Abstract

The successful application of information technology largely depends on the level of acceptance of each user. Therefore, accurate interpretation and estimation are needed so that user acceptance can be increased. This also happened to SIESTA, which until now has never been examined the acceptance of the system. The purpose of this study is to be able to understand aspects that have an influence on the acceptance of the modul Kepegawaian SIESTA with the UTAUT2 model up to the RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya can utilize the results of research in implementing other SIESTA modules. The sampling technique was determined by the disproportionate stratified random sampling technique and the sample size used was 359. The analysis of the data and the results of the SEM-PLS hypothesis test prove that behavioral intention is significantly influenced by social influence and price value aspects. While aspects of facilitating conditions and habits have a significant impact on aspects of use behavior. There are no aspects of moderator age, gender, and experience that meet significant criteria. Then it can be seen that age, gender, and years of service do not strengthen the influence of core aspects on the acceptance of the modul Kepegawaian SIESTA

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the digital divide on food security and poverty in Indonesia. The data were taken from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik) from 2015 to 2017. This research used a quantitative method using Structural Equation Model (SEM). Digital divide, Food security and Poverty were the latent variables that were used in this research. The result of this study shows that the digital divide had a significant positive impact on food security while the impact of food security on poverty was negatively significant with the coefficient 0.894 and -0.616 respectively. There was no significant impact of the digital divide on poverty directly. It means that technology doesn't have any significant contribution to Poverty reduction in Indonesia. However, when the reduction from the data was conducted, and only specific province who have good ICT development were used, the result was different. ICT development had a significant impact to reduce poverty in Indonesia.Keywords: Digital divide, poverty, food security, SEM, Indonesia.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh kesenjangan teknologi terhadap ketahanan pangan dan poverty di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan untuk keperluan analisis adalah data sekunder yang didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) sejak tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Variabel laten yang digunakan untuk analisis ini adalah Kemajuan Teknologi, Kemiskinan, dan Ketahanan Pangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Kemajuan Teknologi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Ketahanan Pangan dengan nilai koefisien 0.894, sementara ketahanan pangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai kemiskinan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0.616. Tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kemajuan teknologi terhadap kemiskinan secara langsung. Hal ini berarti bahwa kontribusi teknologi masih belum berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Kesenjangan teknologi, kemiskinan, ketahanan pangan, SEM, Indonesia

Abstract

SPBE (Electronic Based Government System) is a legal protection as new breakthroughs in the reform of Indonesian government bureaucracy. The issuance of Presidential Regulation (Perpres) 95/2018 concerning SPBE is expected to be a reference for the transformation from e-Government into i-Government (integrated Government). In the meantime, the government through the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) is drafting an academic paper on the SPBE Bill. Of the 10 elements contained in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) 95/2018, the second element namely SPBE architecture is a concept known in the world of Information Systems as Enterprise Architecture.Enterprise architecture is a conceptual framework that describes how an enterprise is constructed by defining its primary components and the relationships among these components. In SPBE, the main component is defined as domain, consisting of 6 parts, namely: business process architecture domain, data and information, infrastructure, SPBE applications, security, and SPBE services. Unfortunately, the Presidential Regulation (Perpres) 95/2018 has not regulated the concept of Digital Enterprise Architecture, since between Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Digital Enterprise Architecture (DEA) are two things that are significantly different. If EA merely focuses on structuring the company based on the main frame of reference, then DEA focuses on utilizing digital repositories to create living documents as according to the EA framework so that they are easily accessed, modified and managed at any time following the company's development. This study created a DEA model for SPBE in Indonesia. The model created is adapted to the SPBE architecture by carrying out the concept of a digital repository. With digital repositories, time efficiency, paper savings and change management will be easier to achieve. The model created in this study is expected to be utilized to make SPBE much more efficient and green-minded.

Abstract

PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. adalah sebuah perusahaan ritel di Indonesia yang menawarkan berbagai produk fashion dan kosmetik untuk berbagai kalangan. Sampai saat ini, PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk membutuhkan maintenance perencanaan strategis sistem informasi untuk mengikuti tren pasar. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi kesenjangan penulisan penelitian ini. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan merencanakan teknologi strategis yang dapat digunakan PT. Matahari Department Store untuk meningkatkan efensiensi dan efektifitas operasional dan proses bisnisnya dalam meningkatkan laba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian perencanaan strategis sistem informasi pada PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. adalah menggunakan metode Ward & Peppard. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi sistem informasi yang memungkinkan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas proses bisnis PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. seperti Digital Marketing, Aplikasi Digital Signature dan Kuitansi Pegawai, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Ukuran Baju, Sistem Informasi Integrasi Market Place, Sistem Informasi Integrasi Rantai Pasok, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Tren Fashion, Aplikasi Quality Control dan Sistem Informasi Kepatuhan dengan rencana implementasi selama 5 tahun. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas proses bisnis PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. is a retail company in Indonesia that offers a variety of fashion and cosmetic products for various groups. Until now, PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk requires maintenance of information system strategic planning to keep up with market trends. So that this is a gap in the writing of this study. This study aims to design and plan strategic technology that can be used by PT. Matahari Department Store to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations and business processes in increasing profits. The method used in the strategic planning research of information systems at PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. is to use the Ward & Peppard method. The results of this study are recommendations for information systems that allow increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk. such as Digital Marketing, Digital Signature and Employee Receipt Applications, Dress Size Decision Support Systems, Market Place Integration Information Systems, Supply Chain Integration Information Systems, Fashion Trend Decision Support Systems, Quality Control Applications and Compliance Information Systems with a 5-year implementation plan. With this research, it is hoped that the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk.

Abstract

Inovasi adalah sekumpulan proses yang digunakan sebagai respon atas tantangan-tantangan global yang terjadi didalam bisnis dan organisasi. Inovasi sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mendapatkan efekifitas dan efisiensi serta keunggulan kompetitif. Saat ini, inovasi terkait erat dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang sangat cepat menuntut organisasi untuk terus melakukan inovasi untuk menjamin keberlanjutan organisasi. Organisasi pada sector public memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Organisasi sector public dikenal lebih kaku dan tidak fleksibel. Sehingga untuk dapat meningkatkan inovasi pada organisasi sektor public tentu dibutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda. Budaya inovasi harus terus dikembangkan untuk menjamin terjadinya inovasi yang berkelanjutan. Secara teori, proses inovasi sangat berkaitan erat dengan riset dan pengembangan. Dalam kacamata akademik, Perguruan Tinggi adalah lembaga yang sangat tepat untuk terus melakukan hal tersebut karena merupakan bagian dari tridharma perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengukur factor-faktor terkait TIK yang mendukung adanya inovasi pada beberapa Perguruan Tinggi negeri yang ada di Surabaya.

Abstract

In the information era today, value of data and Information is increasing rapidly. Data and information become more and more important to organization, because it is used as a tools in making decisions. A lot of concept and theory about data and information management has been launched. Our research tried to study and make a bridge between today’s theory about information management and Islamic values based on Islamic history written in Alquran. We took Prophet Sulaiman as our case. Sulaiman was a Prophet as well as a King. He was awarded intelligence and wisdom of God. We learn the story of Sulaiman and performed a literature review and cross references to various theories of information management. We found that Prophet Sulaiman uses data and process it into valuable information, to make right decision. We believe that, during his age, Prophet Sulaiman had implement basics of information management concept and theory.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu aspek yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan proses penilaian kinerja pegawai. Kehadiran merupakan salah satu cerminan dari kedisiplinan pegawai. Oleh karena itu, maka proses pencataan kehadiran harus dapat dilakukan dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan laporan kehadiran pegawai yang relevan dan akuntabel. Universitas Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya (UINSA) sangat memperhatikan proses pencatatan kehadiran ini. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecurangan serta memudahkan dalam menghasilkan rekaputilasi kehadiran, maka UINSA telah menerapkan proses pencatatan kehadiran menggunakan mesin rekam sidik jari. Akan tetapi, lokasi UINSA yang terdistribusi telah menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan antara lain kesulitan dalam melakukan proses rekapitulasi kehadiran yang tersebar di beberapa fakultas dan unit kerja secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang terintegrasi sehingga data yang tersebar dalam berbagai lokasi tersebut dapat diolah secara terpusat. Dengan dikembangkannya Sistem Aplikasi Kehadiran Pegawai Terintegrasi ini maka data kehadiran terhubung secara terpusat. Sistem ini juga mampu menghasilkan laporan rekapitulasi yang relevan dan dapat digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada.

Abstract

Analisis dampak perubahan perangkat lunak merupakan sebuah teknik untuk melakukan estimasi dampak adanya perubahan komponen pada artifak perangkat lunak. Salah satu perubahan komponen artifak yang mungkin terjadi adalah artifak kode sumber. Analisis dampak perubahan ini bertujuan supaya ketika terjadi perubahan kode sumber dapat diestimasi sejauh mana perubahan itu berpengaruh ketika perubahan itu benar-benar diterapkan pada perangkat lunak yang dibangun. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah metode baru untuk melakukan analisis dampak perubahan perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan graf relasi fungsi-atribut. Graf relasi fungsi-atribut terbentuk atas konsep matrik kohesi yang mengalami perluasan hingga pengaksesan atribut yang dipanggil oleh tiap fungsi sehingga dapat meningkatkan performa hasil analisis dampak perubahan perangkat lunak. Hasil pengujian terhadap aplikasi Java open source memperlihatkan bahwa metode ini mampu mendapatkan dampak perubahan yang lebih banyak dibandingkan metode graf panggil. Metode graf relasi mampu meningkatkan recall 2-3 persen dari dataset yang digunakan.

Abstract

This research contains the discussion the use of machine learning for doing prediction toward a good loan using random forest algorithm. This prediction will become basic reference for the bank to continue in evaluating credit risk. At this time, the absence of decision support system for doing prediction toward a good loan became a problem to the bank in attempt to reduce the credit risk. Therefore, a decision support system with machine learning modelling using random forest algorithm was built in predicting a good loan.
