Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of digital technology on human rights in the modern context. The main focus is on online privacy, freedom of speech, and personal data protection. The research method is qualitative through a literature review and involves literature analysis to understand fundamental issues. This study highlights risks related to online privacy and questions regarding freedom of speech on social media. Additionally, the protection of personal data also takes a significant focus, with an emphasis on the need for appropriate regulations. Despite challenges, the digital era also brings opportunities for human rights campaigns and increased awareness. This research provides essential guidance for policies that can uphold the integrity of human rights in the ever-evolving digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of promotion and service quality on customers' decisions to save at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch, both partially and simultaneously at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch. The type of research used is quantitative. This research uses two independent variables, namely promotion and service quality with one dependent variable, namely the customer's decision to save. The population in this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch customers, totaling 100 customers determined the sample size in this research by making the population a sample so that the sample for this research is 50 respondents. The data source for this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. Promotions influence customers' savings decisions. Promotion and service quality together influence customers' savings decisions. The service quality variable has a significant influence on customers' decisions to save at BRI Bank Medan Gatot Subroto Branch, having at value of 2.537 with a significance of 0.014. Then the value in the distribution table (0.025) is 2.011. So the calculated t value is 2.537 > t table 2.011, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected so that the service quality variable has a significant influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the customer satification in shaping customer loyalty. The research method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research is a quantitative method of sampling nonprobability determination using incidental sampling. The results showed that the quality of service a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand equity and product quality did not significantly affect customer satisfaction. While on customer loyalty, brand equity, quality of service, and the quality of the product showed a significant influence.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out if there is a significant influence of leadership styles, culture, work environment and the motivation of loyalty against the performance of employees at PT Multi Asia Satu. A sample of these studies amounted to 33 employees working PT. Multi Asia Satu. Sampling techniques using sampling of saturated. This research uses the time horizon that is cross sectional. The research methodology used is a quantitative research methodology, with the kind of descriptive research and associative. Data collection is done using questionnaire and the study of the literature. The results showed that there was no significant influence between the leadership style and the culture of the work environment against employee performance and loyalty, there was significant influence between the motivation of loyalty against the performance of employees. The results of this study suggest the company is expected to give awards for employees who perform so that employees are motivated in their work.
