Abstract

The phenomenon of Covid 19 pandemic that has been going on since 2020 has brought changes in our society, including the demands put on working mother that needs to help with household needs and working as employee as well. This study conducted to examine the effect of patience on working mother’s stress level during the Covid 19 pandemic. The sampling techniques used was non-probability samping with total respondents of 244 working mothers. Literature review was conducted in collecting data to build a foundation concept of patience in Islam and the construct validity was conducted with quantitative approach. The results showed a significant effect of patience on stress by 9% with significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05).

Abstract

Bullying behavior in schools, including pesantren, has become a global phenomenon that has an impact on the psychological well-being of students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of moral detachment, self-esteem, and school climate on the bullying behavior of students at Sipurs Purwakarta Islamic Boarding School. This study also analyzes whether school climate can moderate the relationship between moral indifference and self-esteem in bullying behavior. The approach used is a quantitative approach where data is collected through a survey of Madrasah Aliya (MA) Pondok Pesantren Sipurs students who are involved in bullying behavior in the 2024-2025 school year. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the psychological factors that influence bullying behavior in the pesantren environment and the role of the school environment in reducing the intensity of bullying. The results of this study provide theoretical contributions to the development of educational psychology and practical benefits in the development of policies and interventions that can create a safer school environment and support students' social and psychological development. This study also aims to provide insights to educators and schools about the importance of creating a positive school environment to prevent bullying.

Abstract

Kecurangan akademik merupakan perilaku menyontek saat ujian, menyalin tugas teman, menggunakan internet untuk mengerjakan soal, hingga manipulasi nilai oleh siswa atau orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kecurangan akademik pada siswa SMA dan SMK. Menggunakan metode scoping review, peneliti menelusuri 100 artikel melalui database Science Direct dan Google Scholar, lalu menseleksi menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA hingga diperoleh 20 artikel yang relevan. Hasil review menunjukkan 14 faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kecurangan akademik, di antaranya tekanan tekanan tinggi, goal orientation, minat belajar, kematangan emosi, kedisiplinan, iklim sekolah, mediasi monitoring, konformitas teman sebaya. moral disengagement, kontrol diri, regulasi diri, prokrastinasi, kepercayaan diri, hardiness, efikasi diri.. Meskipun berbagai faktor telah teridentifikasi, masih sedikit penelitian yang mengeksplorasi hubungan antar faktor serta konteks sosial dan psikologis di balik perilaku ini. Diperlukan studi lanjutan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan intervensi pencegahan untuk memahami serta mengatasi kecurangan akademik secara lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Today's children, especially school students, really need the internet to complete their schoolwork. If children are free to access the internet without parental supervision, it can have fatal consequences. This condition will certainly be even more worrying because gadgets will eventually replace the social role of children that they should do, such as interacting with parents, friends, the environment, and creativity in the real world. In addition, gadgets canconnect them to the world of violence, disturbances, and negative shows. Various challengin affect children's minds, make them addicted, and are very likely to connect them to the world of violence, disturbances, and negative shows. Various challenging conditions faced by these children, community service activities are carried out, with the aim of educating parents so that they can make the right efforts in caring for and educating children in this digital era. This community service is carried out by providing educational materials (parenting) to parents under the guidance of the Gober PAUD Kasih Ibu in Serang Districk.

Abstract

Moral is an important thing in a person's character. However, today Indonesian society has experienced many moral setbacks, especially among adolescents. This causes a moral crisis in adolescents. Although the crisis was realized, it was never known empirically about the moral crisis that occurred. This study intends to test the construct validity of the moral character instrument by means of a confirmatory factor analysis approach. The author's moral character instrument is compiled using a Likert model. Participants in this study were junior high and high school students in two different schools with a total of 153 (n = 153). The results of the CFA analysis show that the multidimensional model on moral instruments is declared fit with the data. However, there are several notes regarding the considerable number of invalid statement items on moral instruments.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out more about the law of prize lots according to the Islamic perspective. The prize lots with prizes is increasingly prevalent in the community, and is becoming a familiar thing. Prize lots is one form of allowing products in an institution, especially in the banking world. Prize lots in BNI Syariah banks is carried out to attract customers to transact using Syariah Banks. This study uses a qualitative method based on literacy theory and methods. This study is based on the laws that exist in the Qur'an, hadith, and fiqh rules that allow Prize lots with terms and conditions that do not come out of Islamic teachings. In this study, the practice of the iB Hasanah BNI Syariah Savings Prize lots is that the customer opens an iB Hasanah Savings account at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Ampel Surabaya and if the customer has a minimum balance or meets the requirements to participate in the lucky draw, the bank will automatically provide a lottery number for entered in a lottery to determine which customers are entitled to receive prizes. From this study, the authors can conclude that the practice of Prize lots with iB Hasanah Savings at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Ampel Surabaya is not a gambling practice (maysīr) which is forbidden by Islam because the practice does not fulfill the elements of gambling, namely the presence of a party who bets, the determination of the winner. and done face to face. Keywords: Prize lots, Lucky Draw, Islamic Bank, Prize           Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih tentang hukum undian berhadiah menurut perspektif Islam. Undian berhadiah semakin marak di masyarakat, dan menjadi hal yang tidak asing lagi. Undian berhadiah menjadi salah satu bentuk memperkenankan produk di suatu lembaga, utamanya dalam dunia perbankan. Undian berhadiah dalam bank BNI Syariah dilakukan agar menarik nasabah untuk bertransaksi menggunakan Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang berlandaskan teori dan metode literasi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada hukum yang ada di Al-Qur’an, hadits, dan kaidah-kaidah fikih yang membolehkan undian berhadiah dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang tidak keluar dari ajaran Islam. Dalam riset ini, praktik Undian Berhadiah Tabungan iB Hasanah BNI Syariah adalah nasabah membuka rekening Tabungan iB Hasanah di Bank BNI Syariah KCP Ampel Surabaya dan apabila nasabah telah memiliki saldo minimum atau memenuhi persyaratan untuk mengikuti undian berhadiah maka secara otomatis pihak bank akan memberikan nomor undian untuk diikutkan dalam undian untuk menentukan nasabah mana yang berhak mendapatkan hadiah. Dari penelitian ini, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa praktik undian berhadiah Tabungan iB Hasanah pada Bank BNI Syariah KCP Ampel Surabaya bukanlah merupakan praktik judi (maisir) yang diharamkan oleh Islam karena praktek tersebut tidak memenuhi unsur-unsur judi yaitu adanya pihak yang bertaruh, adanya penentuan pemenang dan dialkukan secara berhadap-hadapan langsung.
