Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji data-data empirik terkait pengaruhkompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja gurusecara simultan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatankorelasional dan regresional terhadap data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian yaituguru-guru Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd Jakarta Timur. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden daritotal 100 guru di Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis yang digunakanadalah analisa korelasi dan regresi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahterdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan BudayaOrganisasi Sekolah Secara simultan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd JakartaTimur dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,500 dan koefisien determinasi (Rs) sebesar 25%. Arahpengaruh ditunjukan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 44,471 + 0,324X1 + 0,370X2.. Dari persamaanini dapat dibaca bahwa setiap kenaikan 1 poin kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) dan BudayaOrganisasi Sekolah (X2) Secara bersama-sama akan diikuti kenaikan motivasi kerja guru (Y) sebesar0,694 poin.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Manajerial, Budaya Organisasi Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Guru. This research aims to identify and test empirical data about the impact of managerialcompetencies of the school principal and the organizational culture on teachers’ work motivationsimultaneously. In this research, I used survey method with correlational and regressional approach onquantitative data obtained from the teachers of Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, East Jakarta. The samples ofthis research are 80 respondents from the population of 100 teachers at Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, EastJakarta. Datas were gathered through questionnaires distribution, observation, and documentation.The datas then were analiyzed using correlation regression analysis which are elaborateddescriptively. The results of this research are there is positive and significant impact of organizationalatsmosphere on teacher’s work motivation and organizational atsmosphere on teacher’s workmotivation at Sekolah Islam Al-Hamȋd, East Jakarta simultaneously with coefficient of correlation (r)of 0,500 and coefficient of determination (Rs) of 25%. The regression equation is Ŷ = 44,471 +0,324X1 + 0,370X2. This means that every 1 point increase of the school principal’s managerialcompetences (X1) and the organizational atsmosphere (X2) is simultaneously followed by the increaseof teacher’s work motivation (Y) of 0,694 point.Key words: managerial competencies, school organizational culture, teacher’s work motivation.

Abstract

Abstrak Munculnya wacana perubahan kurikulum 2013 sebagai dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 telah melahirkan sebuah konsep baru berupa kurikulum prototipe yang oleh Kemendikbudristek telah diujicobakan ke beberapa sekolah di Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep program sekolah penggerak dan kurikulum prototipe pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif atau kepustakaan, dengan sumber data primer berupa dokumen yang terkait dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program sekolah penggerak merupakan pilot project implementasi dari kurikulum prototipe. Kurikulum ini sendiri merupakan opsi atau pilihan yang dapat diambil oleh lembaga pendidikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kurikulum prototipe dilaksanakan secara terbatas dan bertahap di tahun 2022. Struktur kurikulum jenjang Sekolah Dasar terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) fase, yaitu: Fase A (Kelas I-II); Fase B (Kelas III-IV); dan Fase C (Kelas V-VI). Sekolah penggerak sendiri merupakan sebuah model pengembangan hasil belajar yang difokuskan pada pembelajaran holistik hingga pada akhirnya menghasilkan profil pelajar pancasila. Model ini dimulai dari kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dalam hal ini para pendidik serta kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan. Sementara itu kurikulum prototipe adalah sebuah opsi kurikulum yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi atau kondisi khusus. Kurikulum prototipe menekankan pada aspek keluasan lembaga pendidikan dalam mengatur kegiatan pembelajaran serta pengembangan lanjutan dari kurikulum 2013. Kurikulum prototipe yang sedang dikembangkan merupakan sebuah pembelajaran paradigma baru yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Abstract The emergence of the 2013 curriculum change discourse due to the Covid-19 pandemic has given birth to a new concept in the form of a prototype curriculum that the Ministry of Education has piloted to several schools in Indonesia. This paper aims to explain the idea of driving school programs and prototype curriculum at the elementary school level. This research uses a normative or library approach, with primary data sources in the form of documents related to the focus of the study. The results showed that the driving school program is a pilot project implementation of the prototype curriculum. This curriculum itself is an option that educational institutions in the learning process can take. The prototype curriculum will be implemented in a limited and gradual manner in 2022. The structure of the elementary school curriculum level is divided into 3 (three) phases, namely: Phase A (Class I-II), Phase B (Class III-IV); And Phase C (Class V-VI). The school itself is a model of learning outcome development focused on holistic learning to produce a student profile of Pancasila ultimately. This model starts from the readiness of human resources, in this case, educators and leadership in educational institutions. Meanwhile, the prototype curriculum is a curriculum option that can be applied in learning in times of pandemics or special conditions. The curriculum emphasizes the broad aspects of educational institutions in regulating learning activities and the continued development of the 2013 curriculum. The curriculum prototype being developed is a new paradigm of learning centered on learners.

Abstract

Istilah baitul mal diperkenalkan oleh Rasululah SAW berfungsi serupa dengan bank sentral walaupun lebih sederhana karena keterbatasan dan berfungsi sebagai Menteri keuangan karena fungsinya yang aktif dalam menyeimbangkan antara pendapatan dan belanja negara. Lembaga ini artinya mempunyai fungsi untuk menyimpan harta kekayaan berupa Zakat, infaq, sedekah, pajak, dan harta rampasan perang. Harta tersebut nantinya akan didistribusikan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. dengan demikian keberadaan Baitul Mal didalam Masjid saat ini memiliki peran sangat penting untuk menghimpun, menyimpan, dan mengelola kemudian mendistribusikan harta umat Islam untuk kemaslahatan umat di sekitar Baitul Mal Peran Baitul Mal Masjid juga sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan terutama membantu biaya Pendidikan siswa yang kurang mampusebagaimana yang sudah dilakukan oleh Baitul Mal Barokah Masjid Jamie At-Taubah Di Dusun Suka Maju Desa Tamelang Kec. Purwasari.

Abstract

The PAI curriculum currently plays a strategic role in shaping student character, especially in facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 era which demands inclusive, tolerant and respectful attitudes. This research aims to examine the integration of religious moderation values in Islamic Education curriculum planning at SMPIT Manbaul Ulum. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, as well as data collection through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and classroom observations. The data analysis technique used is triangulation to ensure the validity and legitimacy of the findings. The research results show that SMPIT Manbaul Ulum has succeeded in integrating the values of religious moderation in the PAI curriculum, with an emphasis on tolerance, mutual respect and inclusivity. However, there are challenges related to a deeper understanding of the application of moderation values by some teachers. Some teachers expressed the need for further training to improve their competence in teaching the value of moderation. In learning practice, various methods such as discussions, simulations and case studies are used to invite students to explore relevant social issues. The implication of this research is the need for training for teachers in teaching the value of religious moderation and the development of more in-depth learning materials to create a better generation. tolerant and harmonious in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic boarding schools (Islamic boarding schools) in promoting religious moderation in Indonesia, focusing on efforts to combat radicalization through education based on tolerance and nationalism. Islamic boarding schools have long been an integral part of shaping a moderate understanding of Islam, which is crucial in preventing radicalization and religion-based violence. However, despite significant efforts to develop religious moderation ideologies, the threat of radicalization remains present in some Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a literature review approach to analyze relevant academic sources related to the role of Islamic boarding schools in promoting the values ​​of religious moderation. The study highlights the importance of Islamic boarding school leaders, particularly Kiai, in promoting an inclusive and tolerant understanding of Islam, which can reduce the influence of extremism. The research also identifies challenges in the implementation of religious moderation, including cultural stigma, curriculum limitations, socio-economic barriers, and the increasing influence of social media in spreading extremist ideologies. The findings emphasize that Islamic boarding schools can serve as a broader model of Islamic education in Indonesia by integrating the values ​​of religious moderation into the curriculum and daily activities, prioritizing tolerance, justice, and peace. Furthermore, the study provides strategic recommendations to strengthen the role of Islamic boarding schools in fostering moderation, such as curriculum reforms, community involvement, and the use of digital platforms to spread moderate teachings. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of inclusive and moderate Islamic education, which can effectively address the challenges of radicalization and intolerance in Indonesia.
