Abstract

Abstrak Dimensi pertama memandang kurikulum sebagai rencana kegiatan belajar bagi siswa disekolah atau sebagai perangkat tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Suatu kurikulum dapat menunjuk pada suatu dokumen yang berisi rumusan tentang tujuan, bahan ajar, kegiatan belajar mengajar, jadwal, dan evaluasi. Dimensi kedua, memandang kurikulum suatu sistem yang mencakup struktur personalia dan prosedur kerja bagaimana cara menyusun kurikulum, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi, dan menyempurnakan. Dimensi yang ketiga memandang kurikulum sebagai bidang studi, yaitu bidang studi kurikulum. Namun, dalam kurikulum 2013 ini lebih bertumpu kepada kualitas guru sebagai implementator di lapangan. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu: 1) Bagaiaman pengaruh penerapan kurikulum 2013 berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa Kelas VII H SMP Dwijendra Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Kurikulum 2013 terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas VII H SMP Dwijendra Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembaran angket dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan kurikulum 2013 terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa sangat penting. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerakter siswa di sekolah guru-guru dapat memberikan keteladanan kepada siswa, memberikan motivasi dan bimbingan yang baik kepada siswa sehingga siswa termotivasi untuk berkarakter dan penyampaian materi yang behubungan dengan kedisiplinan contohnya materi tentang norma-norma. Pemberian hukuman kepada siswa yang melanggar diusahakan selalu bersifat membangun dan mendidik. Perlakuan itu merupakan solusi yang bijak dalam mendisiplinkan siswa di sekolah. Penerapan kurikulum 2013 terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa yaitu sikap yang ada pada diri siswa sendiri, lingkungan dan pola penenaman disiplin dalam keluarga. upaya yang dilakukan guru-guru dalam mengatasi pengaruh tersebut yakni membangun kerjasama dengan orang tua, pihak sekolah dalam. A curriculum can refer to a document that contains the formulation of objectives, teaching materials, teaching and learning activities, schedules, and evaluations. The second dimension, looking at the curriculum of a system that includes the personnel structure and work procedures on how to structure the curriculum, implement, evaluate, and improve. The third dimension views the curriculum as a field of study, namely the field of curriculum studies. However, in the 2013 curriculum it is more reliant on the quality of teachers as implementers in the field. The formulation of the problem are: 1) How does the influence of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum affect the character formation of Class VII H students of SMP Dwijendra Denpasar in the academic year 2018/2019? This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum on the character building of VII H class students at Dwijendra Denpasar Middle School in 2018/2019. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation. Research instruments include questionnaire sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of the 2013 curriculum to the formation of student character is very important. To improve the quality of students' characteristics in schools teachers can provide role models to students, provide motivation and good guidance to students so students are motivated to character and delivery of material related to discipline, for example material about norms. Penalties to students who violate the endeavor are always constructive and educational. The treatment is a wise solution in disciplining students at school. The application of the 2013 curriculum to the formation of student character is the attitude that exists in students themselves, the environment and the pattern of discipline in the family. the efforts made by the teachers in overcoming this influence are building cooperation with parents, the inner school. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi komunikasi kepemimpinan dan komunikasi organisasi dalam bidang bisnis di IWAPI Kota Denpasar, maka penulis tertarik untuk menganalisa implementasi dari komunikasi tersebut, khususnya melihat bagaimana komunikasi kepemimpinan dan organisasi berhasil terjadi dengan memperhatikan aspek menurut Bass, yaitu kemampuan memberikan pengaruh, memecahkan masalah, kemampuan mengawasi dan mengambil keputusan. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukan tentang implementasi komunikasi kepemimpinan dan organisasi dalam bidang bisnis di IWAPI Kota Denpasar yang telah dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, tepat dan konsisten oleh para pengurus dan anggotanya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui gaya kepemimpinan IWAPI Kota Denpasar meliputi kepemimpinan transformasional, visioner, dan demokratis. Setiap pemimpin memiliki karakter dan gaya kepemimpinan mereka masing-masing yang dipengaruhi oleh kinerja. Selain itu tingkat dalam menciptakan kreativitas dan inovasi kurang dipandang sebagai ide yang baik dalam pengembangan diri sebagai anggota. Ciri-ciri kepemimpinan perempuan, yaitu berani mengambil resiko dengan melakukan perubahan. Hal ini sejalan dengan banyak perubahan yang telah dilakukan oleh IWAPI Kota Denpasar, seperti kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, rapat yang dilakukan secara online melalui zoom meeting sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien, melakukan talk show, arsip dilakukan menggunakan teknologi

Abstract

This research analyses how the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in radio broadcasting by Radio Mustang Jakarta can change the landscape of the broadcasting industry. Through qualitative research, this case study examined radio broadcasting technology development and AI-based innovation in radio programmes. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and literature studies with triangulation in the data processing. The results revealed that radio is strongly committed to keeping up with advances in information and communication technology. AI in the broadcasting industry can improve the quality and efficiency of broadcasts. In addition, AI technology can revolutionise the broadcasting industry by introducing an AI broadcaster named Aimee through an innovative production process.

Abstract

Improving problem-solving skills is a key challenge in science education. Traditional models like Direct Instruction (DI) often limit student engagement, prompting the need for innovative approaches such as the Flipped Classroom (FC) model. This study aims to analyze differences in problem-solving skills between students taught using the FC model and those taught using the DI model. This quasi-experimental research employed a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The sample, consisting of 34 fourth-semester prospective science teachers, was selected through random sampling. The experimental group (FC model) and control group (DI model) each included 17 students. Problem-solving skills were assessed using an essay test in a biophysics course, with a reliability coefficient of 0.717. Data were analyzed descriptively and using ANCOVA at a 5% significance level. The results showed medium improvements in problem-solving skills for both groups, with N-gains of 64.30 for the FC model and 32.94 for the DI model. A significant difference was found between the groups (p < 0.05), with students in the FC group achieving higher problem-solving scores. In conclusion, the FC model is more effective in enhancing problem-solving skills compared to the DI model. Active learning strategies in the FC model foster deeper engagement, supporting the development of essential cognitive skills in science education.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out by the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dwijendra University, as a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity aims to improve the quality of PPKn learning and strengthen student character at SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar through training on the application of learning evaluation. Based on the results of interviews with PPKn teachers, two main problems were found: difficulties in implementing learning reviewed from the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation, and obstacles in integrating character values into the learning process. The training activity was held on June 17, 2025, involving PPKn teachers, lecturers, and students. The training material focused on character-based learning evaluation strategies such as the values of responsibility, tolerance, and discipline. The results of the activity demonstrated the enthusiasm of participants in understanding and implementing character-based evaluation, as well as a commitment to implementing the training results in the school environment. As a follow-up, an online communication group was formed and the signing of the MoA and PkS was carried out as a form of ongoing collaboration. This activity is expected to make a real contribution to the development of teacher professionalism and improving the quality of character education in schools.
