Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Panai Tengah, untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Panai Tengah. Melihat betapa pentingnya motivasi yang kuat dalam belajar untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi pada siswa serta keadaan yang terjadi tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan maka peneliti ini berkeinginan untuk melakukan penelitian pada permasalahan ini dengan tujuan yang telah disampaikan di atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang didapatkan dari observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi yang telah dilakukan yaitu siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Panai Tengah terbukti memiliki motivasi yang rendah dalam belajar dengan beberapa faktor penyebabnya yaitu faktor lingkungan sekolah, faktor lingkungan siswa dan faktor diri siswa itu sendiri. Solusi yang peneliti dapat tawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kompleks ini adalah dengan cara semua aspek memberikan upaya terbaiknya untuk mempermudah mencapai tujuan yang ingin diraih.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan membaca dan kemampuan.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the validity of e-modules based on project based learning, (2) determine the practicality of e-modules based on project based learning, (3) determine the effectiveness of e-modules based on project based learning, and (4) determine whether there is a significant correlation between interest and learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 Medan with the sample studied was class XI IPA 2. The data analysis technique is carried out by: e-module feasibility test according to BSNP, learning interest test, and correlation test between learning interest and learning outcomes. The results obtained in this research are: (1) E-modules based on project based learning are considered "valid" after being validated by 1 chemistry lecturer with an average material assessment of 89% and an average media assessment of 92% which can be categorized as “very feasible”; (2) e-modules based on project based learning can be considered "practical" after receiving chemistry teacher responses with an average percentage of 94% which can be categorized as "very feasible" and student responses with a grade of "very feasible". average grade of 98%; (3) e-module based on project based learning is considered "effective" with a posttest score of 93, an increase from 58, resulting in an N-Gain score of 0.83 (83%), which means it is in the high criteria; (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes where “rhitung” is 0.6471 and “rtabel” is 0.361. Abstract

Kecerdasan harus diajarkan kepada anak sedini mungkin, salah satunya mengajarkan kecerdasan sosial. Pentingnya mengajarkan kecerdasan sosial kepada anak-anak untuk memberikan kesempatan yang lebih baik kepada mereka dalam rangka memanfaatkan potensi yang mereka miliki. Tidak sedikit anak yang cerdas secara akademis gagal dalam kehidupan sosial dan lainnya. Artinya, terdapat faktor lain di luar kecerdasan intelektual yang menunjang keberhasilan anak dalam kehidupannya. Kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan non-intelektual berperan sama penting dalam menunjang kesuksesan individu, kemampuan non-intelektual sangat penting untuk memprediksi kemampuan individu dalam mencapai kesuksesan hidup. Kemampuan intelektual dan non-intelektual sama penting dan saling menunjang, meski keduanya memiliki cara kerja yang berbeda. Tentu yang diharapkan adalah bukan kemampuan salah satunya tetapi keseimbangan antara keduanya. Salah satu kemampuan non-intelektual yang harus dilatih sejak dini adalah kecerdasan sosial (social intelligent).

Abstract

Management of school-based quality improvement (MPMBS) is a management model that gives greater autonomy to schools and encouraging participatory decision making directly involving all groups in school such as teachers, students, principals, employees, parents and communities to jointly improve the quality of schools according to the vision and mission that has been designed. Schools will have greater authority in managing the school if you get greater autonomy so that schools can be more independent. Schools are also becoming more able to develop programs that fit with the ideals and potential. Management of school-based quality improvement is part of a program of school-based management which is the antithesis of centralized management through decentralization programs in education and community participation is high. Autonomy was granted for school more freely manage all the resources to manage in accordance with the priority needs so that schools become more responsive to the needs of its users or the surrounding community.
