Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of innovation in e-budgeting applications in providing services to the community as well as how to manage local finance effectively and efficiently so that there is transparency in the management of village funds. The method used is a literature review and research results show that the application of e-budgeting in the management of regional finances is very helpful in creating good and clean government. Electronic budgeting is an online innovation that can provide effective and transparent services. In this paper, we discuss how to manage innovation in a company by using theories from existing literature. This discussion includes an innovation framework, the impact of innovation in human services, the advantages and disadvantages of e-village budgeting. The results of this study are e-village budgeting innovation in government in providing services to the public is a new innovation that has advantages and still has weaknesses, therefore there is a need for improvement in electronic village budgeting innovation services.

Abstract

The training was held with the aim of providing direct insight into the community related to the use of oil palm frond waste as a productive product and has a sale value. The training carried out in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu Tengah Regency provided insight into the process and results of the utilization of palm oil waste. This training was given to PKK mothers in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu district, Bengkulu province. The training is carried out by providing a simulation of making products and continuing to design independently. Through this activity the community is expected to be able to utilize the waste and farmers have a solution to the waste of oil palm fronds.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between the application of performance-based budgeting to work motivation in government agencies in the Department of Environment and Forestry of Bengkulu Province. The independent variable is the application of performance-based budgeting using indicators of budget transparency and motivation, budget discipline, budget equity, budget efficiency and effectiveness, while the dependent variable is the performance motivation of government agencies with indicators of motives, expectations and incentives. By using purposive sampling method in sampling and data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to 39 respondents, as for the method in analyzing data using the Spearman Rank Test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables namely the implementation of performance-based budgeting with indicators of budget transparency and motivation, budget discipline, budget equity, budget efficiency and effectiveness have a positive effect on the work motivation of government agencies.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar ilmu ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri siswa SMA dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian juga difokuskan untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada guru secara khusus dalam mengembangkan bahan  ajar  menggunakan  project  based  learning  serta  menerapkan  dalam  pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk bahan ajar SMA berbasis model PJBL yang dapat digunakan oleh guru di sekolah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian adalah terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar dan kepercayaan diri siswa SMA Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah peneltian pengembangan (research and development) dan dilanjutkan dengan eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) yang berkolaboratif dengan guru kelas. Tahapan penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan, yaitu: (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pengembangan, (3) tahap eksperimen, (4) tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan model Plomp (2010) yang meliputi preliminary research, prototyping phase, dan assessment phase. Selanjutnya, pada tahapan penerapan dilaksanakan eksperimen kolaboratif dimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran bekerjasama dengan guru dan disrancang secara daring. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembuatan bahan ajar yang memenuhi kriteria yang valid dan praktis dan ada pengaruh bahan ajar berdasarkan pembelajaran proyek pada kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri siswa.AbstractThis research was conducted to develop economics teaching materials to increase the ability and confidence of high school students in learning economics. Research is also focused on providing experience to teachers specifically in developing teaching materials using project-based learning and applying it in learning. The purpose of this study was to produce high school teaching materials based on the PPA model that can be used by teachers in schools to improve student learning outcomes. In addition, the aim of this research is to increase learning outcomes and self-confidence of Bengkulu City Senior High School students.The research that will be carried out is development research (research and development) and followed by a quasi experiment (quasi experiment) that collaborates with class teachers. The research stages to be carried out are: (1) the preparation stage, (2) the development stage, (3) the experimental stage, (4) the evaluation stage. At the stage of developing teaching materials using the Plomp model (2010) which includes preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment phase. Furthermore, at the application stage a collaborative experiment was carried out in which the implementation of learning was collaborative with the teacher and designed online.The results of this study are the making of teaching materials that meet valid and practical criteria and there is an effect of teaching materials based on project learning on students' abilities and self-confidence.

Abstract

Dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) are photoelectrochemical based solar cells that involve the transfer of electrical charges from one phase to another. This research was carried out aimed at making DSSC (Dye Sensitized Solar Cell), Knowing the value of the conversion of solar energy into electrical energy and determining the value of the resulting efficiency. In this research, TiO2 degusa P-25 is coated with ITO glass by conductive part through doctor blande technique. Photon absorbent substances in this study used dye from tanned acid which was polymerized results characterization with FTIR on dyes has a strong absorption band at 1050 nm wavefroms indicating the presence of ether functional groups. In addition, when the DSSC circuit is illuminated by a 24 watt UV lamp it will produce electrical properties such as resistance and voltage as measured by a digital multimeter. Variation of inisiator and surfactant can influence the efficiency of the DSSC prodyced the highest efficiency is produced at a concentration of 0,5 M inisiator and 16 grams of surfactant mass which is 7,145 %.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of interdisciplinary certified teachers towards the implementation of the teacher certification program. This study used a qualitative research design with a multiple case study approach. The sample used was five certified high school teachers from public schools in Bengkulu City. Data collection methods included semi-structured interviews and document analysis of teachers' lesson plans. Thematic analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 software. The findings of this study revealed two main themes that emerged. First, teachers' motivations and expectations regarding the teacher certification program in Indonesia. Second, this study examines the perceived benefits of the program. This research contributes to the evaluation and improvement of the teacher certification program in Indonesia, which can improve the quality of education. The implication of this study is that teachers can report improvements in pedagogical knowledge, curriculum understanding, content knowledge, lesson planning, and teaching performance. From the findings, it can be concluded that the teacher certification program in Indonesia is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Scarlett is one business in the beauty industry that is expanding right now. The purpose of this study is to determine the ways in which product quality, price, and brand image affect customers' inclinations to purchase Scarlett items. This kind of study is informal and quantitative. Random sampling was utilized in the sampling process, and 105 respondents made up the sample. Students utilizing Scarlett goods were the target audience for the traditional survey. Limitations in the research on how interest in buying Scarlett products is influenced by price, product quality, and brand image. Decisions about how many products to buy at once in a Scarlett store may be influenced by the results of this research.

Abstract

Security is a crucial aspect in the digital age, especially in the management and protection of information. As the volume of information processed increases, the need to organize knowledge and provide adequate security becomes more pressing. This research emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity in the context of digital libraries, which must comply with certain technological and regulatory standards to protect user data and guarantee privacy when accessing electronic resources. Libraries face various challenges in protecting personal data on their electronic resources. This research addresses topics such as user privacy, data encryption, access management, and compliance with privacy laws. By addressing these issues comprehensively, libraries can ensure the protection of user privacy while optimizing the benefits of digital resources in today's information environment. The October 2023 cyberattack by a hacker group known as Rhysida on the British Library's internet information system emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity and data privacy for digital libraries. This research aims to provide insights and solutions to address these challenges, ensuring digital libraries can operate securely and efficiently.

Abstract

Perubahan dari sistem pembelajaran luring ke daring telah membawa dampak signifikan pada manajemen pembelajaran di berbagai institusi pendidikan, termasuk sekolah dan universitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan persepsi antara dosen dan mahasiswa mengenai kelebihan dan tantangan dalam penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto dengan pendekatan survei deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 150 dosen/staf akademik dan 250 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online yang telah divalidasi dengan uji Cronbach's alpha, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif serta uji-t dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosen/staf dan mahasiswa memiliki pandangan yang berbeda mengenai kelebihan dan tantangan LMS. Dosen cenderung lebih menyadari manfaat penggunaan LMS dibandingkan mahasiswa, dengan nilai rata-rata kelebihan sebesar 3.36 bagi dosen dan 2.97 bagi mahasiswa. Tantangan yang dihadapi dosen dalam penerapan LMS, seperti kendala konektivitas dan kurangnya kompetensi digital, juga lebih terasa dibandingkan tantangan yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa (nilai rata-rata tantangan: 3.39 bagi dosen, 2.95 bagi mahasiswa). Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini meliputi peningkatan pelatihan keterampilan digital bagi dosen dan mahasiswa serta pengadaan infrastruktur teknologi yang lebih baik untuk mendukung pembelajaran daring. Recommendations from this study include improving digital skills training for lecturers and students as well as providing better technology infrastructure to support online learning.
