Abstract

This research aims to see how the financial performance of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk in the period 2018-2019 by measuring financial statements using ratio analysis. Ratio analysis is an appropriate method for measuring financial performance using Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, and Profitability ratios. Data and information in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of this calculation is that the liquidity ratio has increased, which is good for the company. The solvency ratio shows that the company is not sufficient to guarantee the debt provided by creditors so that the company can be said to be in bad condition. The ratio of the company’s activity has increased and also decreased. Whereas the profitability ratio results always decrease so the company has suffered losses, the company must increase its financial performance again.

Abstract

The Coronavirus that was present in the midst ofa society in 2020 really caught the attention. The visible impact not only affects public health but also affects the economy and MSMEs not only in Indonesia but also in various countries. Because of its spread that is too fast then in a number of countries to close the area, which resulted in the difficulty of export and import goods, therefore MSMEs who were previously able to get goods from out of town finally only got goods in Indonesia. This topic will discuss the use of low-cost strategies in MSMEs, especially in Indonesia. The research method used is a descriptive research and based on the results of the questionnaire. And the results of this study indicate that during this pandemic period, consumers are looking for relatively low prices. This is evidenced by the use of the low-cost strategy at MSMEs in this pandemic era.

Abstract

Peraturan yang telah dilterapkan Indonesia untukmenurunkan kejadian COVID-19 membawa dampakpositif bagi negara Indonesia. Penurunan kejadianCOVID-19 membuktikan Indonesia telah berhasilmemulai tahapan dari Pandemi COVID-19 mengarahke endemi Covid-19. Salah satu akibat dari pandemiCovid- 19 merupakan pergantian pola kegiatan kerjayaitu yang semula di kantor berubah menjadi jarakjauh (Work From Home). Pekerja tidak berangkat kekantor untuk bertugas dan cukup berkoordinasidengan jaringan internet. Bersamaan dengan haltersebut, permasalahan virus corona yang mulaimereda dengan adanya program vaksinasi, sebagianindustri mulai menarik karyawannya kembali kekantor. Perihal ini memunculkan pro dan kontrasehingga mempengaruhi juga motivasi dalam bekerja.Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitumerupakan sesuatu metode riset berbentuk deskriptifdan peneliti selaku instrumen kunci, analisis datasecara induktif, bersifat deskriptif, lebihmemprioritaskan cara dari pada hasil. Hasil penelitianlebih menekankan makna daripada abstraksi,informasi yang didapat mengarah informasi kualitatif.Jenis riset yang dipakai dalam riset ini merupakanstudi dekskriptif kualitatif. Studi deskriptif yakni studiyang menarangkan suatu yang jadi target riset dengancara terperinci ataupun mendalam. Penelitian inidilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi Informasidigabungkan lewat pendekatan studi kepustakaan,buku, jurnal, dan informasi data yang lain.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu bagianterpenting yang dapat memberikan pengaruhterhadap perkembangan perusahaan. Faktor yangmemengaruhi kinerja karyawan melibatkan adanyaperanan dari motivasi dan kondisi pada lingkungan.Dalam hal ini, diperlukan adanya kenyamanan yangdiberikan kepada para karyawan ketika menjalankanpekerjaan serta tanggung jawab yang dimilikinya.Pasalnya, setiap karyawan memiliki kinerja yangberbeda – beda, sehingga diperlukan adanya suatumotivasi yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatankinerja karyawan. Metode yang dipergunakan padastudi ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif melaluiwawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan kepadakaryawan perusahaan. Hasil membuktikan bahwafaktor seperti bonus, fasilitas dan jenjang karir yangdimiliki oleh karyawan memberikan pengaruhterhadap kinerja karyawan. Bonus merupakan bagiandari motivasi yang dapat diberikan oleh perusahaanuntuk mempengaruhi kinerja karaywan sedangkanfasilitas dan jenjang karir menjadi faktor lingkungankerja yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerjakaryawan.

Abstract

Facility management services have experienced growth in Indonesia from 2022 to 2027, driven by the expansion of the construction sector. Within the sustainability concept, environmental crises have become a critical issue, necessitating eco-friendly behaviors in industrial and service organizations. PT. Dana Purna Investama (DPI) operates in the Facility Management Services sector, supported by competent human resources specializing in this field. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on OCBE, mediated by job satisfaction. OCBE refers to voluntary pro-environmental behaviors exhibited by employees in the workplace. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select a sample of 125 employees. Data processing using SEM-PLS resulted in the following findings: (1) Organizational culture positively and significantly influences OCBE; (2) Motivation positively and significantly influences OCBE; (3) Job satisfaction positively and significantly influences OCBE; (4) Organizational culture positively and significantly influences job satisfaction; (5) Motivation positively and significantly influences job satisfaction; (6) Organizational culture positively and significantly influences OCBE, mediated by job satisfaction; (7) Motivation positively and significantly influences OCBE, mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of motivation and rewards for Jakarta Regional Training (Pelatda) Muay Thai athletes who won medals at PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra 2024. Athletic performance depends not only on physical and technical abilities but is also influenced by psychological factors including motivation and reward systems. The research employed a qualitative approach with case study design, involving four informants representing all medal-winning athletes (1 silver, 2 bronze) through total sampling technique. Findings reveal the dominance of intrinsic motivation (77%) over extrinsic motivation (23%), with consistency and motivation maintenance strategies as the most critical aspects. Results validate Self-Determination Theory in the Indonesian athlete context and support Achievement Goal Theory with task orientation dominance complemented by ego orientation in national competitions. Jakarta’s reward system successfully creates a supporting environment that fulfills athletes’ autonomy, competence, and relatedness needs. Recommendations include optimizing intrinsic rewards through self-development programs, enhancing more competitive extrinsic reward systems, strengthening performance supporting factors, and developing sustainable reward policies focused on long-term development processes. Further research is recommended using longitudinal and mixed-method approaches with sample expansion to other martial arts sports.
