Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang metode hanlon untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur Wisata Bukit Kapur Setigi. Dalam melakukan pembangunan infrastruktur Bukit Kapur Setigi, Kepala Desa Sekapuk merancang program Tabungan Plus Investasi (Taplus Invest). Sumber dana pembangunan infrastruktur diperoleh dari masyarakat dengan melakukan investasi untuk berpartisipasi membangun Bukit Kapur Setigi menjadi destinasi wisata. Permasalahan pada pembangunan Bukit Kapur Setigi yaitu terbatasnya dana dalam melakukan pembangunan, sehingga diperlukan prioritas agar pembangunan dapat optimal. Salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah dengan membangun sebuah sistem yang mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur, beserta pencatatan dan pelaporan secara real-time. Sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dalam proses pencatatan transaksi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pencatatan dan prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur berbasis web dapat membantu pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memprioritaskan pembangunan infrastruktur. Karena Bukit Kapur Setigi merupakan potensi destinasi wisata yang mampu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara. Hasil yang di dapatkan adalah rekomendasi prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur dari sistem dibuktikan dari hasil penghitungan pada metode Hanlon.

Abstract

Having a healthy body is all living things and avoiding all kinds of diseases. Maintaining a healthy body can be done by exercising and maintaining a healthy diet. Excess eating unhealthy foods can foster disease or disorders in the body. One of them is hypertension. Blood pressure more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure more than 90 mmHg at double the difference within five minutes under conditions of sufficient recovery. Hypertension is a disease that has a high prevalence in Indonesia, which is 25.8%. The case of a patient with hypertension is inseparable from changes in diet. The wrong diet, coupled with inappropriate food ingredients can cause bad blood pressure. In this study, researchers will create a support system for selecting healthy foods for hypertension sufferers. In this study, researchers used the El Choices Traditionant La Realite Elemination method (ELECTRE) in order to find out healthy foods for people with hypertension. Based on this study, carried out various stages, nutritionists provide healthy food ingredients, then hypertension sufferers choose several food items to be consumed. Next, the food ingredients are calculated by the ELECTRE method and the last step is to find food ingredients recommended for hypertension sufferers.

Abstract

Early warning information system of pregnancy risk can be used to pregnant women and health care provider detection.  Early warning information system of pregnancy risk is useful to assist the health care provider an effort to enhance objectiveness early conclusion/diagnosis obtained. In addition, this information is useful for pregnant women and families to detect early pregnancy and risk factors can also be used to prepare for childbirth and safe motherhood. The objective of this public service is introducing application of early warning information system of pregnancy risk based of web to the public (pregnant women) at Menanggal Village - City of Surabaya. The method with lectures, demonstrations and practical. Results achieved increased knowledge of pregnant women about application of early warning information system of pregnancy risk. Evaluation of pregnant women obtained that features the application  of interesting, easy to understand, easy to use and responsive to complaints of pregnant women because there is room on the menu consultation. Dissemination and use of such application must be sustainability.Key Word : Dissemination, Information System, Early Warning, Pregnancy Risk.
