Abstract

The training was held with the aim of providing direct insight into the community related to the use of oil palm frond waste as a productive product and has a sale value. The training carried out in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu Tengah Regency provided insight into the process and results of the utilization of palm oil waste. This training was given to PKK mothers in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu district, Bengkulu province. The training is carried out by providing a simulation of making products and continuing to design independently. Through this activity the community is expected to be able to utilize the waste and farmers have a solution to the waste of oil palm fronds.

Abstract

Ermy Wijaya ; The aim of this study is to determine is there any significant relationship between the outside behavior variables of consumers to the consumption rate of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer and is there influence of inside behavior variables of consumer to the consumption rate of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer. Gading Cempaka Subdistrict Bengkulu City is a research area that is selected with the population of research is the households that live in Bengkulu City. The sample was carried out based on specific criteria, i.e all households classified as mature or aged 15 years and above. From the population were classified into five villages, each village elected were taken as sample. The result gained from the study was as follows: age level as a variable behavior has influence on consumers’ behavior to the consumption rate of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneerin accordance with the age level. Where, at the age of 15-19 tends to consume Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneerat least once, at the age of 20 - 50 and above tends to consume Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneerincreases. From the test results showed a statistically significant relationship between the levels of education as outside behavior variable to the consumers’ behavior of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer. The level income ofoutside behavior variables has significant relationships on consumers’ behavior of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer.Key Words : Consumers’ Behavior, Level Of Consumstion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of performance assessment and motivation on employee productivity in the Regional Personnel and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research and causal research, because it proves the causal correlation influenced by the variables studied. Respondents in this study were civil servants from the Regional Personnel and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency, the samples were 32 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS with partial correlation test, multiple regression test, statistical test (t test and f test).The results showed that from the ttest obtained tcount for the performance appraisal variable the motivational variable which means that there is a partial effect of performance appraisal (X1) and motivation (X2) on the productivity (Y) of employees at the Regional Personnel Agency and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency. Based on the results of statistical tests, the calculated with a which means that there is an effect the effect of performance assessment and motivation on employee productivity in the Regional Personnel and the Human Resources Development of Kepahiang Regency. Value or This means that the contribution of the Performance Assessment (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables in influencing Employee Productivity (Y) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the dimensions of service quality at the level of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence, affect community satisfaction at the Padang Genting Village Office, Seluma Selatan District. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study were 120 respondents/community. The results show that the results of the Multiple Linear Regression test Y = 30.534 – 0.224 (X1) + 1.880(X2) + -0.829(X3) + -1.667(X4) + 0.543(X5) + 3.423. Simultaneous test results in this study, accepting the hypothesis or accepting Ho and rejecting Ha means that there is a simultaneous influence between reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), physical evidence (X5) on community satisfaction (Y) of 10,534. The results of the partial test tcount > ttable or 1,847 > 1,657 and the significance value is greater than 0.05, then the reliability hypothesis is accepted. The responsiveness variable (X2) at tcount > ttable or 5.899 > 1.657 and the significance value is greater than 0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted. guarantee variable (X3) at tcount > ttable or -3.421 > 1.657 and the significance value is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. the guarantee variable (X3) at tcount > ttable or -3.421 > 1.657 and the significance value is less than 0.05 then the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is no significant relationship between guarantee (X3) and community satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, empathy (X4) at tcount > ttable or -5.830 > 1.657 and the significance value is less than 0.05, the hypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is no significant relationship between empathy (X4) and community satisfaction (Y). and physical evidence (X5) at tcount > ttable or 3,041 > 1,657 and a significance value greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between physical evidence (X3) and community satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of prices and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Minumin outlets in Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was 120 Minumin consumer respondents in the city of Bengkulu. The data were collected using questionnaires and the analysis method used was multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing. Multiple regression results Y = 0.239-0.203 (X1) + 1.198 (X2) + 0.777. This is proven by the results of the t test, which shows that the calculated t value is -2.674 which is greater than the t table = - 1.980 (- 2.674> -1.980) with a significance level of 0.009 using a limit of 0.05. The significance value is more than 5%, which means Ho is rejected. and Ha accepted. For service quality, the calculated t value was 16,638 which was greater than t table = 1.980 (16.638>1.980) with a significance level of 0.000. By using a significance limit of 0.05, the significant value is smaller than the 5% level, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price (X1) and Service Quality (X2) together have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Minumin outlets in the city of Bengkulu, this is proven by the F test, the Fcount value is 1768.672, then this value will be compared with the Ftable with the level 5% significance shows that Fcount is greater than Ftable (1768.672>3.07) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted..
