Abstract

Globalization has had the impact of changes in the management of an organization, both business and non-business organizations. Every organization will survive if it has a competitive advantage. The research objective is to build sustainable competitive advantage in managing organizations in the education sector. This research explains how the knowledge management process, termed Knowledge Management, is influenced by business strategy mediation in increasing sustainable competitive advantage. Respondents are structural academic officials at private universities in Bali. The number of respondents was 100 people from 6 private universities in Denpasar. The sampling method uses non-probability purposive judgment sampling, where the sample is limited to structural officials in the academic field. This research uses descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics are used to determine the characteristics of respondents and describe respondents' answers. Inferential statistics using Partial Least Square.to analyze data and test hypotheses.The research results show that the influence of Knowledge Management on business strategy and competitive advantage is positive and significant, business strategy mediates the influence of the KM process on competitive advantage. This means that the better the knowledge management process, the more relevant the strategies used, the more competitive advantage will increase. The implications of this research indicate that private higher education institutions in Bali need to adopt innovative strategic approaches to increase competitiveness.

Abstract

Purpose:Online purchase intention for a product is determined by several indicators. "The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of e-WOM, perceived self-efficacy, and herding behavior on online purchase intention during Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City.Methodology:The population in this study was all Shopee app users in Denpasar City, with an unknown exact number. A purposive sampling method determined the sample size at 100. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, while hypotheses were tested using the F-test and t-test.Findings:The results of this study indicate that E-WOM, perceived self-efficacy, and herding behavior have a simultaneous positive effect on online purchase intention on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City. E-WOM has a partial positive effect on online purchase intention on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City.Implication:Perceived self-efficacy has a partial positive effect on online purchase intentions on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City, and Herding behavior has a partial positive effect on online purchase intentions on Shopee live streaming of fashion products in Denpasar City.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of financial literacy, income level, and lifestyle on the financial management practices of millennial employees in Denpasar City. Financial management referred to the efficient handling of finances, while financial control involved evaluating whether financial management aligned with the budgeted plans. Millennial employees faced challenges such as limited financial resources and rising living costs, highlighting the need for strong personal financial management skills. The study aimed to address issues like impulsive spending and poor financial planning among millennials. Data were gathered from 75 respondents through a validated and reliable Likert scale questionnaire, selected via incidental sampling. Descriptive analysis provided a profile of the respondents, which served as a foundation for further statistical analysis using multiple linear regression.

Abstract

Purpose:This research aims to test and analyze the influence of menu variations, location and service quality on purchasing decisions.Methodology:This research was conducted at Terrace Brasserie Canggu with a significant research sample 100 respondents were taken using the Slovin formula. All data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaires are suitable for use. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The results of this research show that (1) Menu variations, location and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu, (2) Menu variations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu. It means that the more menu variations there are, the more purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu will increase. (3) Location positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu. It means that the more strategically the location is, the more purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu will increase. (4) Service quality positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu.Implication:This means that the more service quality increases, the more purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of workplace environment, work discipline, and financial compensation on employee performance at PT BPR Naga Batubulan. Employing a saturated sampling technique, 40 employees were selected as respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results reveal significant and positive effects of the workplace environment, work discipline, and financial compensation on employee performance. The study underscores the importance of these factors in enhancing overall productivity, job satisfaction within the organization. By recognizing the significance of a conducive work environment, effective work discipline, and fair financial compensation, companies can better strategize for employee retention and performance improvement. This research provides valuable insights for HR practitioners and organizational leaders aiming to optimize workforce effectiveness and morale.

Abstract

In line with contemporary developments, women today, both in urban and rural areas, often take on multiple roles due to expanded opportunities for self-development. In Bali, where Hindu cultural and religious practices are prevalent, this trend has led to the formation of groups like Serati, who create ceremonial offerings (banten). The Serati Ayu Yadnya group in Desa Adat Sempidi, coordinated by Ayu Made Trisnawati, has met local demand through cooperation with other Serati groups. To boost their income and expand market reach via digital marketing, they need accurate accounting practices. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice and work experience on employee performance, (2) the influence of organizational justice and work experience on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and (4) the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of organizational justice and work experience on employee performance. This study was conducted at Dwaraka The Royal Villas, Ubud, Gianyar, with a research sample of 54 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. All data were obtained from questionnaire distributions that had been tested for validity and reliability and were suitable for use. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). The results of the study show that: 1) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 2) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 4) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) Job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational justice on employee performance, 7) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work experience on employee performance.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the key factors for the success of a business. Many business failures occur because customers are disappointed, leading them to seek alternative similar products. Customer satisfaction is influenced by many factors such as product quality, brand image, and price. The problem formulation in this study is how product quality, brand image, and price affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image, and price on customer satisfaction. The population in this study consists of customers of Kyuwka The Label in Denpasar City, and the sample includes 98 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Data analysis techniques include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, and t Test using SPSS version 26. From the research results, it was found that product quality, brand image, and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Contemporary consumers are more selective when purchasing goods and services. For this to be successful, businesses need to understand what customers want and provide it to them. Price, online customer reviews, and how the brand is perceived all influence purchases. This study examines how price, online customer reviews, and brand image influence purchase choices. The sample consisted of 89 economics students from Warmadewa University who used Wardah skincare products. SPSS version 26 was used for the quantitative study. Several tests were used to analyze the data, including validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, F-tests, and t-tests. The study found that consumers were positively and significantly influenced by price, online customer reviews, and brand image when making purchasing decisions. People are highly influenced by price, online customer reviews, and brand image when making purchases. Scientists recommend that Wardah Skincare improve the quality of its products by developing new ideas and using better ingredients. Improve the quality of raw materials, blending, and dosage. Products must meet consumer expectations, and prices must reflect product benefits.
