Abstract

Pestisida adalah salah satu hasil teknologi modern dan mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat. Sebagian besar cara penggunaan pestisida oleh petani adalah dengan cara penyemprotan. Saat penyemprotan merupakan keadaan dimana petani sangat mungkin terpapar bahan kimia yang terdapat dalam pestisida yang digunakan. Bahaya yang dapat terjadi saat penyemprotan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan gangguan yang menyebabkan penyakit. Salah satu parameter untuk mengetahui terjadinya keracunan pestisida adalah menurunnya aktivitas enzim Cholinesterase. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara lama masa kerja dan lama paparan pestisida terhadap kadar cholinesterase darah petugas penyemprotan di PT. X Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini observasional analitik, untuk pengambilan sampel dilakukan di perkebunan kelapa sawit PT. X Jambi. Pemeriksaan kadar cholinesterase darah diperiksa di pusat rujukan nasional Prodia Jakarta dengan metode Tes fotometri kinetic. Hasil pengukuran kadar cholinesterase dalam darah dari 43 responden didapatkan hasil dalam batas normal. Uji koreksi pearson product moment menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara lama masa kerja dan lama paparan pestisida terhadap kadar cholinesterase darah petugas penyemprot PT. X Jambi.

Abstract

Development in the political field is significant in improving the quality of Human Resources. Therefore, the government established a 12-year compulsory education program to create quality human resources. However, participation at the senior secondary level needs to be reminded to reduce the dropout rate. This research was carried out in the Pontang sub-district, Serang district - Banten, using a descriptive qualitative method which is a way and an effort to put more emphasis on aspects of in-depth understanding of a problem. In this method, Creswell (2008) defines the approach is considered as an approach or search to explore and understand a social phenomenon. The data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. To collect, compile, and analyze the results of research.

Abstract

The development of students' emotional intelligence at SMA Negeri 1 Tirtayasa is not yet completely perfect because there are still some students who are not yet able to recognize or manage their emotions, and there are even students who still behave unnaturally because they depend on how their friends treat them. This is motivated by several factors, especially broken homes, which in this case greatly influence the child's mental and emotional development process. The next factor is a family that is less harmonious, this can also affect the child's mental and emotional development process because the child will feel that he is not cared for enough so that the child looks for attention in the surrounding environment, even within the child there will definitely be feelings of anger towards other people because The child is jealous of his friend who lives in a perfect and harmonious family. In this research, the focus is on the role of sociology teachers in efforts to develop students' emotional intelligence at SMA Negeri 1 Tirtayasa. The teacher provides direction such as advice, guidance, and also a sense of security so that students feel safe when they want to tell what is happening inside them.
