Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan harga saham jangka pendek pada PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk. Dan PT. Ekadharma International Tbk. khususnya perubahan harga saham harian, memerlukan metode, model, atau pendekatan yang harus diuji keakuratannya. Ada beberapa model dalam analisis peramalan, antara lain Autoregressive (AR), Moving Average (MA), Autoregressive Moving Average (ARARCH), Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH) Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH)). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini, Hasil dari metode Autoregresif didapat hasil AR(7) dan AR(15), tetapi yang lolos uji statistik adalah AR(15) untuk saham PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES), untuk saham EKAD didapat hasil AR(3), AR(7), dan AR(10), tetapi yang lolos uji statistic adalah AR(7) untuk PT Ekhadarma International Tbk (EKAD). Hasil dari metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), didapat hasil ARIMA (15,1,7) dengan nilai AIC sebesar 11,2407 untuk saham PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES). Hasil untuk saham PT Ekhadarma International Tbk (EKAD) adalah ARIMA (7,1,3) dengan nilai AIC sebesar 10,23868. Untuk peramalan satu minggu kedepan sampai dengan tanggal 6 april 2020, karena 6 april merupakan minggu - minggu pengumpulan tugas dan data yang digunakan adalah dari maret 2019 sampai dengan maret 2020, dan hasilnya didapat forecast yaitu diharga Rp 1.379 untuk ACES sedangkan untuk EKAD didapat forecast yaitu diharga Rp 859.Dan dengan menggunakan metode Vector Autoregressive (VAR). Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, work environment, and motivation have on the performance of PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo employees during The Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study amounted to 100 people, while in determining the sample used The Slovin's Formula with a 5% sample which obtained a sample of 80 employees. This research was conducted from November 2020 to April 2021. The data were collected using quantitative methods and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that: hypothesis testing, The F-count is 34,636. In comparison, The F-table is 2.72, which means F-count > F-table. This result shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The result means that leadership style, work environment, and motivation simultaneously significantly affect employee performance at PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo.

Abstract

Program pelatihan dan pengembangan di BP Jamsostek tetap berlangsung di tengan pandemic Covid-19. Wabah virus corona telah menjadi issue global sejak WHO telah mengumumkanya pada pertengahan bulan Maret 2020. Dampaknya berimbas pada seluruh lapisan negeri serta mengubah berbagai segi kehidupan tanpa terkecuali pekerjaan, pendidikan dan pelatihan. BP Jamsostek sebagai lembaga public yang bergerak dalam bidang jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan melalui Deputi Direktur Bidang Learning turut merasakan dampaknya. Berbagai pelatihan yang seharusnya dilaksanakan secara tatap muka (face-to-face) dihentikan sejalan dengan merebaknya penyebaran Covid-19. Kondisi ini memerlukan penyesuaian baik metode pembelajaran maupun waktu pelaksanaanya. Desain pelatihan dirancang sedemikian rupa agar tujuan dan sasaran organisasi tercapai yakni dengan metode pembelajaran contructive learning dengan penyampaian pembelajaran berbasis digital yakni virtual learning dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom cloud dan Learning Management System/LMS atau e-learning BP Jamsostek. Era globalisasi menuntut setiap generasi untuk mampu berdaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi teknologi khususnya internet saat ini sangat mempengaruhi segenap aspek kehidupan, termasuk pada bidang pendidikan dan pengembangan yang ada di organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana BP Jamsostek mendesain pelatihan dan melaksanakan pelatihan yang berlangsung pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Program pelatihan di desain dengan metode contructive learning yang menekankan pada keaktifan peserta dengan penyampaian pembelajaran virtual learning untuk memenuhi tujuan bisnis organisasi. Tujuannya adalah memenuhi pengetahuan, memperkuat ketrampilan sikap dan perilaku karyawan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam mas pandemic Covid-19. Dari hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa desain pelatihan program dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran desain pelatihan yang telah dirancang. Segenap element pelatihan berepran serta aktif dalam pelaksanaan program ini. Program ini terselenggara tidak hanya untuk memenuhi program kerja dari organisasi namun juga sebagai langkah positif dalam membantu pemerintah dalam menekan penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia. .

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education and workexperiences to employee performance at PT. Global Informasi Bermutu. Descriptivequantitative research methods by using statistical correlation an multiple regression withthe aim of analyzing the effect of the two independent variables (Education and WorkExperiences) on the dependent variable (Employee Performance). The sample used wasan employee of employees as much as 240 respondents who made a sample randomdetermination. The result research showed that from the analysis are known, alsodemonstrated from regression technique and significance, which states that both partiallyand jointly a positive and significant of employee performance. From two independentvariables, the education has the most dominant influence on employee performance.Keywords: education, work experiences, employee performance.

Abstract

The application of business ethics is a very important aspect and needs special attention, because the quality of good school services can be obtained if the application of business ethics runs effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of business ethics and teacher work discipline to the quality of school services. The research method in this journal uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with a critical data analysis model based on data collection in the form of library research, namely the research method for collecting and analyzing data and references to texts/literature. Ethics refers to ordinary human conduct on what is permissible and what is not permissible. Discipline is a particular type or pattern of character developed by the habit of performing those acts, which can be formed by training the desired behavior patterns and expected behaviors in an attitude that leads to living performance. Service quality refers to all economic activities that generate results that meet prime expectations, whether physical goods or services (non-physical). Discipline is a particular type or pattern of character developed by the habit of performing those acts, which can be formed by training the desired behavior patterns and expected behaviors in an attitude that leads to living performance. The results of this study indicate that the application of business ethics is in the high category. In addition, the influence of teacher work discipline on the quality of school services is in the medium category. Based on the research results, there are several recommendations that are needed to improve the effectiveness of quality management, including making continuous improvements and optimizing the total quality management (TQM) approach

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important parts that can influence company development. Factors that affect employee performance involve the role of motivation and conditions in the environment. In this case, comfort is needed to be given to employees when carrying out the work and the responsibilities they have. The article, each employee has a different performance - different, so there is a motivation that can affect employee performance improvement. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through interviews and observations made to company employees. The results prove that factors such as bonuses, facilities and career levels owned by employees have an influence on employee performance. Bonuses are part of the motivation that companies can provide to influence karaywan performance while career facilities and levels are work environment factors that can help improve employee performance.

Abstract

Regulations that Indonesia has adopted to reduce the incidence of COVID-19 have a positive impact on the Indonesian state. The decline in the incidence of COVID-19 proves that Indonesia has succeeded in starting the stage of the COVID-19 Pandemic leading to the endemic of Covid-19. One result of the Covid-19 pandemic was a change in the pattern of work activities, which was originally in the office turned into long-distance (Work From Home). Workers do not go to the office on duty and adequately coordinate with the internet network. . At the same time, the problem of the coronavirus began to subside with the vaccination program, and some industries began to pull their employees back into the office. This subject raises pros and cons so that it also affects motivation in work. This research uses a qualitative approach which is a descriptive research method, and my personal instrument researchers, inductive data analysis, descriptive in nature, prioritizing the way to results. The results of the study emphasize meaning rather than abstraction; the information obtained leads to qualitative information. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study. The descriptive study lists a target of research in a detailed or profound way. This research is carried out by gathering information Information combined through the library study approach, books, journals, and other data information.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world and this huge Muslim population brings great business potential. The restaurant business with halal certification is one of the businesses with great potential, along with the increasing awareness of Muslims regarding the obligation to consume halal food and beverages. The halal certification process of the restaurant business is regulated through the Law and involves the authority who is given authorization to conduct, control and certify the Halal Product Assurance System. Although there are many business opportunities that can be obtained from the halal restaurant business, there are also challenges faced, including the readiness of resources, the availability of the halal ecosystem, and the complication of the halal certification process.

Abstract

This research aims seen safety performance from the perspective of safety plan, safety behavior, and safety culture through management control as a moderating variable, a conceptual framework. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method from the perspective of the conceptual framework. Based on the results of the literature review obtained in this study, there is a paradigm that is developing today that it seems as if work safety is only for the protection of labor safety alone, while the occupational safety factor is also very much needed by companies to maintain investment sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Workload on Employee Loyalty at PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The population in this study were 310 employees of PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The sample used was 175 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula with a convenience sample technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method used SPSS statistic 25 for descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model with SmartPLS 3.0. This study proves that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.
