Abstract

Sectio Caesarea adalah sebuah tindakan pembedahan untuk melahirkan janin yang menyebabkan nyeri dibekas sayatan post operasi dan nyeri di punggung belakang. Teknik pijat atau massage merupakan penatalaksanaan nyeri non farmakologi untuk membantu proses menurunkan intensitas nyeri. Hand and foot massage merupakan terapi yang dapat memberikan efek terhadap respon nyeri dengan meredakan skala nyeri. Tujuan dari penyusunan studi kasus ini adalah mengetahui penerapan pijat tangan dan kaki dapat mengurangi nyeri post SC pada ibu post partum. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah studi kasus/case report. Hasil didapatkan bahwa tindakan nonfarmakologi yaitu hand and foot massage dalam tahap evaluasi setelah dilakukan intervensi selama 48 jam keluhan nyeri pasien menurun dari skala 5 menjadi 2 dengan tanda vital yang stabil, dan pasien tampak rileks. Massage therapy berguna untuk merelaksasi otot sehingga akan mengurangi rasa sakit dan mempercepat durasi pemulihan pasien pasca operasi. Efek dari hand and f`oot massage adalah untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and independent learning on the learning outcomes of students in class XI Accounting at SMK Harapan Mekar 2 Medan. The sample population in this study were students of class XI Accounting, amounting to 37 people, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques collect prerequisite tests (normality test, linearity test and multiple linear regression analysis) and hypothesis testing (partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination).  Based on the results of data analysis using the SPSS 16.0 program, the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression testing was Y= 7,365 + 0,082 X1 + 0,472 X2. This means that if the constant value is 7.365, which means that if the variables X1 and X2 are equal to zero, then Y is 7.365. X1 regression coefficient value of 0.082 indicates if X1 has increased by 100% it will increase learning outcomes by 8.2%. X2 regression coefficient value of 0.472 indicates if X2 has increased by 100% it will increase learning outcomes by 47.2%. The results of the hypothesis test using the t-test of learning discipline obtained the value of tcount > t table, which is 2.141 > 2.026 with a probability of Sig 0.040 < 0.05. The results of the hypothesis test of the t-test of learning independence obtained that the value of tcount > ttable was 5.569 > 2.026 with a probability of Sig 0.000 <0.05. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. If we compare the value of Fcount with Ftable, the result is 23,310 > 3,250. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) have an Rsquare value of 0.578 or equal to 57.8%, meaning that learning discipline and learning independence are able to explain the learning outcomes of Class XI Accounting Students at SMK Harapan Mekar 2 Medan amounting to 57.8% and the remaining 42, 2% is explained by other independent variables that are not included in this research model. This means that there is an influence between learning discipline and learning independence on the learning outcomes of students at SMK Harapan Mekar 2 Medan T.P 2021/2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen program tahfidz Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Maskanul Muttaqin Jambi, dengan fokus pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai agama, terutama program tahfidz, memainkan peranan penting dalam membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki akhlak mulia dan wawasan spiritual yang mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara kepada pimpinan pondok, pengajar, dan santri, serta observasi terhadap pelaksanaan program tahfidz. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang matang, pengelolaan waktu yang efisien, serta evaluasi yang teratur berkontribusi besar terhadap keberhasilan program tahfidz. Selain itu, kualitas pengajar dan dukungan fasilitas yang memadai turut mendukung efektivitas program ini. Namun, beberapa kendala masih ditemui, seperti keterbatasan jumlah pengajar dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan waktu santri yang memiliki banyak kegiatan di luar tahfidz. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pembinaan yang tidak hanya fokus pada hafalan, tetapi juga pada pemahaman makna Al-Qur'an, sangat penting dalam menciptakan penghafal Qur'an yang berkualitas. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan program dengan menambah variasi metode pembelajaran dan memperkuat pembinaan bagi santri yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam menghafal. Dengan demikian, program tahfidz di Pondok Pesantren Maskanul Muttaqin dapat lebih optimal dalam mencetak generasi penghafal Qur'an yang tidak hanya hafal, tetapi juga mampu mengamalkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, variasi produk dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Toko Bata MTC Panam Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian explanatory research. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa brand image (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y), variasi produk (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y), harga (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y), dan brand image (X1), variasi produk (X2) dan harga (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y) pada Toko Bata MTC Panam Pekanbaru Keywords: Brand Image, Variasi Produk, Harga dan Loyalitas Konsumen

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven various innovations in science education, one of which is the use of virtual laboratories. This study aims to analyze the implementation of virtual laboratories in science learning and examine their influence on students’ motivation and interest in learning. The method used was a systematic literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through searches in reputable electronic databases using relevant keywords and limited to publications from 2015 to 2024. The initial search identified 37 articles, which were then screened through the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion, resulting in 19 articles that met the criteria. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of virtual laboratory implementation and their impacts on students’ affective and cognitive aspects. The findings indicate that virtual laboratories consistently contribute to improving learning motivation, learning interest, conceptual understanding, and learning outcomes at the junior high school, senior high school, and higher education levels. Interactive simulations such as PhET are able to create an engaging, flexible, safe learning environment and encourage independent exploration, thereby increasing students’ active participation. However, their effectiveness is influenced by technological readiness, teacher competence, digital literacy, and institutional support. Therefore, virtual laboratories are not only an alternative to conventional practicum activities but also a strategic pedagogical instrument in supporting the transformation of science learning in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed educational practices, particularly in the development of learning materials that are more adaptive to students’ diverse characteristics. Differences in abilities, interests, learning styles, and readiness require teachers to implement flexible and inclusive instructional strategies. One relevant approach is differentiated instruction integrated with digital learning materials. This study aims to analyze the strategies and implementation of differentiated instruction in digital teaching materials through a systematic literature review method. Data sources were collected from Google Scholar and Publish or Perish databases covering publications from 2015 to 2024. Of the 32 articles identified in the initial search, 16 articles met the inclusion criteria and were further analyzed. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis and narrative synthesis based on the types of digital materials, differentiation strategies, and their impacts on learning. The findings indicate that e-modules, digital flipbooks, Google Sites, Powtoon media, and Liveworksheet-based E-LKPD effectively support content, process, and product differentiation. Their implementation positively affects students’ learning motivation, engagement, creativity, and learning outcomes. Therefore, the integration of digital teaching materials and differentiated instruction can be considered an innovative strategy to create more personalized, interactive, and student-centered learning environments.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in education encourages the use of virtual laboratories as an interactive learning medium to overcome limitations of practical facilities and improve learning quality. This study aims to examine the effect of virtual laboratory use on student motivation and learning interest through a literature review method. The focus of this study is to analyze the results of previous research related to the effectiveness of virtual laboratories in creating interactive and meaningful learning. This study involved the analysis of 26 relevant scientific articles published between 2014 and 2023. The research stages included literature searches, selection based on inclusion criteria, content analysis, and synthesis of research results. The results of the study indicate that the use of virtual laboratories consistently increases student motivation and learning interest through interactive, visual, and flexible learning experiences published between 2014 and 2023. However, there are limitations such as dependence on technology and a lack of direct practical experience. Thus, virtual laboratories have great potential as an innovative learning medium that is effective in increasing student motivation and learning interest.
