because binding is still done when free time. The benefit of carrying out binding is that it can keep the newspaper's information and physical damage.Keywords: binding; preservation; library material Penelitian ini berjudul Penjilidan Surat Kabar di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripkan proses penjilidan surat kabar Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode partisipasi yaitu secara langsung ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan perpustakaan dengan cara mengamati kegiatan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa proses penjilidan yang ada pada Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah dengan menggunakan alat-alat manual seperti board paper ukuran surat kabar, kertas asturo ukuran plano, kertas brief card ukuran plano, benang nilon, bor kayu lem kertas, penjahit, pisau kater, alat ukur. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penjilidan masih banya belum terlaksana secara terjadwal. Karena penjilidan masih dilakukan ketika waktu luang. Manfaat dalam melaksanakan penjilidan adalah dapat menjaga informasi serta fisik surat kabar dari kerusakan.Kata Kunci: penjilidan; preservasi; bahan pustaka

This research was conducted at automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the period 2015 - 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah. Sarana Tbk in 2015-2019 using the Du Pont System method and what factors affect differences in financial performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques using the du pont method. The data used in this research is the financial statement data of the companies PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the last five years in 2015-2019. The results of the research that has been done show that the financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for five years, the authors can conclude that based on the average Return On Assets (ROA), the average Net Profit Margin (NPM), and the average Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), during 2015-2019 shows that PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, has a better financial performance than PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk. As for the factors causing the decline in the value of TATO, NPM and ROA, namely the decrease in net income due to the influence of total costs and the company's ineffectiveness in managing existing assets, so that the profit resulting from the comparison of the value of net income to total assets is very small.
