Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan individu dengan usia 0-6 tahun yang sedang berkembang. Dimana dalam perkembangannya tersebut tentu ia membutuhkan stimulasi. Pemberian stimulus yang tepat tentu akan mengembangkan dan mengoptimalkan aspek perkembangan anak sehingga potensi anak untuk tumbuh kembangnya semakin pesat. Potensi pada anak yang perlu dikembangkan mencakup seluruh aspek perkembangan kemampuan dasar anak, yaitu aspek fisik motorik, kognitif, bahasa, sosial emosi, seni serta moral dan agama. Oleh sebab itu, pemberian stimulus tidak hanya didapatkan dari alat permainan edukatif yang ada di pasaran, melainkan bisa dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan yang ada dilingkungan sekitar. Banyak hal yang bisa ditemukan dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar anak. Tidak hanya penekanan dari segi ekonomi, melainkan semakin mendekatkan hubungan antara anak dengan orangtua dan menanamkan kepada anak sejak dini rasa cinta kepada lingkungan.

Abstract

Now the initial writing activities at school need to be developed and modified again to attract early childhood interest in early writing activities through media puzzle. Early writing skills have a very important role in literacy recognition. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe more deeply and comprehensively about the effect of puzzle media on the early writing ability of group B TK Agripina Surabaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using the One Group Pretest - Postest design. The sample used was all students of Group B TK Agripina with a total of 20. Data were collected from the results of observations of performance tests, with instrument performance observation sheets. Data analysis techniques using the t test formula. The results showed that the calculated value t = 8.40 is greater than the value of t table (1.72913) at the 0.05 significance level and (2.53948) at the 0.01 significance level, then the null hypothesis was rejected so that the working hypothesis was accepted. This shows the Working Hypothesis proved to be very significant. Thus it can be stated that "Media Puzzle has a very significant effect on the early writing ability of Group B TK Agripina Surabaya”.

Abstract

Picture card games are one type of game that can support early childhood education in aspects of language development to improve the acquisition of children's vocabulary. Mastery of vocabulary has an important function, because children who master a lot of vocabulary, tend to have high self-esteem.The purpose of this study is to describe more in-depth about the effect of picture card games on the acquisition of children's vocabulary. The method used is a quantitative research method using the design of the One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sempel used in this study were 19 children in group B TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 57 Surabaya. Data were collected from the results of performance test observations, with a performance sheet observation instrument. The data analysis technique uses the t test formula.The results of this study indicate that t count obtained value (36.66) greater than the value of t table (1.79) at the significance level of 0.05 and (2.55) at the 0.01 significance level, then the Zero Hypothesis is rejected so the Hypothesis Work received. Thus it can be stated that "there is a positive influence between the activity of playing a picture card on the acquisition of children's vocabulary

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Keterbatasan lahan pertanian, sumberdaya air dan perubahan iklim, membutuhkan inovasi untuk menjaga kestabilan produksi pangan lokal. Implementasi ini bertujuan untuk menjaga kestabilan ketahanan pangan Desa Kemantren melalui kolaborasi budikdamber dan hidroponik. Budikdamber memungkinkan pemeliharaan ikan di dalam wadah tertutup yang juga dapat mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman air, sementara hidroponik memungkinkan tanaman tanpa tanah dengan efisiensi air yang tinggi. Kolaborasi kedua sistem ini mampu meningkatkan produksi pangan secara berkelanjutan dengan memanfaatkan lahan dan air secara optimal. Implementasi kolaborasi budikdamber dan hidroponik di Desa Kemantren berhasil meningkatkan produksi sayur dan ikan lele secara signifikan, sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan pasokan pangan dari luar. Melalui implementasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi budikdamber dan hidroponik tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan pangan, akan tetapi berdampak juga pada kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat.

Abstract

This class action research is carried out in 2 cycles. The subject of this study is group A students of Kindergarten Karang Taruna Banjarejo which totals 15 children with the object of the ability to recognize number symbols. The results of the improvement in recognizing the number symbols of group A of Karang Taruna Banjarejo Kindergarten after applying learning using the media of number tubes, the learning outcomes of students in the second cycle increased compared to the first cycle, while the success in the second cycle was: the indicator of recognizing the number symbols 1-10 in the first cycle by 34% in the second cycle increased to 93%. Indicator Mention the symbol of the number 1-10 in the first cycle by 27% in the second cycle increased to 87%. The indicator relates the number of objects to their number symbols in the first cycle by 40%, in the second cycle it has increased to 80%. For the indicator of Counting numbers 1-10 in the first cycle of 20%, in the second cycle it increased to 80%. These results have met the success determined by the average class score of 75% and the average completeness of 85%. Thus, from this research, it can be concluded that the use of numerical tube media can improve the ability of.

Abstract

Storytelling is an effective teaching method for enhancing children's story comprehension skills. This study aims to explore the use of flannel board media as a visual aid in the storytelling method, considering its flexibility and appeal in illustrating story elements such as characters, settings, and plot. The research employed a quantitative approach using a One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test design, with data collection techniques including observation and interviews with children aged 5–6 years at TK DWP Jerukgamping. The analysis results showed that the t-value of 30.8 was significantly higher than the critical t-values at the 0.05 (2.14479) and 0.01 (2.97684) significance levels, indicating a significant impact of using the flannel board in storytelling on children's language skills. These findings suggest that flannel board media in storytelling can be applied as an effective teaching strategy by educators to enhance early childhood language development. Abstract

The ability to count is very important in the cognitive development of young children. Unfortunately, many children aged 5 to 6 years struggle to understand the basics of mathematics. This problem often arises due to the lack of engaging learning tools and teaching methods that are not suitable for the nature and developmental needs of the child. This study aims to describe how effective educational game tools in the form of counting boards are in helping children aged 5 to 6 years learn to count. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with 5 children from the Al-Jabbar Islamic Kindergarten in Malang selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using triangulation techniques. Findings from the research indicate that the use of counting boards regularly can improve children's understanding of addition and subtraction, accelerate problem-solving, and increase children's confidence when counting. The results of this study emphasize the importance of using concrete, enjoyable tools that are appropriate for children's cognitive development stages as an effective strategy in early childhood education. Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's interest in studying the application of the Wafa method in introducing the hijaiyah letters to early childhood at Darul Ilmi Kindergarten. The Wafa method is a learning approach that uses the Quantum Teaching concept with the Tandur pattern, which is an acronym for Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrate, Ulangi, and Celebrate. This pattern is designed to meet the needs of introducing the hijaiyah letters to early childhood. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Wafa method is applied in introducing the hijaiyah letters to early childhood at Darul Ilmi Kindergarten. The main focus examined in this research is (1) how is the Wafa method implemented in Darul Ilmi Kindergarten? This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the research show that: the application of the Wafa method in Darul Ilmi Kindergarten refers to activities that have been prepared by the Wafa Center and the introduction of hijaiyah letters using the Wafa method helps young children recognize hijaiyah letters which are in accordance with their makhraj and tajwid. This shows that the Wafa method makes it easier for children to recognize hijaiyah letters, as seen from learning activities, the teacher's activeness in teaching, and the learning results obtained.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini sebagai pendidikan dasar yang juga berperan dalam pembentukan karakter serta menyiapkan anak untuk memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAUD dikenal dengan istilah belajar sambil bermain. Hal ini disebabkan aktivitas bermain merupakan bagian dari tahap pembelajaran pada anak. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode bercerita/storytelling. Saat ini teknologi berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Teknologi menjadikan berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan yang manual menjadi serba digital. Metode storytelling juga berkembang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi menjadi berbasis digital sebagai pembaharuan yang inovatif, menarik dan menyenangkan, khususnya bagi anak usia dini. Selain itu digital storytelling sudah banyak digunakan oleh guru sebagai salah satu konsep yang mudah dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pada anak usia dini. Oleh karena itu kemampuan menyusun modul ajar berbasis digital storytelling juga penting dimiliki oleh guru PAUD untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang direncanakan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang ditujukan bagi guru PAUD di Kota Surabaya dan luar Kota Surabaya dilaksanakan secara hybrid dengan capaian kemampuan menyusun modul ajar digital story telling berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Number carriage game which is a simple math learning activity that is easy to play and can solve or find the sum of the results provided by the educator. The purpose of this study is to describe the results of cognitive development in totaling to group A PAUD KIA-KIRA Sedati Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique uses 3 stages, namely data reduction; data presentation; and conclusions or verification. Then triagulation and validity are carried out. The group studied was Group A (ages 4-5 years) totaling 14 students. Data was collected from the results of observation sheets and field notes.The results showed that the cognitive development of group A PAUD KIA-KIRA in adding up with the numbers carriage game at the stage of development as expected (BSH) but on the indicator symbol of numbers at the stage began to develop (MB). Factors that support the implementation of the number car play activities, namely students who are enthusiastic to play even though there are some who are not familiar with numbers and homeroom teacher support is always helpful while the inhibiting factor is the cognitive ability to read the symbols of student numbers is still lacking, because the media at school is lacking inadequate as well as the lack of creativities educator makes educational props tools (APE).
