Abstract

This research is motivated by the widespread use of the gadgets in the community, including the use of gadgets by early childhood. This study aims to describe how the effect of the use of the gadget on the social emotional development of early childhood in group B in RA Baiturrahman Cipedes District Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is descriptive method with ex post facto research type. The sample in this study amounted to 23 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, structured observation and unstructured interviews. Statistical analysis technique used is simple linear regression with significance level α = 5% (0,05). Based on the calculation of simple linear regression test, obtained value of significance of 0.184 and the value of coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.082 or 8.2%. This indicates that the use of the gadget has a positive effect of 8.2% on the social emotional development of early childhood in group B in RA Baiturrahman Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya. However, the effect is not significant. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya penggunaan gawai di masyarakat, termasuk penggunaan gawai oleh anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan gawai terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini pada kelompok B di RA Baiturrahman Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner, observasi terstruktur dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan taraf signifikansi α=5% (0,05). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,184 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,082 atau 8,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gawai memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 8,2% terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini pada kelompok B di RA Baiturrahman Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya. Akan tetapi, pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan.

Abstract

The management of spatial use permits aims to prevent negative impacts on the environment due to spatial use that is not in accordance with the regulations in the regional spatial plan. Currently, in Tabalong Regency, several violations of aaaaa aaa aaspatial use do not match its designation. In order to minimize the occurrence of violations of spatial planning, it is necessary to strengthen control over spatial use through the development of information systems. This study aims to adopt the use of information and communication technology for space utilization permits in the form of implementing the geographic information system concept using the web and mobile-based application media. This study used a qualitative approach through descriptive methods to explore the urgency of geographic information systems as an instrument of utilization control. The results of the study show that the information system application developed is a means for the community, business actors, investors who plan to submit applications related to space utilization permits. This research also produces information system products that can realize transparency of spatial information and control processes of space utilization that can minimize the potential for deviation from procedures and results of licenses issued.

Abstract

Chatbots are a rapidly growing technology in the field of digital marketing. They are computer programs designed to simulate conversation with human users. Chatbots can be integrated into websites, mobile apps, and messaging platforms to provide instant customer service and support, as well as personalized recommendations and promotions. By using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques, chatbots can understand and respond to user input in a human-like manner. They can also be programmed to respond to specific keywords, trigger events, and customer behavior. Chatbot implementation in digital marketing can help companies to improve customer engagement, increase sales and reduce costs. However, the key to successful chatbot implementation is to ensure that the chatbot is designed to meet the specific needs of the target audience and that it is integrated into the overall marketing strategy. This thesis explains the beneficial role of chatbots and shows how chatbots can be integrated into digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) to be a pandemic on March 13, 2020. Indonesia is one of the countries affected by COVID- 19, which spreads quite quickly. To support the government in making policies, an information system that can manage COVID-19 cases is needed. The purpose of this study is to design a prototype of an information system for Covid-19 cases in a city. This study employed descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. In the meantime, the System Development Life Cycle Prototyping method of designing information systems employed an object-oriented methodology. The results show that information systems' development can provide actual information for the local government and society. This information system's main concept is to take advantage of the role of the puskesmas (Community Health Centers) from each sub-district to collect data directly from the community. After obtaining the data, it will be submitted to the sub-district officer in charge of inputting it into the system. The data that has been input will go through the verification stage by the surveyor. If appropriate, then the data will be published in the latest data update on that day to access the general public. The Covid-19 case information system's prototype can improve existing systems and provide input on renewable concepts in the procedures it carries out. In the end, this prototype of the information system exists as an actual and accurate, and reliable information medium to facilitate government decision-making at regional and national levels.

Abstract

Manajemen tata ruang wilayah Kabupaten Bandung telah diatur dalam bentuk Peraturan Daerah (PERDA) yakni PERDA Kabupaten Bandung Nomor 27 Tahun 2016. Saat ini belum ada fasilitas yang dapat digunakan sebagai media penyebaran informasi mengenai Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) supaya mudah diakses oleh masyarakat yang akan memanfaatkan ruang di wilayah Kabupaten Bandung. Penyebaran informasi tentang RTRW menjadi sangat penting untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam penggunaan wilayah oleh masyarakat. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi geografis pada penelitian ini akan memanfaatkan konsep Participatory GIS. Penggunaan konsep Participatory GIS dilakukan berdasarkan tujuan dihasilkannya perencanaan tata ruang yang tepat guna sesuai dengan atudan yang sudah ditetapkan.
