Abstract

Tragedi yang dialami Provinsi Banten pada akhir tahun 2018 yang menerpa pesisir Pantai Selatan, telah mengakibatkan Bencana tsunami. Bencana tersebut mengakibatkan 437 korban jiwa, dan mengakibatkan kerusakan rumah dan fasilitas vital yang biasa dipakai masyarakat sekitar, berupa hotel, rumah, perahu, toko dan warung-warung sebagai modal usaha. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan upaya rekonstruksi dapat memberikan kesempatan untuk mengurangi efek bencana di masa depan dengan meningkatkan kualitas konstruksi, menghindari lokasi berbahaya, dan meningkatkan komunitas kesadaran dan kesiapan. Rekonstruksi pascabencana dapat menawarkan peluang untuk perbaikan dan untuk memperbaiki masalah lama: untuk memperbarui infrastruktur, membuat pengaturan penggunaan lahan baru, meningkatkan standar konstruksi dan desain, menemukan kembali ekonomi, dan meningkatkan tata kelola. Kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan telah berhasil setidaknya menghidupkan kembali usaha-usaha sektor ekonomi, dengan memanfaatkan potensi-potensi lokal, bermanfaat untuk sekedar mengembalikan semangat hidup para korban khususnya di pesisir Kecamatan Cinangka Kabupaten Serang

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the strategy for adapting and surviving a pandemic in the midst of a pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study (ethnomethodological) in Serang. The data collection method used participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using four qualitative research steps. Concluded that; a) the strategy of Padang restaurants in Kec. The way to adapt to changes in the midst of a pandemic is to follow the health protocols recommended by the government, b) The survival strategy used is to change the service pattern.

Abstract

Gen - Z adalah generasi yang tumbuh dalam dunia yang serba canggih dan digital, sehingga membuat keterikatan kerjanya dipertanyakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Gen - Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS terhadap 130 responden karyawan swasta di Provinsi. Kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan di atas maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterikatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja generasi milenial dan gen-Z. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan para pemilik usaha untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang telah dibuktikan secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang nantinya berimpilkasi pada kinerja karyawan Generasi Millenial dan Gen - Z.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dan menganalisis bagaimana Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Karyawan mempengaruhi kinerja mereka. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 76 orang di Indonesia. Metode kuesioner menggunakan Google Forms digunakan untuk mengirimkan pertanyaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Berganda dan Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis data dengan regresi berganda dan hipotesi menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan; Lingkungan Kerja tidak memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan; Disiplin Kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

Abstract

The focus of this research is how marketing strategy influences increasing sales at TOKO Nurhidayah MSMEs. Qualitative research methods using interview and documentation techniques for business owners and employees were used in this research to analyze the impact of marketing strategies on increasing sales at Nurhidayah SHOP MSMEs, Majene Regency. The research results show that segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix are part of strategic management. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded: Currently, analysis of the best marketing techniques to increase sales focuses on segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing components

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system on operational and financial efficiency in the manufacturing industry. ERP systems are known to simplify business processes and improve efficiency, but their impact varies across companies. Using the linear regression method, this study measures the effect of variables such as production time reduction, inventory management, productivity improvement, cash flow improvement, and operating cost reduction on firm efficiency. Data was obtained from ten manufacturing companies in Indonesia that implemented ERP systems in the period 2016-2021. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on operational and financial efficiency. Regression coefficients show that reduced production time and improved inventory management contribute significantly to efficiency, with coefficients of 0.452 and 0.328, respectively. Increased productivity, improved cash flow, and reduced operating costs also showed a positive influence with coefficients of 0.378, 0.414, and 0.391. These findings indicate that ERP system implementation can effectively improve operational and financial efficiency in the manufacturing sector, contributing to cost reduction and productivity improvement. This research is expected to provide insights for companies considering ERP implementation to improve their operational and financial performance.

Abstract

Superpotatocrunch Situbondo customers are the subject of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality, packaging, labeling, and guarantee of Superpotatocrunchs Situbondo affect customer satisfaction. Purposive sampling was used in this study to collect information from 100 people using surveys, interviews, and observations. The goal is to find out how respondents view each variable. Multiple linear regression analysis, data instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), conventional assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), and hypothesis testing (t and coefficient of determination) were all used in this study. Regression analysis shows that consumer satisfaction is positively influenced by quality (0.230), packaging (0.285), labeling (0.262), and assurance (0.190). Quality, labeling, packaging, and guarantee are all determined by the t test. Customer satisfaction is significantly affected by quality, according to the t test (0.001). Customer satisfaction is significantly affected by packaging test (0.000). Labeling (0.000) has a great impact on customer satisfaction in addition. Customer satisfaction is significantly affected by this guarantee (0.006).

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has changed the landscape of the retail industry by opening up new opportunities to enrich customer experience and improve operational efficiency. However, the implementation of these technologies in retail management requires an in-depth understanding of their impact on customer experience and operational efficiency. This study aims to explore the implementation of IoT technologies in retail management to enrich customer experience and improve operational efficiency. Quantitative research methods were used with an exploratory and descriptive design. The research population was customers from retail stores that implemented and did not implement IoT, with a sample of 100 people randomly selected. Data were collected through surveys and direct observation at the two selected retail stores. Data analysis used an independent sample t-test to determine significant differences between customer responses in the two types of stores. The findings show that the implementation of IoT in retail management provides an excellent customer experience and improves operational efficiency. The results of the independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between the customer experience at retail stores that implemented IoT and those that did not.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, key opinion leader strategy, and digital promotion on consumer repurchase intention in the context of digital business. In the era of digital transformation, companies increasingly rely on technology-based marketing strategies and social media to retain customers and increase repeat purchases. Two hundred people who have shopped online are surveyed for this quantitative study. Multiple linear regression techniques were employed for the data analysis. Concurrently, the data demonstrated that digital promotion, Key Opinion Leader approach, and service quality all significantly impact repurchase intention. One of the most important factors in determining whether or not a customer will buy from a company again is the key opinion leader approach. The results demonstrate the significant impact that public figures' trust and influence can have on consumers' perceptions and decisions. By emphasizing the importance of service quality and collaborating with relevant key opinion leaders, this study offers practical implications for online business actors looking to build efficient marketing strategies.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and changes in work patterns due to the COVID-19 pandemic have prompted various higher education institutions to implement hybrid work and learning systems. Hybrid working is a combination of online and offline work and learning that is flexible, efficient, and adaptive. This study aims to analyze the effect of hybrid working on the work effectiveness of educational staff (tendik) and student learning outcomes. Additionally, the DeLone and McLean model is used to measure the success of hybrid working implementation through six main variables: system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefit. The study involved 150 respondents, including educational staff and third-year students at PGRI Banten Polytechnic. Data was collected via an online questionnaire using Google Forms. Analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests via SPSS 22, followed by structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the relationships between variables in the model. The analysis results indicate that the hybrid system has a significant impact on the work effectiveness of educational staff and student learning outcomes. System quality and information quality are the dominant indicators influencing user satisfaction and net benefit from the hybrid system. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis was conducted to formulate strategies for strengthening the implementation of hybrid working in higher education institutions. Effective strategies include improving digital literacy, utilizing more stable technology, and strengthening communication and monitoring based on digital platforms. The DeLone and McLean model has proven to be a reliable measurement tool for evaluating the success of hybrid work systems and providing direction for sustainable development strategies. With these findings, educational institutions are expected to be more prudent in designing hybrid working policies that are not only efficient but also have a positive impact on all stakeholders.
