Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja guru sekolah Singosari Delitua. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan model deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi akan menjadi sampel penelitian dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 guru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala iklim organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur, tanggung jawab, penghargaan, resiko, kehangatan, dukungan, standar kinerja, konflik. Adapun kepuasan kerja terdiri dari ciri pekerjaan gaji, penyelia, rekan kerja, kondisi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 90 guru, lebih dari 50% menyatakan iklim organisasi rendah dan lebih dari 25% menyatakan sedang sehingga yang menyatakan tinggi masih dibawah 10%. Sedangkan untuk indikator kepuasan kerja, lebih dari 50% menyatakan rendah dan 25% menyatakan sedang sehingga yang menyatakan tinggi masih dibawah 10%. Artinya iklim organisasi di sekolah tersebut belum baik dilihat dari semua aspek dan kepuasan kerja guru masih rendah dilihat dari semua aspek.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran dukungan sosial dan subjective well being siswa yang ada di sekolah Singosari Kecamatan Delitua, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas 12 dan sampelnya sebanyak 100 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala jenis likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hail penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan dukungan sosial siswa rendah. Terlihat dari hasil empiris dari dukungan emosional hanya 2 siswa yang tinggi dan 30 siswa sedang dan 68 siswa rendah. Dukungan penghargaan tidak memiliki siswa yang tinggi dan sendang ada 24 siswa, rendah ada 76 siswa. Dukungan instrumental ada 6 siswa tinggi, 19 siswa sedang dan 75 rendah. Kemudian dukungan informatif ada 4 siswa tinggi, 31 sedang dan 65 rendah. Kemudian siswa yang indikator kebahagiaannya tinggi ada 3, sedang 26 dan rendah 71 siswa. Indikator kepuasan hidup ada 2, sedang 32 dan rendah 66 siswa.

The purpose of this study was to construct and validate the jihad academic scale. Because jihad is broadly divided into major (non-physical) and minor (physical) jihad, this research focuses on the construction of the major (non-physical) jihad, which is carried out in the academic or how they strive to study in their education. The study consisted of a pilot study (n=61), a first study (n=183), and a second study (n=183), using a convenience sampling technique. A quantitative method with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) design followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Validity uses to construct convergent and discriminant validity—analysis using the JASP program. The results of the EFA study formed three dimensions. The CFA results stated that the proposed model was fit based on the CFI=0.94 (> 0.90) SRMR=0.05 (< 0.08) GFI=0.91 (> 0.90). But still not fit in accordance with p-value 2=0.01 (> 0.05) and RMSEA=0.06 (< 0.05). Then it has been reliably seen from α = 0.88 (> 0.70). Then the convergent validity is seen from the academic resilience scale with the correlation value of Pearson's (r = 0.41) and Spearman's (rho = 0.35) with each masing p-value < .001. Then, for discriminant validity, it can be seen from the school burnout inventory scale with the correlation value of Pearsons (r = - .11) with p-value=.012 and spearman's (rho = - .21) with p-value= .00438. The normality assumption of Shapiro-Wilk (W= 0.87) with p-value < .001. Overall, this scale can be used in a university environment and can then be developed at other levels of education with a larger number of samples to confirm each factor.

Recently, no research was found to differentiate reading motivation but focused on reading interest, so this research aimed to look at differences in students' reading motivation based on school type and gender because these two issues are rarely analyzed. Two hypotheses are proposed, namely (H1) There are differences in reading motivation based on gender (H2) There are differences in reading motivation based on school type. Strata took samples and data using a reading motivation scale, which will then be analyzed using a t-test. The results of this study explain that there are no differences in rural students' reading motivation based on gender, meaning that this study rejects the first alternative hypothesis. However, we accept the second alternative hypothesis because it proves differences in reading motivation based on school type. The impacts and recommendations are explained later in this research.

The purpose of this research was to explore the concept of qalb which is explained in the Al-Quran in order to describe qalb according to the wishes that explain qalb, in this case is the Al-Quran. The research question was whether qalb in the Qur’an can be conceptualized based on the Qur’an and sunnah (hadith that explain the Qur’an). This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to the Qur’an with the Qur’an. The primary data in this study were the Al-Quran and sunnah (hadith that explain the Qur’an) while the secondary data in this study were from books and journals whose explanations are related to qalb. The results of this study have theoretically proven that qalb can be conceptualized based on the Al-Quran and sunnah (hadith which explain the Al-Quran). It is hoped that the results of this research can be followed up by operationalizing based on the findings in this study to build a qalb measurement tool that have not been found around the world. Across-sector collaboration is also needed to continue this research which must also prioritize the Qur’an rather than human opinion so that it is clear to distinguish psychology in general from Islamic psychology.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover at CV. Sumber Harapan Tani. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was 47 people and a sample of 47 people, the researchers used a total sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis using the correlational analysis method, it is known that there is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of -0.725 with p or significance 0.000 0.050, which means the hypothesis which states that there is a correlation a negative and significant correlation between job satisfaction and turnover accepted. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R2)which has a value of 0.526, this is equivalent to 52.6%, meaning that job satisfaction for employees contributes 52.6% to turnover employeeIn this study, job satisfaction of employees is low, based on the empirical average value obtained (37.98) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (50). Furthermore, it is known that turnover in CV. Sumber Harapan Tani is classified as high, it is based on the empirical average value obtained (66.15) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (52.5).

This research aimed to test two hypotheses with confidence, namely the effect of family support on positive affect through academic motivation, and the effect of friend support on positive affect through academic motivation. A qualitative method was used including the 268 participants collected through convenience sampling. The result of the research showed that family support has a significant influence on positive affect, while friend support had no significant impact. Furthermore, the role of academic motivation is consistent with the hypothesis, showing a strong correlation. This research also provides insightful discussions on limitations and offers valuable suggestions for further investigation.

Kelelahan pengasuhan merupakan kondisi psikologis yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas interaksi dalam hubungan pasangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kelelahan pengasuhan dan pola komunikasi pada pasangan muda dengan menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala Kelelahan pengasuhan dan pola komunikasi pasangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan pengasuhan berhubungan positif dengan pola komunikasi demand/withdraw (yang menuntut dan menarik diri) (r = ,313) dan pola komunikasi critize/defend (yang mengkritisi dan membela diri) (r = ,302). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kelelahan pengasuhan, semakin tinggi kecenderungan menggunakan pola komunikasi demand dan critize dalam hubungan pasangan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis null ditolak dan hipotesis alternative diterima. Implikasi dan keterbatasan penelitian dijelaskan selanjutnya.

The study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and compensation on the work motivation of daily journalists at the Online Journalists Association (IWO) in Medan. This research used a quantitative method, with a population of 152 journalists and a sample of the entire population, namely 152 daily journalists at the Online Journalists Association (IWO). The researcher used a total sampling technique. The results showed a significant influence between organizational climate and work motivation, as seen from the calculated t-value of 21.242 and the t-table of 1.976. The significance value was 0.000, or less than the alpha value of 0.025. This means that the organizational climate variable significantly influences journalists' work motivation, or the first hypothesis is accepted. The significant influence of compensation on work motivation is demonstrated by the calculated t-value of 7.301 and the t-table value of 1.976. A significance level of 0.000 is lower than the alpha value of 0.025. This indicates that compensation significantly influences employee work motivation. The first hypothesis is accepted, and there is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and compensation on work motivation, as seen from the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.630 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, indicating a 63.0% contribution of organizational climate and compensation to work motivation. These results are supported by the F-test, where the calculated F-value is greater than the F-table value, which is 992.749, and the F-table value is 3.06, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050.
