Abstract

Abstrak : Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada  Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam tentang erosi di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Delta Pawan Kabupaten  Ketapang? Adapun tujuan dari masalah adalah mendeskrifsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan peningkatan  hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam materi erosi di kelas IV Sekolah Dasr Negeri 01 Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam tentang erosi di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang, yaitu pada siklus 1 peserta didik yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 13 orang atau sebesar 61,90 %  meningkat menjadi 18 orang atau sebesar 85,71 %  pada siklus 2 sehingga porsentase peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 23,81 % .   Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, metode eksperimen   Abstract: A common problem in this study is whether the application of the experimental method can improve the learning outcomes of students in the Physical Sciences of the erosion in the fourth grade Elementary School District 01 Delta Pawan Ketapang? The purpose of the issue is mendeskrifsikan planning, implementation, and improvement of learning outcomes using experimental methods in the study of Natural Sciences of material erosion in fourth grade elementary school Delta State 01 Pawan Ketapang. The results showed that the application of the experimental method can improve the learning outcomes of students in the Natural Sciences learning about erosion in the fourth grade Elementary School District 01 Delta Pawan Ketapang, on cycle 1 students who achieve a passing grade for as many as 13 people or 61.90 increased to 18%, or by 85.71% in cycle 2 so porsentase improving student learning outcomes at 23,81%.   Keywords: outcomes learning, experimental method

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the phenomenon that occurs in online restaurants in the city of Banjarnegara where online marketing strategies and competition should be a good impact on increasing sales. achieve a consistent increase in sales. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of online marketing strategies and competition in online restaurants in Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, the data obtained from the research sample were 80 people. The sampling technique of this study used the Accidental Sampling method. Multiple linear regression data analysis. Quantitative analysis in this study uses validity and reliability tests with Cronbach'a Alpha. Classical assumption test includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity. The results of this study indicate that partially online marketing strategy has an effect on increasing sales, partially competition has no effect on increasing sales and simultaneously online marketing strategies and competition have an effect on increasing sales. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.562, which means that the percentage of online marketing strategy variables and competition affects an increase in sales of 56.2% and the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Kidneys are one of the organs of the body that have a very important function in life. The main function of the kidneys is to excrete metabolic waste products. Chronic kidney disease is a result of the gradual loss of kidney function. Chronic kidney disease occurs when the kidneys are unable to maintain an internal environment consistent with life and the restoration of useless functions. Data mining is one of the fastest growing technologies in biomedical science and research. In the field of medicine, data mining can improve hospital information management and telemedicine development. In the first stage of data mining process, data processing is done with pre-processing by handling missing values ​​and data transformation. Then, the feature selection stage is carried out using the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm to find the best attributes. Next, it is done by classifying the dataset. The algorithm used for classification is the C4.5 Algorithm and the Support Vector Machine. Both classifications are known as algorithms that have a fairly good level of accuracy. This study uses the chronic kidney disease dataset from the UCI Machine Learning Repository. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the comparison between the C4.5 Algorithm and the Support Vector Machine after applying the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm. This research increases the accuracy by 100% for the C4.5 Algorithm and 98.75% for the Support Vector Machine by using 24 attributes and 1 class attribute.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki posisi yang strategi dan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas semua warga negaranya menjadi warga negara yang memiliki harkat dan martabat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membandingkan sistem pendidikan Indonesia dengan sejumlah negara seperti Jepang, Korea Selatan, serta Singapura, dengan fokus pada aspek kurikulum dan infrastruktur. Metode yang digunakan ialah analisis kualitatif terhadap sejumlah data yang diperoleh dari beberapa sumber, baik dari buku, artikel ataupun laporan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia cenderung lebih kaku dan berorientasi pada ujian. Jepang memiliki kurikulum yang mewajibkan peserta didiknya memiliki etika dan pendidikan karakter yang baik. Singapura menerapkan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dan berbasis kompetensi. Sedangkan Korea Selatan kurikulumnya menekankan lebih kepada pemberian bekal kompetensi untuk mereka terjun langsung ke lapangan dengan pengalama. Selain itu infratruktur pendidikan di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan, seperti kekurangan fasilitas dan akses yang tidak merata, dibandingkan dengan negara yang memiliki sistem pendidikan maju serta memiliki infrastruktur modern dan akses yang lebih baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlu adanya reformasi dalam kurikulum dan pengembangan infrastruktur pendidikan di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan pendidikan dan menjawab tuntutan global. Diharapkan penelitian ini bisa dijadikan acuan dalam pembuatan kebijakan dan merumuskan strategi peningkatan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct or indirect effects of performance issues in a service company, namely "Toha Okky Heru & Rekan Public Appraisal Services Office," with work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment as intervening variables to demonstrate their impact on employees performance.The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected using an online questionnaire distributed to a sample of 111 respondents. The Likert scale with a range of 1 to 10 was used, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The instruments underwent tests for validity and reliability, multicollinearity, and R-Square (goodness of fit) evaluation.The results showed that Leadership Style does not have a positive effect on Employee Performance, with an original sample value of 0.175 and at statistical value less than the t table (0.872 < 1.982), indicating that Leadership Style has no significant effect on performance. Job Promotion was proven to have a positive effect on Employee Performance, with an original sample value of 0.495 and at statistical value greater than the t table (2.740 > 1.982), indicating that Job Promotion has a significant impact on employee performance. However, the Work Environment was also found not to have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with an original sample value of 0.146 and at statistical value less than the t table (0.938 < 1.982).Based on the research results, leadership style does not have a significant impact on employee performance at KJPP Toha, Okky, Heru & Rekan. This suggests that leadership that does not actively engage with employees or communicate effectively does not significantly affect job performance. In contrast, job promotion has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Employees who receive promotions feel appreciated and motivated to work better, thereby improving their overall performance. Furthermore, the work environment does not have a significant impact on employee performance, indicating that once the work environment is adequate, further improvements in the work environment will not greatly affect performance.

Abstract

In the learning process, teachers play an important role in implementing effective and efficient learning. Teachers need several strategies and methods used in order to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of strategies and methods applied in class X MA Abu Amr. The research method used is the survey method, through interviews and distributing questionnaires in the form of paper questions to 24 students. Then the data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the methods and strategies by MA Abu Amr in class X are effective, but due to minimal facilities, students are less satisfied in the learning process and learning seems monotonous. The lack of facilities at MA Abu Amr is due to the majors system carried out in class XI in accordance with the independent curriculum, the reason the school has not completed the facilities is because it is feared that there will be a lack of interest in new students in the MIPA department. However, from the results of the research, it was found that there was a fairly high interest from MA Abu Amr students in the MIPA major.
