Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out inappropriate space utilization due to the pressure of develompent is caused of develompent thai is not in accordance with the regional spatial planning and the deviation from the realization and contribution of buildiding construction permits. The results of of the research show that (1) the construction of resident in new district has not all been in accordance with the regional spatial planning. (2)  Lack of socialization regarding the procedures for arranging construction permits, some people do not understand the way to manage it. (3) There are no deviations from the realization of building construction permits with spatial planning from related agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Regional Original Income on Economic Growth in Central Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2019 Period. The instrument used in this study is a ratio scale with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple linear analysis show that Regional Original Income has an effect on Economic Growth, Regional Taxes have an effect on Economic Growth, Regional Levies have an effect on Economic Growth, Results of Separated Regional Wealth Management have no effect on Economic Growth, Other Legitimate Regional Original Income has an effect on Economic Growth in Regencies/Cities in Central Sulawesi for the 2015-2019 Period. Regional Taxes, Regional Retributions, Results of Separated Regional Wealth Management and Others PAD Which together or simultaneously affect Economic Growth in Regencies/Cities in Central Sulawesi for the 2015-2019 Period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen di Universitas Madako Tolitoli. Adapun variabel yang diteliti adalah Kompensasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Kinerja Dosen (Y). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuesioner dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda di mana data tersebut di analisis menggunakan program SPSS for windows 23.0. Hasil analisis linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Madako Kabupaten Tolitoli. lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Madako Tolitoli. Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen di Universitas Madako Tolitoli

Abstract

The importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment is necessary to develop a character education program "Love the Environment" for the residents of Laulalang Village. This program must also teach them how to take care of nature to protect them once again from the dangers of coastal abrasion through a greening program. This community service aims to achieve a green economy in the government system of Laulalang Village which targets the village community, especially housewives, In addition to being able to help the household economy, teenagers are also aware of the environment for the future. This program was implemented in Laulalang Village, North Tolitoli District, Tolitoli. It consists of several series of activities including socialization on waste utilization, and a mangrove tree planting program. The series of activities were carried out over two days. The result of this activity is that the community can recycle or classify types of waste that can be resold so that it has new economic value, where everything can have economic value if it is managed properly and appropriately, so it does not pollute the environment which can be detrimental to all. Then the planting of mangrove trees to create new environmental ecosystem conditions to grow and develop again along the northern coastline of Laulalang Village, with the hope that it will create a new network, a future network for Sulawesi's marine ecosystems, followed by an advanced generation who are aware of the environment for the future come.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how differences in income and poverty in Central Sulawesi Province are affected by the 2011-2020 economic growth. The poverty reduction rate in Central Sulawesi Province is the best trading location for Sulawesi. However, the poverty rate for Sulawesi Province is still higher than the average across Sulawesi Province. Secondary data for this type of research were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, and multiple linear regression was used as a data analysis tool. The results show that between 2011 and 2020, income attractiveness in Central Sulawesi Province has a positive and negligible impact on poverty, but economic expansion has a minimal long-term impact on poverty as well

Abstract

The Influence of Balancing Funds on Regional Financial Independence in Tolitoli Regency guided. This study aims to determine the effect of balancing funds on Regional Financial Independence in Tolitoli Regency. The variables studied are balancing funds (X) and regional financial independence (Y). The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique. The research instrument used in this study was a ratio scale with a simple regression analysis technique where the data was analyzed using the SPSS for Windows 23 program. Simple linear results show that balancing funds have a positive and significant effect on regional financial independence in Tolitoli district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah BUMDes dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa Dan Bagaimana Dampak Perekonomian Di Desa Luok Manipi Kecamatan Dondo Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu memberikan gambaran tentang situasi/kondisi serta fenomena yang aktual secara sistematis yang behubungan dengan kejadian-kejadian yang terjadi di lapangan, sumber data berupa data primer, dapat diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk menggambarkan realitas yang terjadi di lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data,reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak BUMDes dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa dan perekonomian di Desa Luok Manipi Kecamatan Dondo Kabupaten Tolitoli sudah cukup baik, pendapatan asli desa meningkat setelah bekerja sama dengan BUMDes Apoto Jojo dan BUMDes juga bisa membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat di Desa Luok Manipi serta pendapatan petani bawang merah meningkat setelah bekerja sama dengan BUMDes. Peran BUMDes sendiri berjalan dari tahun 2021 sampai sekarang yang masih beroperasi disektor pertanian yaitu budi daya bawang merah.Kata Kunci : Dampak, BUMDes, PADes dan Perekonomian
