Abstract

Human rights on the one hand by the concept of natural law is an inherent right of every individual human being since birth, but on the other hand the legality of human rights must be shaped by the flow of positivism. The debate over whether human rights should be stipulated in the constitution also influence the discussion of the UUD 1945. Finally, the UUD 1945 amendments regulate the basic rights of citizens more fully starts from the premise that human rights protection is an important element in the concept of a constitutional state. Incorporated therein also setting mechanism of "judicial review" in the Constitutional Court as a means to avoid any legislation contrary to the fundamental rights of citizens as guaranteed in the constitution.

Abstract

Abstract

Diagnostic radiology is the most significant contributor to irradiation in the general population. Unnecessary irradiation of workers, patients, and the public during radiological procedures should be significantly reduced without affecting the medical diagnostic value. This study was conducted to analyze and evaluate the radiation dose rate, radiation protection facilities and radiation worker dose of Radiology Installation of Pariaman Regional Hospital. The method of determining the radiation dose rate at the Radiology Instalansi of Pariaman Hospital uses a PDR 303 gamma surveymeter and the rooms to be measured are CT-Scan rooms, conventional X-rays and mammography. Collecting data on radiation protection facilities, then it will be analyzed based on Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency Regulation No. 4 of 2020 and radiation worker dose data in 2023 will be analyzed based on Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency Regulation No. 4 of 2013. The results of the study showed that the radiation dose rate around the CT-Scan room was found to be (0.24-1.61) μSv/hour, the conventional X-ray room with irradiation using the minimum exposure factor obtained a radiation dose rate around the room ranging from (0.013-0.33) μSv/hour and with the maximum exposure factor obtained a dose rate around the room of (0.33-1.08) μSv/hour and the mammography room obtained a radiation dose rate of (0.03-0.40) μSv/hour. The radiology room facilities used by Pariaman Hospital are in accordance with the standards set by Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency Regulation No. 4 of 2020. And the dose rate received by radiation workers at Pariaman Hospital is below the Dose Limit Value set by Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency Regulation No. 4 of 2013. Based on the results of this study, it is found that there are several measurement points in the CT-Scan and conventional X-ray rooms that exceed the community dose limit value.

Abstract

Based on the study of radiation dose rates in the Radiology Installation of Pariaman Regional Hospital using a Raysafe surveymeter, it can be reported that the radiation dose rate in the CT-Scan room is measured at (0.30-1.27) μSv/hour. In the conventional X-ray room, the radiation dose rate is found to be between (0.2-0.5) μSv/hour, while in the mammography room, the dose rate ranges from (0.00-0.40) μSv/hour. These findings indicate that the highest radiation exposure occurs in the CT-Scan room, which aligns with the higher complexity and intensity of the imaging procedures performed there. The relatively low dose rates in the conventional X-ray and mammography rooms suggest effective radiation shielding and adherence to safety protocols. Continuous monitoring of radiation levels is essential to ensure they remain within safe limits for both patients and medical staff. Furthermore, this data can be instrumental in optimizing exposure parameters, helping to minimize unnecessary radiation exposure while maintaining diagnostic quality. Implementing regular training for staff on radiation safety practices is also critical, as it enhances awareness and adherence to established protocols. Overall, these measures contribute to a safer radiology environment for all involved.

Abstract

Mastering Hiragana letters is very necessary in learning Japanese. The large number of letters makes it difficult for students to learn and sometimes students also feel bored to write them down in books. Therefore, an innovative learning model is needed in mastering Hiragana letters. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with read or punishment card game on Hiragana mastery and to find out students' response to the application of Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with read or punishment card game on Hiragana mastery. This research uses qualitative research using a descriptive analysis approach. The source of data is class X SMA N 10 Padang students totaling 35 students. The instruments used were posttest questions, non-tests including observation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results of this study showed that most students responded positively as seen from the students' scores which had increased. This is evidenced by the results of the total percentage of the overall postest answer value and student questionnaires in the good and very good categories. Thus, it can be concluded that the application and student response to Thus, it can be concluded that the application and student response to the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with read or punishment card games on the mastery of hiragana letters can be used as an alternative to learning the mastery of hiragana letters.
