Abstract

Ada hal yang menarik pada buku yang dikarang oleh salah satu ulama Nusantara yang dikenal dengan nama ?Abdush Shamad Falimbani. Beliau termasuk kalangan yang mengajarkan tasawuf kepada para murid dan santrinya. Namun dalam buku tersebut, beliau banyak membawakan teks-teks Alquran dan hadis. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada dua rumusan masalah, antara lain: apa kontribusi ?Abdush Shamad Falimbani dalam penyebaran hadis melalui kitab Nashihah al-muslimin dan bagaimana kandungan hadis pada kitab Nasihah al-Muslimin. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam ragam penelitian kualitatif. Data-data dikumpulkan dengan metode studi dokumen yang berkaitan dengan beberapa variabel penelitian. Dokumen primer berupa kitab Nasihah al-Muslimin yang dimiliki peneliti, kemudian dilengkapi dokumen sekunder berupa file-file yang bisa diunduh secara gratis di internet.Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data yang dibutuhkan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi simpulan, antara lain: pertama, kontribusi ?Abdush Shamad Falimbani dalam penyebaran hadis di Indonesia melalui kitab Nashihah al-Muslimin sangat besar. Banyak kaum muslimin ikut dengan seruan jihad meninggikan kalimatullah melalui penyampaian nash Alquran dan hadis yang sangat banyak pada kitab tersebut. Sumber rujukan hadis yang bervariasi didukung oleh keberadaan beliau pada saat menulis kitab yang tinggal di Jazirah Arab, sehingga rujukan kitab-kitab hadis dapat ditemukan dengan mudah dan sudah cukup memadai. Kedua, Kandungan hadis pada kitab Nashihah al-Muslimin yang sangat padat menjadi bukti kontribusi ?Abdush Shamad yang cukup baik di zamannya. Walaupun belum didapatkan dari karya beliau yang khusus membahas tentang periwayatan hadis. Namun usaha beliau dalam penyebutan hadis yang bisa dilacak dalam kitab-kitab induk hadis merupakan usaha yang patut disyukuri.

Abstract

Deviant behavior in sexual orientation, known as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, which is more commonly referred to as LGBT, has had a negative impact on social security in society. This is the result of the globalization of LGBT, and the lack of public knowledge about LGBT, religious, and state norms. This study aims to polarize religious laws and then compare them with state norms and laws on preventive patterns of LGBT behavior. The analysis used in this study is a descriptive-analytical method, namely carefully describing preventive patterns of LGBT behavior which are embodied in one source of Islamic law, namely sunnah and its explanations and state law which is embodied in the Criminal Code (KUHP). Based on the results of this study, it was found that there were differences in preventive patterns of LGBT behavior in the perspective of fiqh sunnah and the perspective of Indonesian state law. Preventive patterns of LGBT behavior from the perspective of fiqh sunnah are more assertive in prohibiting the daily behavior of family members which will stimulate a person's psyche to deviate sexual behavior. As for Indonesian state law, preventive measures are looser and less comprehensive. This study recommends that the Criminal Code law be revised again using the applicable mechanism by taking into account the Islamic religious norms embodied in fiqh sunnah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The consumptive lifestyle of most humans leads them into debt. As the world continues to evolve, people are competing to emulate the behavior of hedonism. The emergence of parties that provide loans with very easy access has made people's perceptions of debt commonplace. Not infrequently, debt becomes the only way to fulfill the needs of lust, and even though being easy on the debt will not expand the narrow economy, it will increase the burden of a sustainable life. In general, most people do not know the existence of the hadiths about the dangers of debt and do not realize the adverse effects of getting into debt in life. Therefore, researchers want to inform people about the existence of these hadiths so that people realize that the habit of being in debt can be self-defeating and create an unhealthy lifestyle. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study and library research method. The findings of this study show that: (1) there are hadiths about the dangers of debt, (2) there are factors that influence debt behaviour by the comunity, and (3) the habit of being in debt has a negative impact on the country's economic stability. Keywords: debt; society; economy; hadith. ABSTRAK Pola hidup konsumtif sebagian besar manusia menyebabkan mereka berutang. Zaman terus berkembang, masyarakat berlomba-lomba untuk meniru perilaku hidup hedonisme. Munculnya pihak-pihak yang memberikan pinjaman dengan akses yang sangat mudah membuat persepsi masyarakat terhadap utang menjadi lumrah. Tak jarang, utang menjadi satu-satunya jalan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hawa nafsu padahal bermudah-mudahan dalam berutang tidak akan melapangkan ekonomi yang sempit justru akan menambah beban hidup yang berkelanjutan. Sebagian besar masyarakat belum mengetahui keberadaan hadis-hadis bahaya utang, dan tidak menyadari dampak buruk membiasakan utang dalam kehidupan. Budaya berutang ini tanpa sadar dapat menyebabkan krisis ekonomi dan memengaruhi stabilitas perekonomian negara. Peneliti ingin menginformasikan tentang adanya hadis-hadis tersebut supaya masyarakat menyadari bahwa kebiasaan berutang dapat merugikan diri sendiri, dan menciptakan gaya hidup yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur/library research. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hadis-hadis tentang bahaya utang, (2) Terdapat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku berutang oleh masyarakat, (3) Kebiasaan berutang memiliki dampak buruk terhadap stabilitas perekonomian negara. Kata kunci: utang; masyarakat; ekonomi; hadis.
