Abstract

The focus of this research is how marketing strategy influences increasing sales at TOKO Nurhidayah MSMEs. Qualitative research methods using interview and documentation techniques for business owners and employees were used in this research to analyze the impact of marketing strategies on increasing sales at Nurhidayah SHOP MSMEs, Majene Regency. The research results show that segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix are part of strategic management. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded: Currently, analysis of the best marketing techniques to increase sales focuses on segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing components

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara kritis relevansi pemikiran pendidikan Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam menghadapi era education 4.0 Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal yang relevan dengan pemikiran pendidikan Ki Hadjar Dewantara dan era education 4.0. Teknik analisis dalam kajian ini adalah analisis tematik. Dari data kepustakaan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dunia pendidikan di era education 4.0 menghadapai tantangan yang tidak ringan. Berbagai perubahan mengakibatkan terjadinya ketidakpastian (uncertainty). Dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut, tidak hanya dibutuhkan berbagai keterampilan (skills) namun juga karakter yang kuat. Untuk menjawab tantangan education 4.0 pemikiran pendidikan dan kebudayaan yang dikemukakan oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu solusi. Pemikiran pendidikan dan filosofi yang relevan dengan era education 4.0 antara lain, pertama, pentingnya pendidikan budipekerti, relevansi dari Teori Trikon di era digital, konsep sinergi antara keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat (Tri Pusat Pendidikan) serta dalam tataran metodologis adanya sistem Among (care and dedication based on love).

Abstract

The primary goal of this research is to develop a feasible and efficient method for identifying the disease and to advocate for an appropriate system that provides an early and cost-effective solution to this problem. Due to their superior computational capabilities and accuracy, computer vision and machine learning methods and techniques have garnered significant attention in recent years for classifying various leaf diseases. As a result, Resnet50 and Resnet101 were proposed in this study for the classification of bitter gourd disease. The 2490 images of bitter gourd leaves are classified into three categories: Healthy leaf, Fusarium Wilt leaf, and Yellow Mosaic leaf. The proposed ResNet50 architecture accomplished 98% accuracy with the Adam optimizer. The ResNet101 architecture achieves an average accuracy of 94% with the Adam optimizer. As a result, the proposed model can differentiate between healthy and diseased bitter gourd leaves. This research contributes to the development of methods for detecting bitter melon leaf disease using computer vision and machine learning, achieving high accuracy and supporting automatic disease diagnosis. The results can help farmers quickly and cost-effectively detect diseases early, thereby increasing agricultural productivity.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research. The problem formulated in this study is whether through a mathematical realistic approach can improve the results of junior high school students' results on set material? The aim is to examine increasing mastery of set concepts. This research was conducted on students of class VII-C SMP PGRI Arjasari 2019/2020 school year with a total of 36 students. The instrument used was a test of learning outcomes as a test of students' mastery of mathematical concepts, for initial tests (before action), cycle I tests and II (after giving the action), and observation sheet at the time of giving and implementing the action. The results of the analysis obtained based on written tests carried out there was an increase in the average learning outcomes In the second cycle, the first meeting average value of 70.1 with the highest value of 90 and the lowest value of 45. After carrying out the actions in the second cycle of the second meeting there was an increase in the results student learning. This is seen in the average value of 80.92 with the highest value of 100 and the lowest value of 50. The percentage of classical completeness increased from the first cycle of meeting 1 by 25% and meeting 2 by 38%. Furthermore, in the second cycle also increased, at the first meeting 69% to 86%. Means that had reached more than or equal to the specified KKM 70. At the end of the first cycle student learning outcomes seen that at the end of the first cycle the percentage of learning completeness was 38% and does not meet the classical learning completeness criteria that have been determined, then the research is continued to the second cycle. After the implementation of the second cycle, shows that at the end of the second cycle learning achievement reached 86% with the number of students who completed as many as 31 students, meaning completeness based on the number of students when that is 36 people, because there are 5 people who haven't finished.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of fiqh muamalah, compensation and religiosity on fraudulent behaviour with Islamic work ethics as a moderation variable.Design/methodology: This study uses a quantitative type of research. This research was carried out using questionnaires distributed to lecturers and practitioners who are members of the Association of Islamic Economists (IAEI), the Sharia Economic Community (MES), the Forum of Lecturers in Islamic Economics and Business (FORDEBI) and the Indonesian Economics Scholars Association (ISEI), namely 350 questionnaires distributed via email and social media. Each questionnaire distributed has 114 statements to be answered by employees. From the distribution of the questionnaire carried out, 207 respondents were obtained who gave answers from 22 regions. To get the results of this study, the researcher used PLS SEM Version 3.0.Findings: The results of this study found that fiqh muamalah has a significant negative effect on fraudulent behaviour, compensation has a significant negative effect on fraudulent behaviour, religiosity has a significant negative effect on fraudulent behaviour, Islamic work ethics can moderate the relationship between fiqh muamalah and fraudulent behaviour, Islamic work ethics cannot moderate the relationship between compensation against fraudulent behaviour and Islamic work ethics cannot moderate the relationship between religiosity and fraudulent behavior.Practical implications: This research also encourages Islamic financial institutions to develop policies that foster a work environment rooted in Sharia principles, ultimately improving transparency, accountability, and trust in Islamic business practices.Originality/Value: This study focuses on fraudulent behaviour, where this research is a new research in discussing the relationship between fiqh mumalah and religiosity which is based on the nature of the Prophet.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kurangnya media pembelajaran interaktif yang digunakan dalam proses mengajar. Sehingga pemilihan dan pemanfaatan media yang tepat serta menarik dapat berdampak positif terhadap keberhasilan belajar siswa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini hanya untuk melihat persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan kahoot pada materi koloid. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling pada 50 orang siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 2 Singingi Hilir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMAN 2 Singingi Hilir memiliki persepsi yang baik dalam penggunaan kahoot dengan persentase akhir 79%. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian dengan adanya penggunaan kahoot dapat memberikan manfaat dan pengalaman baru terhadap proses pembelajaran bagi guru dan siswa.
