Abstract

Abstract—Batik is an indigenous cultural artifact of Indonesia that demands conservation. This study's batik establishment, Satrio Manah Batik, is located in Tulungagung and specializes in selling authentic Tulungagung batik. Sales for Satrio Manah Batik are conventional, and customers must physically visit the store. Satrio Manah Batik often makes custom orders, so it takes time for an appointment. The sales reach is limited to Tulungagung, and transactions are restricted to clients already acquainted with Satrio Manah Batik. Further, the antiquated book writing method must still be employed to record raw material stocks and sales reports. There needs to be a better record of the product inventory reports. It affects the calculations of monthly sales profits. Hence, this study was conducted to develop a sales information system to improve Satrio Manah Batik's sales efficiency. This research was developed using a waterfall model. The verification and validation results show that the system developed can meet customer needs. Customers can order custom batik by platform in a short time, which can increase the effectiveness of Batik Satrio Manah's sales. Keywords: sales information system, batik shop, efficiency Abstrak—Batik merupakan artefak budaya asli Indonesia yang perlu dilestarikan. Tempat usaha batik pada penelitian ini adalah Batik Satrio Manah, yang berlokasi di Tulungagung dan khusus menjual batik asli Tulungagung. Penjualan Batik Satrio Manah bersifat konvensional dan pelanggan harus mengunjungi toko secara fisik. Satrio Manah Batik sering membuat pesanan secara custom sehingga memerlukan waktu untuk membuat janji. Jangkauan penjualan Batik Satrio Manah hanya terbatas di Tulungagung, dan pembeliaan hanya dilakukan oleh pelanggan yang sudah mengenal Satrio Manah Batik. Selain itu, cara mencatat stok bahan baku dan laporan penjualan masih melakukan penulisan buku. Perlu adanya pencatatan laporan persediaan produk yang lebih baik. Hal ini mempengaruhi perhitungan keuntungan penjualan bulanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan Batik Satrio Manah. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model waterfall. Hasil verifikasi dan validasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Pelanggan dapat memesan batik custom melalui platform dalam waktu singkat sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan Batik Satrio Manah. Abstract

Keberadaan burung pada Kawasan Agroforestri Bromo Tengger Semeru, Jawa Timur merupakan hal penting dalam ekosistem. Dengan jumlah spesies burung yang relatif banyak, proses pengamatan masih dilakukan secara tradisional. Para birdwatching melakukan pengamatan dengan cara mencatat hasil dari pengamatan yang diperoleh diantaranya yaitu nama burung, jenis burung, foto burung, dan keterangan detail burung. Proses ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan terdapat kendala dalam mengelola data yang ada karena harus mencari data dalam bentuk catatan atau arsip yang jumlahnya banyak. Jika ada data yang hilang maka hasil dari pemantauan pun juga akan susah untuk dicari. Maka dari itu birdwatching membutuhkan sistem yang dapat melakukan pengambilan data pengamatan secara digital dan agar lebih mudah disimpan. Pengamatan lokasi secara digital dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). SIG merupakan sistem yang dapat melakukan pemetaan data dan menghubungkannya ke dalam peta, kemudian mengintegrasikannya dengan semua jenis informasi deskriptif. Proses entri data digunakan untuk menginput data spasial dan non spasial. Visualisasi sistem informasi geografis disajikan dalam bentuk peta. Sistem dapat menampilkan view base peta lokasi, rute ke lokasi burung, serta view pemetaan burung. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan verifikasi dan validasi. Verifikasi dilakukan dengan menguji seluruh sistem. Kemudian validasi dilakukan dengan melakukan uji coba sistem dan wawancara kepada birdwatching atau disebut pengamat burung yang ada di Kawasan Agroforestri Bromo. Hasilnya, sistem ini dapat membantu dan memudahkan birdwatching yang ada di Kawasan Agroforestri dengan mengetahui lokasi dan kondisi terkini serta memudahkan dalam melakukan pencatatan lokasi burung yang diamati.

Abstract

This research paper investigates Named Entity Recognition (NER) within Indonesia’s job vacancy domain, employing state-of-the-art Bert-based models. The study presents a detailed data collection and preprocessing methodology, followed by the Bert-based model’s fine-tuning for enhanced NER. The dataset comprises 48,673 job vacancies collected from the JobStreet website in July 2023, specifically focusing on multi-entity recognition, including job titles and job descriptions. An original annotation algorithm was developed using Python and Laravel for precise entity recognition. In addition, this paper provides an extensive literature review of NER and Bert-based models and discusses their relevance in the context of the Indonesian job market. The outcomes highlight the efficacy of our BERT-based model, attaining an average accuracy of 78.5%, a precision of 79.7%, a recall of 81.1%, and an F1 score of 80.8% in the Named Entity Recognition (NER) task. The study concludes by discussing the implications, limitations, and future directions, underscoring the model’s potential applicability in streamlining job matching and recruitment processes in Indonesia and beyond. This research contributes to the field by providing a robust framework for NER in job vacancies, highlighting the potential for improved job matching, and proposing enhancements for future model development and application in other languages and regions.

Abstract

Production activities in manufacturing companies are essential elements of the company. Recording production activities must be documented to produce information needed to make the right decisions in production and use of all existing company resources. This study focuses on developing a Production Information System in a plywood company. The company's production planning activities and monitoring are documented using Excel. This causes difficulties in monitoring the duration of production activities carried out. This study aims to develop a production information system that monitors production processes. This system includes raw material procurement, production planning, inventory control, and production process monitoring. The development methods include production process analysis, data collection, cost calculation method research, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The verification process is carried out by checking all features and the progress of the production process. The validation process is carried out by interviewing and testing the system on users. As a result, the system has been able to meet company standards in managing production routing based on the duration calculations prepared so that the PPIC manager can monitor the progress of ongoing production.
