Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi mengenai konsep syukur dan dilakukan pada kalangan mahasiswa di Universitas Paramadina. Pertanyaan penelitian yang dibangun berupa bagaimanakah gambaran konsep syukur yang maknai oleh para responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis isi dengan menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka dan dianalisis dengan analisis isi secara induktif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di universitas Paramadina yang berjumlah 192 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep rasa syukur dibangun atas 5 kategori yang terkait dengan kondisi menerima (41,15%), berterimakasih (23,44%), menikmati (9,38%), menghargai (6,25%), dan memanfaatkan (6,25%). Kelima kategori tersebut mengarahkan pada kondisi yang ada dan dimiliki dalam diri serta segala proses kehidupan yang dijalani. Di dalam penelitian ini, objek rasa syukur ini diarahkan pada keberadaan Tuhan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang berbeda terkait dengan konsep syukur yang biasanya menjadi rujukan dalam penelitian di barat khususnya terkait dengan objek keberadaan Tuhan.

Abstract

Violence against women and children become an issue in both western and eastern countries, the abuser may come from parents, caregivers, and spouses. Emotional abuse is one of the hardest to recognize because the signs are not visible in the victims, but the impact itself can interfere with one’s development. Emotional abuse can have an effect on one's psychological well-being. The purpose of this study is to describe psychological well-being in early adult that experience emotional abuse during childhood and adolescence affects. The method of this research is case study qualitative research, the subject of the research is a 22 years old early adult woman and three informants. Technique sampling was used nonprobability sampling technique. Data collection method was interviewe. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded from six dimension, there are dimensions go well such as positive relationship with others, purpose in life, and personal growth. While in other dimensions, such as self-acceptance, autonomy, and environmental mastery are still in the process of achieving.

Abstract

There are three main objectives of this study namely 1) analyzing the application of secondary association leverage in strengthening the Wanderlust company brand products, 2) analyzing the implementation of stakeholder approaches in supporting brand strengthening and the sustainability of Wanderlust, and 3) determining the extent to which the application of secondary association leverage, whose main orientation is in strengthening the brand and the sustainability of the company, basically directly or indirectly reinforces the cultural products of one region. This study uses a qualitative approach as a method for data retrieval. Case study research raised in this regard relates to the existence of tour and travel companies under the name of Wanderlust in strengthening the company's brand awareness. The interview approach with the owner of Wanderlust is the most appropriate method in its efforts to explore the processes carried out by Wanderlust in strengthening branding using the Leverage Secondary Association approach. Based on the results of empirical research that has been done it can be concluded that the leverage secondary association in the Wanderlust company has shown strength in the company. This can be seen from the four elements that support it, namely people, places, things, and other brands. These four elements have been optimally carried out by Wanderlust to support the sustainability of his company in order to create equity in his company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi pelaksanaan Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) oleh pimpinan Universitas Paramadina. Program MBKM merupakan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi dan dilaksanakan selama satu semester, program MBKM perlu dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaanya oleh pimpinan universitas. Pertama, pemahaman pimpinan universitas terhadap Program MBKM. Kedua, Kebijakan pimpinan universitas mempersiapkan pelaksanaan MBKM. Ketiga, pelaksanaan program MBKM. Keempat, manfaat program MBKM dan Kelima, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan MBKM. Keberhasilan program MBKM akan sangat tergantung dari respon pimpinan universitas dalam mengetahui, mempersiapkan dan menjalankan kebijakan dengan tata kelola dan dukungan sumber daya yang baik. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi program. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis dilakukan dengan mencatat informasi penting dan relevan berdasarkan urutan kejadian. Pimpinan universitas Paramadina sudah memahami program MBKM dan mempersiapkan kebijakan dan sumber daya pendukung untuk pelaksanaan program MBKM ditingkat universitas.

Abstract

Fenomena fatherless di Indonesia ada namun tidak disadari. Indonesia dinobatkan sebagai salah satu negara yang paling “yatim” di dunia, hal ini bukan berdasarkan besarnya jumlah anak yatim di Indonesia melainkan minimnya pengetahuan ayah tentang membesarkan anak, sehingga anak mengalami ketiadaan ayah secara psikologis. Fenomena fatherless menjadi isu yang serius mengingat dampak psikologis yang terjadi pada anak salah satunya yaitu masalah perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran konsep diri pada pria dewasa awal fatherless akibat perceraian. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ialah seorang laki-laki dewasa awal berusia 22 tahun dan 3 orang informan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposeful sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan subjek memiliki dua pandangan diri yaitu pandangan positif dan pandangan negatif, subjek mampu menerima keadaan fatherless, dan berorientasi pada masa depan. Faktor yang membentuk konsep diri subjek saat ini yaitu peran ibu, lingkungan pertemanan, pengalaman dan kesadaran subjek atas dirinya sendiri.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of technology, social media platforms like TikTok have become significantly integrated into the daily lives of Generation Z. This study aims to explore the connection between the intensity of TikTok use and the psychological well-being of Gen-Z individuals. The research employs a quantitative design, analyzing data through Pearson's product-moment correlation test and simple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. A total of 161 respondents were selected via convenience sampling. The instruments used include a TikTok usage intensity scale developed by Izzatur Rayyan (2024) and Ryff’s 18-item Scales of Psychological Well-Being (Ryff et al., 2010). The findings indicate no significant relationship between TikTok usage intensity and psychological well-being, as evidenced by a significance value (Sig.) of 0.548 (p>0.05) between the TikTok intensity variable and psychological well-being.

Abstract

Children experiencing Speech delay, also known as delayed speech, have special needs. Therefore, Speech delay poses its own challenges for mothers. Thus, the role of parents considered most significant in child development is that of the mother, who must demonstrate resilience in facing the situation of a child with Speech delay. This study aims to provide an overview of Resilience in Mothers with Children with Speech delay. The research employed a qualitative method. The subject in this study was a 33 years old mother with a speeh delay child, the child had been diagnosed for more than 1 year, and the child had or was in the process of therapy. Primary data were obtained from the words or interview results from mothers with children with speech disorders. Analysis was conducted using techniques such as those proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely Reduction, Presentation, and Conclusion drawing.

Abstract

Cultural deprivation develops more in deprivation and disadvantage environments, discussions and research on cultural deprivation in educational settings are still relatively few. This study aims to obtain a formulation of real life guidance (real life system) as a guidance system in schools that is friendly to cultural deprivation, as well as efforts to develop the mindset of children who experience cultural deprivation. The research method used is mixed method sequential explanatory, namely quantitative analysis followed by qualitative analysis to strengthen quantitative results. Participants in this study consisted of collaborators, namely: (1) all teachers and (2) parents whose children were selected as participants, while the research participants consisted of 16 (sixteen) students who had activities outside of school (work). The real life guidance model (real life system (RLS)) was declared effective in developing the mindset of children who experience cultural deprivation, supported by teacher skills both in implementing guidance and RLS-based learning, and parents who are more attentive and concerned about their children's education.
