Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak di TK Muslimat Assasul Huda. Pendidikan tidak hanya memberi pengetahuan tetapi juga mengasah sosial emosiona anak. Mengembangkan kemampuan sosial emosional adalah salah satu cara untuk menghidupkan kembali pendidikan karakter dan moral di kelas, yaitu dengan cara membaca cerita. Anak-anak akan mengalami pengalaman fiksi dalam alam bawah sadarnya yang berperan dalam membentuk kemampuan sosial emosionalnya serta karakter dan moral pribadinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan emosi sosial anak sebelum dan sesudah membaca cerita. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis desain penelitian desain pra-eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 anak. Analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari teknik uji beda pre-and posttest-test (T test) pengamatan aktivitas anak untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan emosi sosial anak. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan analisis data diperoleh nilai t_ (hitung) 14,83 dan t_tabel 1,73 dan 2,54. Maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: t_ (hitung) ˃ t_tabel yaitu 2,54 ˃ 1,73 dan 2,67, maka H_1 diterima dan H_0 ditolak. Ini berarti bahwa membaca cerita mempengaruhi kemampuan sosial emosional siswa Taman kanak-kanak.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the state of the school environment that is lacking in the development ofemotional social behavior through traditional games. Children's opportunities to play together in the yardare lacking so that emotional social behavior is not well developed. Developing children's emotionalsocial behavior can be done through playing traditional games one of them game cublak-cublak suweng.This type of research uses Pre-Experimental Design. The design used is One-Group Pretest-PostestDesign, with the subjects taken are 15 children. Data analysis applied in this research is different testtechnique of pre-test and post-test (t-test) from observation of children activity to know the development ofemotional social behavior through traditional game cublak-cublak suweng.The result of data analysisshows the value of 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔21,24 and 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 1,76 at α 0,05 and 2,62 at α 0,01. Then 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔˃ 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 so that𝐻0 is rejected and 𝐻1 accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the ability to exercise with the ability to dance in early childhood group b aged 5-6 years TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 57 Surabaya. Ability is a potential for a person or individual to master expertise in doing or doing various tasks in a job or an assessment of someone's actions. Gymnastics is an activity that can stimulate physical-motor development in early childhood. Through gymnastics activities, it is hoped that other abilities or intelligences can also develop properly and can make children who are healthy, smart, cheerful and have character. Meanwhile, dancing is a feeling conveyed through beautiful rhythmic movements. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation research design with Product Moment correlation. Data were collected using participatory observation techniques. The results of data analysis show that the value of rcount is 0.973. While the rtable index was 0.4227 for the 0.05 significance level, and 0.5368 for the 0.01 significance level with N = 20. Thus hypothesis 0 (h0) is rejected so that the working hypothesis (h1) is accepted. The r-count value = 0.973 is in the range of 0.800 to 1.00, including in the high correlation category between variable x and variable y.It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the ability to exercise and the ability to dance in early childhood group B aged 5-6 years at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 57 Surabaya. The relationship between the two variables is a symmetrical relationship, meaning that if one variable increases, the other variable also increases. Thus it can be said that there is a strong relationship between the ability of gymnastics to dance. This may imply that the better the child's exercise skills, the better the ability to dance.

Abstract

This research was motivated by children using Finger Painting activities to introduce the concept of mixing colors children can develop creativity. This study was used to determine Finger Painting activities on the creativity abilities of the participants in group B of Al-Hikmah Kindergarten Surabaya. Finger Painting activities are suitable for improving children's creativity, because there are aspects of creativity that appear in Finger Painting activities that provide an opportunity for children to imagine in determining any image that their children will get a picture idea or color idea. This research was conducted in in group B TK Al-Hikmah Surabaya. The sample technique used in this study is Nonprobability sampling with a form of saturated sampling. The data collected by instruments of performance observation sheet. and analyzed with a one-group pre-test post-test design. Based on the results of data analysis which shows that the value of t-count=4.20 is greater than t-table 1.734 with a significance level of 0.05 and 2.552 at the 0.01 significance level with N=19 which means the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the working hypothesis (Hl) is accepted. It can be concluded that Finger Painting activities can influence to the children’s coloring creativity.

Abstract

The background of this research departs from the concern that the cultural identity of Indonesian children is increasingly eroded by globalization and technological developments. On the other hand, local wisdom in various regions has great potential to build children's character and cultural identity from an early age. This research aims to examine the role of revitalizing local wisdom in shaping early childhood cultural identity in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach with case studies in several early childhood education institutions that have integrated local wisdom in their curriculum. The results of the study show that the introduction of local wisdom through culture-based learning significantly increases children's understanding and sense of pride in their culture. Through approaches based on folklore, art, and cultural rituals, children can develop a strong sense of identity, which contributes to the formation of their character. The conclusion of this study is that the revitalization of local wisdom in early childhood education is very important to build a solid cultural identity, as well as increase cultural awareness in the younger generation. Therefore, it is important for educational institutions to integrate local wisdom in the curriculum so that children can grow up with a good understanding of their culture.

Abstract

This study is based on the fact that the creativity of children in group A at Mawar Merah Kindergarten, Sidobogem Village, Sugio, Lamongan, is still underdeveloped. Observations show that during skill-building activities, children tend to be less careful and less persistent in their work, resulting in less neat and less optimal results. One of the causes is the teaching approach applied by teachers, which focuses more on creativity materials with a low level of difficulty. As a result, children are less accustomed to facing new challenges. In addition, teachers also rarely apply creativity learning through games, which have the potential to enhance children's development. Based on these phenomena, the research question in this study is: “How can we improve the creativity of children in group A at Mawar Merah Kindergarten through playdough games?” The purpose of this study is to improve children's creativity in the classroom by using playdough games in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study involved nine children from group A of Mawar Merah Kindergarten. The data collection methods used included observation and documentation. The results of the analysis showed that there was an effect on increasing creativity through playdough games in group A children at Mawar Merah Kindergarten, Sidobogem Village, Sugio District, Lamongan Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mojorangagung, Wonoayu, Sidoarjo dengan tujuan memperkuat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga melalui penerapan sistem aquaponik berbasis barang bekas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan Tim Penggerak PKK dan masyarakat setempat dalam tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan, demonstrasi, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Instalasi sederhana dibuat dengan memanfaatkan galon, botol plastik, dan ember bekas sebagai media tanam pakcoy dan kangkung, sekaligus pemeliharaan ikan lele sebagai sumber nutrisi organik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kemandirian pangan, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pasar, serta menekan limbah plastik rumah tangga. Selain memberikan manfaat langsung berupa hasil pangan ganda (ikan dan sayuran), program ini juga menciptakan unit percontohan desa yang dapat direplikasi di tingkat keluarga maupun komunitas. Dengan demikian, aquaponik berbasis barang bekas terbukti menjadi solusi inovatif, ramah lingkungan, dan sesuai dengan misi Asta Cita dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui penguatan ekonomi keluarga dan penerapan pertanian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The innovation game of geometric engkle is a modified game. This game can develop children's creativity. Creativity is very important for the development stage, because it has a good level of creativity. Then the child will be easier to solve the problems that occur to him. Because creative children have various ideas in themselves. This study aims to determine whether the Overview of the innovation of the geometric engkle game can develop the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. The method used is Descriptive Qualitative. The subjects of the study were 5 children of Kindergarten B. Using primary data with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the study showed that the innovation game of geometric engkle succeeded in developing children's creativity. Children become better at producing new images and can recognize geometric shapes and colors correctly. This game is very effective in stimulating children's thinking skills. The researcher gave a suggestion. To teachers to make more efforts in learning activities related to traditional games in ancient times and combine the level of creativity possessed by each child. Because with monitoring, we as teachers can find out the development of their creativity.

Abstract

Concentration ability is important for children's cognitive development, but early childhood generally has a short attention span. Thus, educators need to design effective learning strategies, such as learning while playing methods. This study addresses the low concentration of early childhood children with Pombar media (pom-pom with pictures), a colorful game with animal pictures to attract attention and train concentration through color matching activities. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with a pre-test and post-test design, this study was conducted on 15 children aged 4-5 years at RA Al-Mustaqim Bringin Bendo Sidoarjo. The research instruments include observation and documentation. The purpose of this study was to improve concentration and recognize colors, distinguish colors, and adjust colors on Pombar. The results showed that there was progress in children's concentration after using Pombar, with a percentage increase of 61.33% in indicators and 61.34% in minutes. This proves that Pombar is effective in improving children's concentration.
