Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu (research gap) dan perbedaan fokus bahasan tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, terdapat pula permasalahan penelitian (research problem) tentang penurunan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor cabang Gianyar. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor cabang Gianyar sebanyak 42 orang karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jenis data menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta sumber data primerdan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor Cabang Gianyar. Artinya, semakin baik kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja, dukungan sosial maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor Cabang Gianyar.

Abstract

The legal protection of local workers in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Regional Regulation (Perda) of Bali Province Number 10 of 2019 concerning the implementation of Manpower, Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, Regional Regulation of Bali Province Number 5 of 2020 concerning Standards for Organizing Balinese Cultural Tourism, in companies located in Saba Tourism Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency is a study of researchers. Companies located in Saba Tourism Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency employ local workers in all fields, and it is highly expected that the Government in general and employers as investors and local workers in particular that arrangements regarding legal protection and local labor development models require separate policies from employers, where the employer is also obliged to foster good relations with all parties, namely investors, the Saba Tourism Village community and the Government of Gianyar Regency, because the policies and regulations issued by the company are inseparable from its supervision, to avoid the possibility of arbitrary actions by employers against the local workforce itself. The method used is empirical legal research, with primary data through field research, secondary data through library research. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the local workforce development model in the Company located in Saba tourist attraction Blahbatuh District Gianyar Regency, as well as the constraints and obstacles faced by a company in applying the legislation. From the research results obtained that the local labor development model seen from the condition of the internal factors of local labor development in improving the economy of the Saba tourist village community is still greater than the weakness factors, while the condition of external factors is still greater than the opportunity factor threat. The local workforce development strategy in improving the economy is a wearknes-opportunity (WO) strategy, namely improving the skills of local workers in the formal or informal sector, especially for local workers, then improving facilities and infrastructure and supporting human resources (HR), the employment training center (BLK) for training and improving the business skills of local workers in various sectors, accelerating services and prioritizing business investment rules so that they can absorb more local labor. While the empowerment of local labor in the Krisna souvenir business, Ajik's milk pie business, Aloe Vera business, Villa and Restorant business, Turtle Breeder business, Plaminggo business located in the Saba tourist village, Gianyar Regency, in accordance with the Bali Provincial Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2019 concerning the implementation of Manpower has agreed with the Blangsinga traditional village to coordinate with the Customary Village and it has been agreed to employ local labor around 70% from local labor in the Blangsinga traditional village, and 30% from outside labor. This shows that the local workforce recruited comes from their birthplace or is native to the area where they live and are domiciled in the area and are proven by identity cards (KTP) and family cards (KK). As well as the role of traditional villages in empowering local labor is very large, very influential on the company's commitment and there must be approval from the traditional village every time they recruit workers, with the aim that there is a balance between the rights and obligations of companies operating in the village which contributes to the welfare of the surrounding community and automatically provides welfare from the economic aspect. The targeted scientific journal output is a Sinta 4 Accredited National Journal entitled KertaWicaksana Journal, as well as a 2024 research report, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

Abstract

Abstract. Difabel or disability is a term that includes interference, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. A disorder is a problem with the body's function or structure; An activity limitation is a difficulty faced by an individual in carrying out a task or action, while a participation restriction is a problem experienced by an individual in involvement in life situations. So disability is a complex phenomenon, reflecting the interaction between the characteristics of a person's body and the characteristics of the society in which he or she lives. This community partnership program aims to increase partners' entrepreneurial motivation and provide skills in the use of internet media to support product marketing functions in the form of proactive marketing strategies in order to increase life independence. The methods used in this service are: lectures, question and answer discussions, and demonstration methods for online marketing training programs. The result of this activity is that participants in this case people with disabilities who are under the Bhakti Happy Hati Gianyar Foundation are very enthusiastic about listening to counseling related to literacy and motivation to increase the entrepreneurial spirit and understand using social media applications as online marketing as an effort to increase life independence.  Abstrak. Difabel atau disabilitas adalah istilah yang meliputi gangguan, keterbatasan aktivitas, dan pembatasan partisipasi. Gangguan adalah sebuah masalah pada fungsi tubuh atau strukturnya; suatu pembatasan kegiatan adalah kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh individu dalam melaksanakan tugas atau tindakan, sedangkan pembatasan partisipasi merupakan masalah yang dialami oleh individu dalam keterlibatan dalam situasi kehidupan. Jadi disabilitas adalah sebuah fenomena kompleks, yang mencerminkan interaksi antara ciri dari tubuh seseorang dan ciri dari masyarakat tempat dia tinggal. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kewirausahaan mitra serta memberikan keterampilan dalam penggunaan media internet untuk menunjang fungsi pemasaran produk berupa strategi pemasaran yang proaktif agar dapat meningkaatkan kemandirian hidup. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah: ceramah, tanya jawab diskusi, dan metode demonstrasi untuk program pelatihan pemasaran online. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peserta dalam hal ini penyandang disabilitas yang bernaung dibawah Yayasan Bhakti Senang Hati Gianyar sangat antusias mendengarkan penyuluhan berkaitan dengan literasi dan motivasi untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta memahami menggunakan aplikasi media sosial sebagai pemasaran online sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian hidup.

Abstract

Marga Dajan Puri Village is located in the Marga District of Tabanan Regency. The livelihoods of the village residents are quite diverse, with the majority engaged in agriculture and plantations. Based on the initiative of several villagers, they formed a group to cultivate Organic Seedless Israeli Lemon, consisting of 13 farmers led by Mr. I Made Suastika. The products they produce include lemon fruit, grafted seedlings, and organic fertilizer. There are several issues related to the management of this business, namely the lack of financial record-keeping, the absence of a promotional system to market their products, and production equipment that is already in disrepair. The activities conducted to assist this lemon farmer group include providing training and support for simple financial record-keeping, creating an online marketing promotion strategy, and procuring some new equipment. The goal of this service activity is to enhance the partners' understanding of business financial record-keeping and marketing, as well as to improve their production capacity. The expected outcomes of this activity include the implementation of simple bookkeeping, increased business turnover, production volume, and market share. The targets to be achieved are: enhanced competitiveness, increased turnover and added value for UMKM, application of science and technology in UMKM, publication in national/international journals, online media publication, and uploading videos on YouTube channels

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and dividend policy on firm value with institutional ownership as a moderating variable. The study was conducted in the financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 22 companies. Data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that profitability and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value. In addition, institutional ownership is proven to strengthen the positive relationship between profitability and dividend policy with firm value. This finding supports the signaling theory which states that profitability and dividend policy provide positive signals to investors regarding the company's prospects. This study contributes to investors and management in decision making, by emphasizing the importance of good corporate governance to increase firm value. The practical implications are that companies are advised to increase profitability, stable dividend policies, and involve institutional ownership to minimize agency conflicts and maximize firm value.

Abstract

Purpose:Online purchase intention for a product is determined by several indicators. "The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of e-WOM, perceived self-efficacy, and herding behavior on online purchase intention during Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City.Methodology:The population in this study was all Shopee app users in Denpasar City, with an unknown exact number. A purposive sampling method determined the sample size at 100. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, while hypotheses were tested using the F-test and t-test.Findings:The results of this study indicate that E-WOM, perceived self-efficacy, and herding behavior have a simultaneous positive effect on online purchase intention on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City. E-WOM has a partial positive effect on online purchase intention on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City.Implication:Perceived self-efficacy has a partial positive effect on online purchase intentions on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City, and Herding behavior has a partial positive effect on online purchase intentions on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The suboptimal management approach with a humanistic perspective, particularly in developing intellectual capital, contributed to the low performance of Medium Enterprises amid rapid organizational changes. Intellectual capital became crucial in adapting to globalization, where MSMEs needed to navigate external threats and opportunities. This study examined digital transformation's role in moderating the relationship between intellectual capital and medium enterprises' performance through organizational learning. Using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0, a sample of 99 medium enterprises was analyzed. Results indicated: 1) High intellectual capital improved organizational learning, 2) Neither intellectual capital nor organizational learning directly improved performance, 3) Digital transformation strengthened the impact of intellectual capital and organizational learning on performance.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of financial literacy, income level, and lifestyle on the financial management practices of millennial employees in Denpasar City. Financial management referred to the efficient handling of finances, while financial control involved evaluating whether financial management aligned with the budgeted plans. Millennial employees faced challenges such as limited financial resources and rising living costs, highlighting the need for strong personal financial management skills. The study aimed to address issues like impulsive spending and poor financial planning among millennials. Data were gathered from 75 respondents through a validated and reliable Likert scale questionnaire, selected via incidental sampling. Descriptive analysis provided a profile of the respondents, which served as a foundation for further statistical analysis using multiple linear regression.
