Abstract

Masalah rendahnya aktivitas fisik pada anak usia sekolah dasar sebagai akibat perkembangan teknologi dan penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan menjadi tantangan serius untuk perkembangan fisik, mental, dan sosial mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi yang strategis dan praktis dengan mengenalkan kembali permainan tradisional khas Lombok berbantuan media pop up book sebagai sarana edukasi yang menarik dan mudah dipahami anak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan utama, diantaranya: (1) penyusunan dan penyediaan media pop up book  permainan tradisional khas Lombok di bulan Mei-Juni 2025; (2) pengenalan permainan tradisional khas Lombok menggunakan media pop up book  kepada peserta didik pada bulan Juli 2025; (3) praktik permainan tradisional secara langsung pada bulan Agustus 2025 selama empat minggu berturut-turut; dan (4) refleksi dan evaluasi sederhana dengan melibatkan guru dan peserta didik untuk menilai pengalaman dan dampak kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pop up book secara efektif dapat menarik minat dan meningkatkan pemahaman anak, di samping itu praktik langsung juga berhasil mendorong partisipasi aktif, menguatkan keterampilan gerak dasar, serta menanamkan rasa bangga terhadap budaya lokal. Guru dan peserta didik memberikan respon dan dampak yang positif terhadap seluruh rangkaian kegiatan ini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menjadi solusi yang strategis dan berhasil dalam mendorong peserta didik untuk memiliki sikap dan perilaku hidup aktif, mengokohkan keterampilan motorik dan sosial, serta menghidupkan kembali permainan tradisional khas Lombok sebagai wahana edukasi yang bernilai di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of mathematics learning difficulties and the factors that influence them in sixth-grade students of SDN 40 Ampenan. The study used a descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observations and questionnaires given to 16 students as respondents. The questionnaire instrument consisted of 20 statements used to identify indicators of mathematics learning difficulties. The results showed that there were two students who experienced significant difficulties in understanding numbers, estimating quantities, and solving story problems. Factors causing these learning difficulties included internal factors, such as low interest and weak problem-solving skills, as well as external factors such as lack of environmental support and family socio-economic conditions. Learning observations also showed the need for additional assistance for students who experienced difficulties. This study emphasized the importance of adaptive learning interventions and environmental support to help students overcome mathematics learning difficulties optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the deep learning approach within the Kurikulum Merdeka at SD Negeri 26 Mataram. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological design involving two teacher participants, namely a lower-grade teacher and an upper-grade teacher. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman flow model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity was ensured through time triangulation. The findings reveal both similarities and differences in the implementation of mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning principles across the stages of lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation. Similarities were found in analyzing students’ learning needs, applying differentiated instruction, connecting learning materials to students’ daily experiences, and providing formative feedback. Differences were identified in pedagogical focus: lower-grade teachers emphasized attention management, the use of concrete learning media, and strengthening basic literacy skills, while upper-grade teachers focused more on developing reflective and analytical thinking skills as well as exploring more complex learning concepts. Challenges in lower grades were related to early literacy skills and short attention spans, whereas in upper grades they were associated with the complexity of lesson planning and time management. Overall, the implementation of deep learning was adapted to the developmental characteristics of students at each grade level.
