The government directly supervises 11 basic food commodities. The system of interplay between the price of goods and the availability of staple food directly has an impact on the high price of food at certain times. It is necessary to classify the food that is most needed by the community on big holidays in Indonesia so that it can be a reference for the government in preparing market needs in the coming year. In this study, the grouping of staple food availability was based on hierarchical cluster analysis with complete linkage method. The availability of food commodities in the discussion of this research is sourced from production materials and daily prices for meat, eggs, cooking oil and rice commodities. Cluster interpretation results in cluster 1 indicating Fulfilled Availability of 88-89%, Cluster 2 showing Sufficient Commodity Availability of 90-93% and Cluster 3 showing Availability of Rare Commodities of 87%. The three clusters formed are depicted in the form of a dendogram as a visualization of the relationship between food availability groupings.

The teacher has the main role as a leader in the learning process. For this reason, teacher awareness of the importance of the profession and work motivation in improving teacher performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between professional commitment and work motivation on the performance of teachers in Medan city madrasas at the basic education level. In data analysis, this study used quantitative methods using a correlational approach, measured using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. This thesis uses a sample of 57 teachers in Madrasah Medan, Medan who were selected using the Slovin formula. The results of the study concluded that (1) there is a significant relationship between professional commitment to teacher performance, (2) there is a significant relationship between work motivation and teacher performance, and (3) there is a significant relationship between professional commitment and work motivation on teacher performance.

Abstract: One of the advantages of the MOORA method is its high flexibility and good selectivity. This is because MOORA is able to determine the goals of conflicting criteria, where the criteria can be profitable or unfavorable. While the advantage of the SAW method is that it can determine the weight value of each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives and the assessment will be more precise because it is based on the predetermined criteria and preference weights. Some of the weaknesses of the SAW method include, the data entered must be correct and precise, so as not to cause errors during the weighting and ranking of criteria, while the drawback of this MOORA method is that there must be a weight that is calculated to continue the calculation of the data which is then calculated on each criterion and range of criteria. This is what prompted the researchers to explore the research entitled "Comparison of the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) with Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) in determining the best housing". This research activity plan is carried out in the Medan city area using data that has been published previously through national journals in Indonesia. The final result of the research is expected to be obtained by comparing the results of the two methods according to the decision support system data used, and the results of the research will be published on Sinta 4 accredited national journal articles or better.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan dan penerapan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Dwitunggal Jayalestari Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis melalui program SPSS Statistics 22. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi,wawancara,kuesioner dan studi dokumenter. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 115 orang sedangkan sampel sebanyak 54 orang yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan terbukti bahwa pelatihan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Dwitunggal Jayalestari Medan. Diantara kedua variabel tersebut, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
