Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The research objective is the application of the K-Means algorithm in Frozen Food sales, to classify the number of Frozen Food sales in each month, to take what month the highest and lowest sales data. The method used is the K-Means algorithm and is accompanied by a Rapid Miner in processing the data. Data sources obtained from observations, interview and document to shop owners and coworkers. There are several types of Frozen Food and sales data from April to November 2019. Where the results of the study can provide information to business owners, what Frozen Food should be increased in production so that business owners can increase their Frozen Food sales.

Abstract

Pematangsiantar Mayor Office is an institution that is used and functions to serve and protect the community. This paper proposes a decision support system research using the Promethee method. Promethee is one of several methods of determining the order or priority in multi-criteria analysis. This writing uses the Promethee method as a step in determining the provision of incentives for freelance daily staff at the Pematangsiantar Mayor's Office. In this study the authors took 10 alternatives with 5 assessment criteria including absenteeism, achievement, behavior, long history of work and teamwork. With the highest result obtained by alternative 9 on behalf of Triono with a value of 0.422 and the lowest result obtained by alternative 6 on behalf of Soraya with a value of -0.211.

Abstract

Kartika 1-4 Private Junior High School is a private junior high school located in Pematangsiantar City, specifically at Jalan Kartini No. 8, West Siantar District. Improving English language skills for seventh-grade students is an urgent need, making English language training crucial for educational practitioners at the school. This training can help students. The community service team's interest in the existing problem prompted them to organize an English training program, specifically writing skills. This shows that the team has a strong motivation to overcome the problem, especially writing skills in English. This training is designed to improve writing skills, which are important in various contexts such as academic, professional, or global communication. The focus on writing skills indicates a specific need that the community service team wants to meet. This training emphasizes the ability to express ideas and thoughts clearly and effectively through writing, not just copying words or sentences. The purpose of the training that has been implemented is to improve students' ability in writing in English, so that they can express ideas and information more effectively and clearly, especially when they want to write a sentence and form a paragraph correctly. The Community Service Activity was held for 32 seventh-grade students of Kartika Middle School located in Pematangsiantar. Students were enthusiastic about participating in this training activity. In addition, the seventh-grade students of Kartika Middle School also have more confidence in writing.

Abstract

Rice plant diseases can reduce agricultural productivity and yield quality, highlighting the need for rapid and accurate identification methods to support precision agriculture. This study evaluates four deep learning architectures—ResNet-18, VGG-16, MobileNetV2, and Inception V3—for rice leaf disease classification using digital images. The dataset underwent preprocessing and augmentation before training, while transfer learning with ImageNet pre-trained weights was applied. Models were trained using CrossEntropyLoss and Adam optimizer with a learning rate of 0.0001 for 10 epochs. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, AUC, and confusion matrix. Results demonstrate that the proposed ResNet-18 achieved the best overall performance, obtaining 96.94% accuracy, 100% precision, 95.45% recall, 96.18% F1-score, and 1.00 AUC. Inception V3 and MobileNetV2 showed competitive performance, whereas VGG-16 achieved relatively lower recall. These findings indicate that ResNet-18 provides effective feature representation and stable learning, demonstrating strong potential for rice leaf disease classification and future integration into mobile, field-camera, and IoT-based precision agriculture systems.

Abstract

The construction companies are both those who run the construction work, both construction administrators and construction consultants who need the manpower for their operations. There is no way to determine the existence of a policy of the workers who have a work agreement with the business owner for a period of time. The company's long-term rating of construction workers in Indonesia from 2010-2018 is based on the need to provide information and input to the local government center at the construction site in Indonesia. One of the grouping methods that can be used is k - Medoids. The advantage of this method is to overcome sensitive to outlier. This method in its horn is represented by objects close to the center and thus capable of sterilizing a more precise value. Analysis of the data grouping shows that two cluster data produced one in the low and 33 in high cluster with total cost of 2.7557.
