Abstract

This study aimed to test the effect of employee commitment and quality of public services 10 employee performance, customer satisfaction and public confidence. The findings showed that: 1). the commitment of employees (x1) significantly affects the quality of service (x2), 2). commitment of employees (x1) significantly affects performance (v1) with marked positive path coefficient, 3). commitment of employees (xl) influential significant effect on community satisfaction (y2). 4). Commitment of employees (x1) non significant effect on trust in the community (Y3), 5). quality of service (x2) significantly affects performance (v1), 6). Quality of service (x2) significantly affects community satisfaction (v2), 7). quality of service (x2) significantly affects people's satisfaction (Y3), 8). performance (yl) significantly affects people's confidence (y2). 9). performance (v1) significantly affects people's confidence (Y3). 10). community satisfaction (42) significantly affects people's confidence (Y3).

Abstract

Perubahan kurs mata uang merupakan fenomena yang mempengaruhi ekonomi global secara signifikan. Dalam konteks Asia Tenggara, nilai tukar mata uang seperti Dolar Amerika (USD), Dolar Australia (AUD), Dolar Singapura (SGD), dan Rupiah Indonesia (IDR) memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap aktivitas perdagangan dan investasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi apakah terdapat perbedaan dalam perubahan kurs mata uang antara USD, AUD, SGD, dan IDR dalam periode 2018-2023. Dengan memahami dinamika perubahan ini, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai tukar mata uang di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how school principals implement visionary leadership in building an educational environment that integrates character values into policies, programs and daily practices. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers and students, as well as through direct observation and analysis of school documents. The research results show that visionary leadership plays a significant role in forming a school culture that is oriented towards character formation. Visionary leadership is not only a strategic instrument in education management but also a catalyst for creating a generation with character and ready to face global challenges.
