Abstract

The Village Credit Institution (LPD) owned by Desa Adat in Bali is oriented to strengthen the economy of indigenous peoples (krama adat) through lending (loans) and savings. The main source of capital for LPDs is the commitment and trust of all village manners which are submitted through the Adat Village Management Board (Prajuru) and the LPD Board. The strengthening of LPDs is in its management and accounting system and its supervision, because it is not uncommon for LPDs that are already large due to weak monitoring systems, poor management and accounting systems to misuse LPD funds utilization which causes LPD to no longer be operational or temporarily bankrupt like LPD in Adat Selulung Village, Kintamani Bangli. The bankruptcy of the LPD was also caused by the weakness of the Prajuru Adat in taking quick steps to replace corrupt officials on the one hand, while on the other hand it did not abolish its obligation to return funds that could not be accounted for through the imposition of civil sanctions or those known as pamidanda (sanction) in awig-awig.

Abstract

Environmental awareness among MSME actors in the Dauh Puri Kangin Village area is important to consider as it can positively impact the environment and public health. Here are some key points regarding the environmental awareness of MSME actors: 1. Applying business environmental ethics can reduce the negative impact of MSME production and create business sustainability. 2. Understanding and awareness among MSME actors are necessary for waste management. 3. The government needs to assist MSMEs by facilitating waste management, such as ensuring the operation of wastewater treatment facilities. In addition to environmental awareness, MSME actors also need to pay attention to other issues, such as limited business capital, licensing problems, financial management, lack of product innovation, and difficulties in business development. Digital marketing mechanisms for MSMEs in the Dauh Puri Kangin Village area can be implemented using digital technology and online platforms to achieve marketing goals. Some digital marketing strategies that MSMEs can adopt include: 1. MSMEs can create their own sales website to design the layout, ambience, product catalogue, and promotions. The website should be mobile-friendly for easy access via smartphones. 2. MSMEs can leverage social media as a promotional tool for sales. They can create special groups on platforms like WhatsApp and Line to send product catalogues to loyal customers. 3. MSMEs can collaborate with marketplaces to sell their products. Marketplaces like Shopee and Tokopedia provide security for MSMEs regarding payments. 4. MSMEs can implement email marketing as an online marketing strategy. 5. MSMEs can provide responsive and effective customer service through digital channels such as email, social media, and online chat. Important principles in digital marketing include understanding the target market and consumer behaviour in the digital space, identifying digital platforms that align with the target audience, and analyzing data to measure marketing performance.

Abstract

Bali has started to develop honey bee cultivation of the stingless bee type. The type of honey bee that is widely cultivated by the people of Bali is the Trigona laevicep species known as "snake-kele" The cultivation of the honey bee kele-kele (Trigona Sp) is now being eyed by the public, because the results of this beekeeping are very promising, while in terms of investment costs it is not too big and this bee doesn't sting. Br Balangan, Sembung village, is one of the villages that has been cultivating honey bees, but they do not understand how efforts should be made to increase the number of bee colonies due to limited capital. Through the addition of bee colonies, it is hoped that the amount of production will increase and be profitable in the long term. In response to this, the University of Waradewa Community Service team provided assistance with the Strategy for fulfilling UKM Capital for the group of honeysuckle beekeepers at Br. Balangan, Sembung Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.. Honey is a commodity from non-timber forest products (HHBK) which has many benefits, and there is quite a high demand for consumer honey for catfish honey, but currently the production of honey is still low due to a lack of colonies/ nest of sorrel. Breeders need to add more colonies by buying plots of catfish that already have queens from Kalimantan. In order to increase the capital of the breeders, it is necessary to provide assistance in determining the Strategy for fulfilling the Capital for UKM Honey Bees Trigona Sp. in Br. Balangan. Through the fulfillment of capital, honey production can increase so that Br. Balangan becomes a village producing catfish honey.

Abstract

One of the villages in Bali that is suitable as an area for developing kele-kele (Trigona spp) honey cultivation is Bongkasa Village, Abiansemal, Badung. This condition shows that group management is not good so that in the research year in 2022 there were still 8 active members with a total of 477 colonies. The method used in collecting data for this research is survey and interview methods with primary and secondary data sources. The analysis technique used is Payback Period (PBP), Net Present Value (NPV) analysis. With indicators measuring interest rates and net cash inflow compared to investment, getting a positive NPV of IDR 800,390,453 means that the investment is worth continuing, even on a larger scale
