Abstract

This study aimed to examine the development of Mandarin learning models using AKK (Active, Creative, Communicative) based on cartoon media for reading comprehension learning, which contains (1) the process of developing the AKK learning model (Active, Creative, Communicative) through cartoon media, ( 2) the quality of the AKK learning model (Active, Creative, Communicative) through cartoon media, (3) the effectiveness of the AKK learning model (Active, Creative, Communicative) through cartoon media for reading comprehension learning to master Mandarin text for tenth graders. This developmental research uses the Research and Development (R&D) model proposed by Borg and Gall. Based on the use of this R&D model, the data collection of this study used questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The results of this study are the AKK learning model (Active, Creative, Communicative) through cartoon media for reading comprehension learning to master Mandarin language gets some results (1) the process of developing the AKK learning model (Active, Creative, Communicative) through cartoon media runs smoothly and appropriately, (2) the quality of the AKK learning model (Active, Creative, Communicative) through cartoon media for reading comprehension learning to master Mandarin language is very suitable as seen from the results of the RPP validator, material, instruments, and media validation, (3) the effectiveness of the AKK learning model (Active, Creative , Communicative) through cartoon media for reading comprehension learning to master Mandarin language, obtained results for products of 5.77 with a significance level of 5% and for the results of observations made continue to increase from 85%, 82.5%, 95%, and 97.5% based on Likerrt scale is very strong. The AKK Learning Model (Active, Creative, Communicative) through cartoon media for reading comprehension learning to master Mandarin language is very appropriate to be used in the learning process and there is an increase in the learning outcomes of students in class X IPS 1 of SMA Khadijah Surabaya.

Abstract

Based on the observations of the use of textbooks in teach Mandarin, the identification sheet of students' needs and the results of interviews with Mandarin teachers found several problems. Among them, the majority of teachers still use imported textbooks from China, the contents of textbooks that do not reflect Indonesian culture and are not in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum, have not been sufficient to provide exercises for the practice of language skills, the order of material that has not been arranged in accordance with the rules for the preparation of textbooks, the number of textbooks available is limited, the condition of textbooks whose time has expired, and the learning process is less active and teacher-centered. This study aimed to examine the process of developing Mandarin digital textbooks in terms of the quality, effectiveness and practicality of 2013 curriculum-based digital textbooks in across-major courses of Mandarin for tenth graders. This development research uses Sugiyono's development model. This development research was carried out on the class X IPA 4 SMA Dharma Wanita Surabaya. The results of the validation of Mandarin textbook material are 89%, the results of the validation are 87%, the results of the language validation are 85%, and the results of the validation are 92%. All validation results are in the "very strong" category. The results of observations of student and teacher activities are 89% for student activities and 87% for teacher activities. The t-significance calculation uses a 95% confidence level or a 5% significance level and a t-significance result of 24, 11. This indicates that there are significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores. It is said that Mandarin textbooks are effective for use

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana berbagai faktor sosial dan budaya mempengaruhi cara anak-anak dari latar belakang budaya yang berbeda mempelajari dan menggunakan kalimat dalam bahasa kedua. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran interaksi sosial, nilai-nilai budaya, serta dukungan keluarga dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa kedua, serta bagaimana masing-masing faktor ini berinteraksi dan berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan anak-anak dalam menguasai kalimat bahasa kedua. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang komprehensif, wawancara mendalam dengan anak-anak dan orang tua, serta analisis bahasa yang digunakan dalam konteks sehari-hari. Data dari jawaban wawancara memberikan wawasan tentang dinamika interaksi sosial yang terjadi di lingkungannya, termasuk bagaimana teman sebaya mendukung atau menghambat proses pembelajaran bahasa. Wawancara dengan anak-anak dan orang tua mengungkapkan pandangan pribadi dan pengalaman terkait pembelajaran bahasa kedua, serta faktor-faktor motivasional dan emosional yang terlibat. Analisis bahasa digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola penggunaan kalimat dalam bahasa kedua dan bagaimana pola tersebut dipengaruhi oleh konteks sosial dan budaya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami kompleksitas pemerolehan bahasa kedua di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks keberagaman budaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implikatur percakapan dalam program YouTube Lapor Pak! menggunakan kajian pragmatik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis implikatur konvensional dan nonkonvensional dalam percakapan program tersebut. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui simak catat. Subjek penelitian adalah episode-episode tertentu dari Lapor Pak!, sementara objeknya adalah percakapan yang mengandung implikatur. Instrumen penelitian meliputi catatan lapangan dan transkrip percakapan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan interpretasi kualitatif terhadap kutipan percakapan yang relevan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 data implikatur konvensional dalam tuturan langsung dan 9 data implikatur nonkonvensional yang memerlukan konteks sosial untuk dipahami. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Lapor Pak! menyampaikan pesan sosial melalui humor dan sindiran. Kata kunci: Implikatur konvensional; implikatur nonkonvensional; implikatur percakapan; lapor pak!

Abstract

The linguistic study of D. Zawawi Imron's poetry provides a lot of inspiration from each work that can be known by the wider community. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of semantic aspects in the form of phonology, range, metaphor, and diction of D. Zawawi Imron's poetry works that have been published and circulated in the community. For the research method used in semantic studies, we need to adopt an approach that focuses on meaning, both lexically (literal sense) and contextually (meaning that develops in the context of poetry). Semantics in the study of poetry is not only about understanding the meaning of words, but also how that meaning is shaped by the context, structure, and choice of language used by the poet to convey the message. The result of this study is to determine the influence of word choice diction, metaphor, and phonology from D. Zawawi Imron's poetry works which can be studied in analyzing word choice in literary works that will be analyzed and reveal the meaning of the connotation and diction of the language that has been chosen. .

Abstract

Development of Scouting Actualization Model in Indonesian Language Learning in Senior High SchoolABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan Model Aktualisasi Kepramukaan. Model Aktualisasi Kepramukaan hadir dalam Permendikbud nomor 63 tahun 2014 tentang Ekstrakurikuler Wajib Pendidikan Kepramukaan yang memuat integrasi muatan KI 1 hingga KI 4 dalam kegiatan Kepramukaan.  Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan validasi menggunakan instrumen angket kepada beberapa validator ahli. Selain itu, dalam penerapannya juga diukur keefektifan dan kepraktisannya. Kevalidan model ini mendapat nilai 87% (berkategori sangat baik). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa model aktualisasi kepramukaan dapat menghasilkan pola belajar yang berbeda dan tidak membosankan bagi siswa. Model ini juga memberikan pembelajaran yang bermakna bagi siswa.Kata kunci: Aktualisasi, Bahasa, Siswa SMAABSTRACTThis study aims to develop Indonesian language learning using the Scouting Actualization Model. The Scouting Actualization Model is in Permendikbud number 63 of 2014 concerning Scouting Education Compulsory Extracurricular which includes the integration from KI 1 to KI 4 content in Scouting activities. This research applies qualitative methods with validation using a questionnaire instrument to several expert validators. In addition, its effectiveness and practicality are also measured in its application. The validity of this model gets a score of 87% (categorized as very good). This study found that the scouting actualization model can produce different learning patterns and is not boring for students.
