Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel X (kompensasi) dan variabel Y (kinerja). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RSUD Tuan Rondahaim Pamatang Raya. Berdasarkan metode sampel insidental, total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Jumlah kuesioner yang disebar sebanyak 62 eksemplar dan yang dapat kembali serta diolah sebanyak 62 eksempalar. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Jumlah t-hitung (8,382) > dari jumlah t-tabel (1,99897) maka Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinarja karyawan pada RSUD Tuan Rondahaim Pamatang Raya.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1. pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa bimbingan belajar Rangking. 2.pengaruh promosi produk terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa bimbingan belajar Ranking dan 3. Bagaimana pengaruh citra merek dan promosi terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa bimbingan belajar rangking secara bersamaan. Hasil penelitian ini: 1. Hasil analisis regresi citra merek Y=15,495+0,389, artinya citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa Bimbingan Belajar Ranking Deli Serdang. 2. Hasil analisis regresi promosi Y=3,72+0,745X2, artinya promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa Bimbingan Belajar Ranking Deli Serdang. 3.Hasil analisis regresi berganda citra merek dan promosi Y = 2,070+0,087X1+0,712X2 artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara Citra merek(X1) dan promosi (X2) terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa Bimbingan belajar Ranking cab. Deli serdang Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of promotion and service quality on customers' decisions to save at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch, both partially and simultaneously at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch. The type of research used is quantitative. This research uses two independent variables, namely promotion and service quality with one dependent variable, namely the customer's decision to save. The population in this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch customers, totaling 100 customers determined the sample size in this research by making the population a sample so that the sample for this research is 50 respondents. The data source for this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. Promotions influence customers' savings decisions. Promotion and service quality together influence customers' savings decisions. The service quality variable has a significant influence on customers' decisions to save at BRI Bank Medan Gatot Subroto Branch, having at value of 2.537 with a significance of 0.014. Then the value in the distribution table (0.025) is 2.011. So the calculated t value is 2.537 > t table 2.011, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected so that the service quality variable has a significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Marketing Mix Development Strategy in Lesehan Coffee Business in Tebing Tinggi City Using the Market Segmentation Priority Scale Method. The results showed that the Organizational Factor variable i (X1). i has an effect on the Loyalty variable (Z). hypothesis 2 can be iseen that the variable Compensation (X2). From this description it can be seen that tcount (4.919) i> ttable (2.042), and a significance ivalue iof 0.000 i<0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Compensation variable (X2) affects the Loyalty variable (Z). Hypothesis 3 can be seen that ithe Organizational Factor variable (X1). X1) has no ieffect on the Performance variable (Y). hypothesis 4 can be seen that the variable Compensation (X2). From this description it can be seen that tcount (2.690) > ttable i(2.042), and a significance value of 0.012<0.05, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, imeaning that the Compensation variable (X2) affects the Performance variable (Y). hypothesis 5 can be seen that the variable Loyalty i(Z). From this description it can be seen that tcount (1.891) < ttable (2.042), and a significance value of 0.069 i<0.05, iit ican ibe concluded that the fifth ihypothesis iis rejected, meaning ithat ithe Loyalty ivariable (Z) has no effect on the Performance variable (Y). Based on the results of the intervening test, it shows that the direct iinfluence of Organizational Factors (X1) on ithe Performance variable (Y) s 0.678. While the indirect effect through the Loyalty Z variable is 0.548 x 0.550 = i0.3014, the calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Loyalty Z ivariable is smaller than the direct effect on the Y Performance variable. Based on the results iof the intervening test, it shows that the direct effect of compensation (X2) to Performance (Y) of 0.730 and Compensation (X2) through the variable Loyalty (Z) to Performance (Y) of 0.276 x 0.550 = 0.1518. From the calculation results obtained, it shows that the indirect effect through the Loyalty variable (Z) is greater than the direct effect on the Performance variable(Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction on nurse performance in employees of CV. Car Palace. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to employees of CV. Istana Mobil as many as 98 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is the normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing, namely the T test. The results of SPSS in this study are the work discipline variable (X1) has an effect on the performance variable (Y). ), the compensation variable (X2) has no effect on the performance variable (Y), the job satisfaction variable (X3) has no effect on the performance (Y), and the hypothesis test is the F test of work discipline (X1), compensation (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) has a simultaneous effect on performance (Y)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara penempatan pegawai dan kinerja pegawai di Poskesdes Merdeka, Kabupaten Karo. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumen dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai. Hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara penempatan pegawai dengan kinerja mereka. Faktor-faktor seperti tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman kerja terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, serta ketepatan waktu penyelesaian tugas dan tanggung jawab.Meski demikian, penempatan pegawai di Poskesdes Merdeka belum sepenuhnya optimal. Terdapat beberapa pegawai yang ditempatkan tidak sesuai latar belakang pendidikan atau usia yang kurang mendukung posisi jabatan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar proses penempatan pegawai lebih memperhatikan kualifikasi yang tepat, terutama terkait latar belakang pendidikan dan usia, guna meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja organisasi.
