Abstract

Scarlett is one business in the beauty industry that is expanding right now. The purpose of this study is to determine the ways in which product quality, price, and brand image affect customers' inclinations to purchase Scarlett items. This kind of study is informal and quantitative. Random sampling was utilized in the sampling process, and 105 respondents made up the sample. Students utilizing Scarlett goods were the target audience for the traditional survey. Limitations in the research on how interest in buying Scarlett products is influenced by price, product quality, and brand image. Decisions about how many products to buy at once in a Scarlett store may be influenced by the results of this research.

Abstract

Budget Realization Report is a form of financial report issued by the government or agency before making a balance sheet report and cash flow report. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inspectorate's budget realization report consecutively from 2020 - 2022 by looking at three aspects, namely spending variants, economic levels and spending efficiency ratios. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, in which the data collected is compiled, analyzed and interpreted by describing the results obtained. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of the Assistant Inspectorate for the West Jakarta Working Area has increased significantly. So it can be concluded that the financial performance of the Assistant Inspectorate for the West Jakarta Working Area can be said to be good.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effects of underreaction on the stock of Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) by examining the influence of market sentiment and investor behavior on stock prices. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data analysis, utilizing stock price data, financial statements, and economic news related to Indofood sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and various news outlets. Data collection techniques include technical information such as daily closing prices and trading volumes, as well as fundamental data like income statements and balance sheets, complemented by market sentiment analysis from relevant economic news. Data analysis is conducted through linear regression to measure the relationship between market sentiment as the independent variable and INDF returns as the dependent variable, along with an event study approach to assess stock price reactions to new information, such as earnings announcements. This study also calculates the alpha and beta of the stock to evaluate INDF's performance and sensitivity to market movements, finding a positive correlation of 0.296 between INDF returns and the Composite Index (IHSG), with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant relationship, albeit weak. The findings reveal that INDF’s cumulative returns have decreased by -3.37%, while stock volatility is recorded at 1.33%, higher than the IHSG’s 0.84%. These results indicate the presence of underreaction, where stock prices do not respond promptly to new information, creating opportunities for momentum trading strategies that capitalize on market delays. This study provides insights into the dynamics of the Indonesian stock market and the relevance of market sentiment in developing investment strategies.

Abstract

Pelatihan platform keuangan digital sangat penting dilakukan untuk remaja saat ini khususnya di era digitalisasi yang semakin berkembang. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk dapat meningkatkan kesadaran perencanaan keuangan pribadi khususnya para remaja untuk mengajarkan mereka mengelola keuangan dengan bijak melalui aplikasi platform digital yang mudah diakses. Selain itu pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan kemampuan dalam mengelola anggaran, menabung, investasi dan mengelola utang. Selain dari itu juga dapat mempersiapkan masa depan dengan memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk perencanaan keuangan pribadi di masa depan. Remaja pada RT 7 RW 13 Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat sering berkumpul dibalai warga namun balai warga dijadikan tempat berkumpul para remaja untuk bermain game dan kegiatan yang tidak bermanfaat. Fungsi balai yang tidak seharusnya akan dicegah dan dihindari, oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan bagi anak-anak agar dapat mengisi waktu luang mereka dengan baik yang dapat diadakan di balai warga RT 7 RW 13 Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah mendengarkan materi dari tutor, praktik dan diskusi terkait materi. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah dengan memanfaatkan platform keuangan digital dan memberikan pelatihan yang komprehensif, remaja dapat lebih sadar untuk memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi mereka. Sehingga dapat mempersiapkan masa depan finansial yang lebih stabil dan sejahtera.
