Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variable identification of the success of E-Government affects Good Government Governance. This study uses the SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component-based or variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the Bootstrap resampling method with a minimum number of bootstrap as many as 117 and the number of cases must be the same as the number of observations in the original sample. The results of this study prove that the identification of the success of E-Government affects Good Government Governance. The conclusion is that ten factors are accepted as critical success factors of E-Government namely Vision, Mission and Goals, strategy, security, collaboration, infrastructure, leadership support, organizational culture, finance,Community Participation, Upholding the Rule of Law, Caring for the Community, Transparency, Responsibility, fair, Effectiveness and Efficiency and Accountability.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to conduct training and development to improve teacher performance after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The location of service activities at the Negri 5 Junior High School (SMP) Medan.  This activity uses the blanded learning method which is a learning method which combines two learning patterns, namely by utilizing technology and learning through teaching staff.  This service activity went smoothly and all participants who were teachers were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity until it was completed. After the material was delivered, the participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and answers about the discussion of the material and even the obstacles experienced when learning was carried out after this Pandemic. There are 6 (six) models offered by the activity team that are considered capable of helping to improve Teacher performance, namely: 1) Using a Controlled Face-to-Face System Model. 2) Using a Rotation System Model. 3) Using a Flexing System Model. 4) Using an Online Turnaround System Model. 5) Using a Self-Combination System Model. 6)  Using the Online Control System Model. Metode the delivery of blended learning material which is a perfect combination of face-to-face and also online, where during the Covid-19 Pandemic, it is known that there are many technologies that have undergone developments that greatly support the world of education in order to achieve success in learning. This blended learning method is also considered effective because it is to develop an innovation in the world of education in order to create optimal results.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi budaya risiko pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Pematang Serai di Kabupaten Langkat. Penerapan budaya risiko menjadi sangat penting mengingat BUMDes sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi desa perlu memiliki ketahanan dalam menghadapi berbagai risiko usaha. Metode pelaksanaan program ini dilakukan melalui serangkaian kegiatan edukasi yang meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan workshop mengenai identifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, serta strategi mitigasi risiko. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah terbentuknya kesadaran pengurus dan anggota BUMDes akan pentingnya manajemen risiko, serta tersusunnya pedoman pengelolaan risiko yang sesuai dengan karakteristik usaha BUMDes Pematang Serai. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep manajemen risiko sebesar 75%, terbentuknya tim pengelola risiko di tingkat BUMDes, serta tersusunnya dokumen manual manajemen risiko yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam operasional BUMDes. Program ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme pengelolaan BUMDes dan memperkuat fondasi bisnis desa untuk pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat yang berkelanjutan.   This Community Partnership Program aims to improve the understanding and implementation of risk culture in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Pematang Serai in Langkat Regency. The implementation of risk culture is very important considering that BUMDes as the driving force of the village economy needs to have resilience in facing various business risks. The method of implementing this program is carried out through a series of educational activities including training, mentoring, and workshops on risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation strategies. The specific target to be achieved is the formation of awareness of BUMDes administrators and members of the importance of risk management, as well as the preparation of risk management guidelines that are in accordance with the characteristics of the Permatang Serai BUMDes business. The results of this program show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of risk management by 75%, the formation of a risk management team at the BUMDes level, and the preparation of a manual risk management document that can be implemented in BUMDes operations. This program has a positive impact on improving the professionalism of BUMDes management and strengthening the foundation of village businesses for sustainable community economic development.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perum BULOG Kantor Cabang Medan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap di Perum Bulog Kantor Cabang Medan yang berjumlah sebanyak 36 pegawai. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakan. Teknis analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial Pelatihan Kerja, Pengawasan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Perum BULOG Kantor Cabang Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan profesional kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Suzuya Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan, yang sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh, mengingat jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini mencakup uji kualitas data (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis yang meliputi uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Suzuya Binjai. Demikian pula, profesional kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan profesional kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Suzuya Binjai. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Profesional Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
