Abstract

Sales is an effort or concrete steps taken to move a product, whether in the form of goods or services, from producers to consumers as the target. The main purpose of sales is to bring in profits or profits from products or goods produced by producers with good management. Prediction of sales of goods is one way to maintain the stability of sales of goods, the prediction results obtained can be taken into consideration for making decisions in business management planning. Prediction is done to find out the forecast of future sales, to meet consumer needs. One of the problem solving methods used in this research is the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). ANFIS is a method that uses a Neural Network to implement a Fuzzy Inference System. By using the ANFIS method as a solution for solving the case of prediction of peanut bread sales in the future so that the prediction results can be input to UD. Abstract

This study discusses Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) at the Bah Biak Health Center. Bah Biak Health Center is one of the health centers in Marihat in Pematangsiantar city. Every day the number of patients who come and perform medical treatment at this health center is quite a lot. The high number of patient visits at this puskesmas causes the amount of medical record data to be very large as well. So far, data containing information about patients at the puskesmas has not been used properly. This information can actually be used as knowledge for puskesmas, especially for patients who have a history of ARI disease. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to classify patients with ARI at the Puskesmas. The method used is K-Means clustering. The results of this study were able to classify ARI patients into 2 clusters, cluster 1 gave a high recommendation of 72 patients, and cluster 2 gave a low recommendation of 70 patients. The cluster process stops at the 5th iteration of data. Based on the manual calculation process using Ms. Excel and testing using Rapidminer 5.3, yielded the same value. It can be concluded that in this case, the K-Means algorithm can classify ARI patients at the Bah Biak health center well.

Abstract

Leadership in an organization's is an important factor in an organization's success toward a set goal. To answer and solve the various problems that occur in organizational leadership in vocational high school (SMK) Satrya Budi 2 Perdagangan requires specifically a training program. This,training useful provides a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of leadership. Student council leaders are required to learn to understand the basics of leadership so that later in the day leading their members can have a disciplined and responsible attitude in achieving organizational goals. In addition, this program is implemented to form shaping personality character and hone soft skills that which will be useful to them after graduate and entering the workforce. The results of this devotional activity are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the basics of leadership. And with this leadership training is expected to be able to base or underlying students, especially student council members, about/by understanding the leadership knowledge and fostering the spirit of leadership on him in the future.

Abstract

Medicine is an object that is formulated by medical personnel to assist in preventing, healing, recovering, and improving the health of patients. Pharmacies are places that provide various types of drugs that are needed by patients, but pharmacies often have problems in providing drugs which result in a shortage of goods when someone needs it. aspect. This problem will be solved by using the C4.5 algorithm based on data obtained from the Franch Farma Pharmacy. The purpose of this study is to predict the supply of drugs that will be needed by dividing them into 6 variables, namely the name of the item, type of drug, inventory, initial stock, ending stock, and goal. The research test process uses Rapidminer software to create a decision tree. And the results obtained are 12 rules to predict drug supplies to be carried out by Franch Farma Pharmacy with an accuracy rate of 80.00%. From the results of the analysis, it is hoped that it can help pharmacists in making drug supplies more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbandingan dua metode dalam Data Mining klasifikasi yaitu algoritma Naive Bayes dan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dalam permasalahan faktor ketidakdisiplinan masyarakat dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di tempat wisata dan perbelanjaan daerah Pematangsiantar dan Simalungun. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima kriteria yang mempengaruhi ketidakdisiplinan masyarakat yaitu Ketersediaan Alat, Perasaan Masyarakat, Ketegasan Hukum, Lingkungan Masyarakat dan Ekonomi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Formulir kepada masyarakat sebanyak 104 orang. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor lebih baik digunakan dalam permasalahan ketidakdisiplinan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan COVID-19 yang memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 100% jika dibanding dengan algoritma Naive Bayes yang hanya memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,231%.

Abstract

This PkM activity aims to improve skills and creativity and form partner entrepreneurship management (Students of SMK Swasta Anak Bangsa Simalungun Regency) so that later partners can make their products according to their respective wishes by utilizing digital art by marketing it using a marketplace. The PkM team provides training and assistance on entrepreneurship management to Partners in the hope that Partners can open their jobs without relying on and waiting for employment opportunities. This service is carried out at the Children of the Nation Private Vocational School in Simalungun Regency. The activity was carried out for two days, Monday and Tuesday, July 18 and 19, 2022, starting at 09.00-17.00 WIB, with 60 students as participants. This activity uses presentation/lecture methods, discussions, questions and answers, and practice/practice on making products such as digital keychain pins, digital screen printing t-shirts, digital wood screen printing and digital mug glass printing. The results of this service activity, based on the results of the Pre-test, showed that of the 60 students participating in PkM at this school, 34 students were able to answer questions >10 (57%) and <= ten as many as 26 students (43%) with an average score of 51. Meanwhile, based on the Post Test, students who were able to answer questions >10 were 57 students (95%) or an increase of 38% compared to before the PkM activity was carried out, and <= as many as three students (5%) with an average score of 71. So it can be concluded that students' knowledge about digital art increased after this PkM activity was carried out.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look into human resource protection (HR protection) and working conditions at Pt Telkom Indonesia Bandung Branch. This study employed a quantitative approach analysis, including regression method analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing, on a sample of 60 respondents. This study found that protecting human resources and working conditions has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern and layout of the appropriate goods in Gono Stores using the FP-Growth Algorithm. Gono Store is a store that is engaged in the sale of food ingredients located in Nagori Dolok Kataran, Kec. Dolok Batu Nanggar. The arrangement of the layout of the goods greatly affects the volume of sales. However, in setting the layout at the Gono Store, there are some problems, namely the lack of knowledge of the shop owner in setting the layout . The FP-Growth algorithm is one of the alternative data mining algorithms that can be used to determine groups of data that often appear (Frequent item sets) in a set of data.The source of the research data used is by conducting observations and interviews at Gono Stores. From the overall results of the sales data 10 rules are formed with the minimum value limit of Support = 0.3and Confidence = 0,8. Its hoped that the result of this study will provide benefits in the form of information that can help shop owners in analyzing the pattern and layout of foodstuffs.

Abstract

The global spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has reached nearly all parts of the world, resulting in severe disruptions and instability within the global economic structure. The response to this phenomenon includes the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), which significantly affects the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector on a massive scale. MSMEs play a crucial role in the growth and development of Indonesia's economy. Considering this context, the primary objective of this research is to explore the contribution made by E-Commerce to the efforts of economic recovery for MSMEs in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic in the region of Pematang Siantar City. The applied research methodology involves the collection of both primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using both conventional and online methods. On the other hand, secondary data is gathered through an in-depth review of relevant scholarly literature and research journals related to the subject. This study is specifically conducted in the Pematang Siantar City region, North Sumatra, with a data collection period spanning 20 days. The findings of this study indicate that elements such as Income Growth (P=0.679), Increased Market Access (P=0.302), Product Innovation & Diversification (P=0.756), and Job Creation (P=0.294) do not have a significant impact on the process of economic recovery for MSMEs in the Pematang Siantar City region.

Abstract

This service is about system utilization (enterprise resource planning) in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Applying enterprise resource planning to MSMES can help increase flexibility and integrate entire business processes, such as inventory management, finance, production, and sales. However, the implementation of enterprise resource planning requires mature preparation, including proper selection of suppliers, optimization of internal teams, and preparation of human resources. The research methodology used is a participatory action learning system with the active participation of MSMES stakeholders and enterprise resource planning providers. The implementation process of the ENERPRISE Resource Planning system in MSMES includes the phases of meetings, planning, system design, training, and support, as well as the use of the system in business operations. The implementation steps of the Enterprise Resource Planning system in MSMES include business information documents, functional requirements documents, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live.
