Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain results: the influence of micro and macroeconomic factors of the company on investment opportunities. This research is conducted in five ASEAN countries, such as; Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines (ASEAN-5). The microeconomic factors are measured by firm size, financial risk, profitability, and debt policy. The macroeconomic factors are measured by interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, and economic growth. The analysis unit of this study is 175 large capacity manufacturing industries listed on ASEAN-5 stock exchanges for the 2012-2017 period. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The result shows that the Debt Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on investment opportunities in Microeconomic influence for the ASEAN-5 Countries. Risk does not have a significant effect on investment opportunities. Profitability is insignificant for the ASEAN-5 Countries and is significant for the State of Singapore, Thailand. Firm Size is significant for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. GDP growth has a significant effect on investment opportunities for the ASEAN-5 countries. The interest rate has harmed the opportunities of investment in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Inflation has a negative and significant effect in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Exchange rates are significant for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Investment opportunities have a positive effect on the value of the company in ASEAN-5 Countries. The benefits of this study for creditors are as a guideline for disbursing credit, and for investors it is as a guideline for placing capital investments in companies that have favorable debt and equity considerations in five (5) ASEAN Countries.

Abstract

Schools serve as providers of services to learners and the surrounding community, where the effectiveness and quality of these services shape user satisfaction. This study investigates the influence of educator expertise and administrative efficiency on parental satisfaction at SMAIT Thariq Bin Ziyad Bekasi. A quantitative research approach with descriptive and analytical designs was employed, involving 85 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data evaluation was performed through t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients via SPSS version 25.0. Results show that educator competence partially contributes positively and significantly to parental satisfaction, with an R² of 0.151 (15.1%), while administrative efficiency similarly exerts a significant positive partial effect with an R² of 0.135 (13.5%). When considered together, both competence and administrative efficiency have a meaningful positive impact on parental satisfaction (R² = 0.416 or 41.6%), leaving 58.4% of variation explained by other external factors. These findings highlight the necessity of enhancing both staff capabilities and administrative processes to maximize parental satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan utama Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk menghasilkan konsep-konsep inovatif terkait kewirausahaan dan menumbuhkan potensi kewirausahaan yang ada, sehingga menumbuhkan ide-ide kreatif yang dapat melahirkan peluang bisnis yang layak bagi para pemangku kepentingan UMKM di masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah untuk menumbuhkan kreativitas masyarakat, memungkinkan produksi barang-barang yang menjadi peluang wirausaha, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan memfasilitasi penilaian kelayakan kewirausahaan sebagai upaya ekonomi sehari-hari. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah partisipatif berupa pemberian pelatihan dan diskusi tentang inisiasi berwirausaha yang berlandaskan pada struktur manajemen yang efektif. Hasil yang dicapai pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: para Ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM Di Desa Sari Wangi Kecamatan Parongpong Kabupaten Bandung Barat semakin paham terhadap pentingnya strategi pemasaran dan semua komponen dalam Marketing Mix perlu di persiapkan dengan baik dan maksimal, sudah banyak ibu-ibu yang memulai mendiferensiasi produknya secara lebih kreatif dan mengutamakan kualitas produk sehingga tidak sama dengan produk pesaing, mereka juga sudah mulai memproduksi mandiri produk yang akan dijual serta melakkan pemanfaatan konten pemasaran melalui media Instagram dan tik tok dalam memperluas usaha serta menghasilkan brand awarness.

Abstract

Industri manufaktur Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di era persaingan global yang semakin ketat. PT Kawai NIP Cikarang sebagai perusahaan manufaktur mengalami permasalahan dalam mencapai produktivitas optimal akibat menurunnya semangat kerja dan lemahnya penerapan disiplin kerja karyawan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Semangat Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan di PT. Kawai Nip Cikarang Bekasi.  Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 91 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dari populasi 118 karyawan, dan dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 39,1% terhadap produktivitas, sementara 60,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya manajemen perusahaan untuk mengembangkan strategi yang berfokus pada peningkatan semangat dan kedisiplinan kerja, seperti program motivasi dan penegakan aturan yang konsisten, untuk mencapai produktivitas yang optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Motivation and Discipline on Nurse Performance at Mitra Husada Hospital. The main problem in this research is how big the influence of motivation and discipline is on the performance of nurses at Mitra Husada Hospital, both simultaneously and partially. The author's aim in conducting this research is to determine and analyze Motivation and Discipline on Nurse Performance as well as the magnitude of the Influence of Motivation and Discipline on Nurse Performance at Mitra Husada Hospital, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 320 nurses at Mitra Husada Hospital. The sample in this study was 76 nurses. The data in this research is primary data, where the data is obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire that the author distributed. As a result of the data analysis that the author has carried out, the result is that the Fcount value is 6,150 with Sig. of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (α=5%), so it can be concluded that variables X1 (Motivation) and X2 (Discipline) simultaneously have a significant effect on variable Y (Performance). Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Performance  ABSTRAK Dampak Motivasi Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Rumah Sakit Mitra Husada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 320 Perawat Pada Rumah Sakit Mitra Husada. Dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 76 orang Perawat. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dimana data tersebut didapatkan dari jawaban responden terhadap kuesioner yang penulis sebarkan. Hasil analisa data yang telah penulis lakukan, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 6.150 dengan Sig. sebesar 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (α=5%), sehingga dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel X1 (Motivasi) dan X2 (Disiplin) secara simultan berdampak terhadap variabel Y (Kinerja) dengan signifikan Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Kinerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing supervision and its impact on nurse performance at Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to nurses at Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. The population in this study were 48 respondents with sampling techniques using saturated samples where the entire population was sampled with Likert scale measurements. Data processed through the Spss version 22 program with t test and F test analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Nursing Supervision and Competence have a positive and significant impact on Nurse performance. From the results of the t test proves that Nursing Supervision has a partial impact on Nurse performance, Competence has a partial impact on Nurse performance. Then the results of the f test prove that Nursing Supervision and Competence simultaneously have an impact on nurse performance by looking at the Fcount value greater than Ftable, namely (22,233> 3.20) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The competency variable is the variable that has the greatest impact on nurse performance at Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol.  Keywords: Nursing Supervision, Competence and Performance  ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis Supervisi Keperawatan Dan Kompetensi Dampaknya Terhadap  Kinerja Perawat Di Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada Perawat Di Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan pengukuran skala likert. Data yang di proses melalui program Spss versi 22 dengan teknik analisa Uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Supervisi Keperawatan dan Kompetensi  berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Perawat. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa Supervisi Keperawatan berdampak secara parsial terhadap kinerja Perawat, Kompetensi berdampak secara parsial terhadap kinerja Perawat. Kemudian pada hasil uji f membuktikan Supervisi Keperawatan dan Kompetensi secara simultan berdampak terhadap kinerja perawat dengan melihat nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu (22,233> 3,20) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel kompetensi merupakan variabel yang berdampak terbesar terhadap kinerja Perawat Di Sentra Medika Hospital Gempol. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Keperawatan, Kompetensi dan Kinerja
