Abstract

Abstract

Apart from having the authority to make authentic deeds, notaries also have the authority to identify users of their services. The authority of a Notary to apply the principle of recognizing service users is the attribution authority obtained from Permenkumham No. 9 of 2017 and the legal consequences for a Notary who does not apply this principle is that the Notary may be subject to administrative sanctions based on UUJN. In applying the principle of recognizing service users, Notaries are asked to dig up information in the form of the identity of service users and the acquisition of sources of funds which will later be reported to PPATK. In order to approach writing, the author uses a normative juridical research approach. The writing in this research emphasizes the legal norms contained in in legislation and court decisions as well as legal norms inherent in society.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of innovation management in the implementation of deep learning in the primary school curriculum through a literature review. The study examines relevant national and international literature, covering the concepts of deep learning, implementation challenges, and the integration of innovation management within the context of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The findings indicate that the successful implementation of deep learning is strongly influenced by teacher readiness, instructional leadership of school principals, curriculum innovation, professional development of teachers, collaboration among stakeholders, as well as the availability of resources and consistent policy support. Teachers with an open mindset toward innovation, digital literacy, and collaborative skills are able to implement meaningful and reflective learning. Furthermore, the integration of simple technology and the utilization of local resources support adaptive learning practices despite limited facilities. Based on these findings, this article recommends strategies to strengthen innovation management through transformational leadership, the establishment of teacher learning communities, digital technology integration, and cross-stakeholder synergy to enhance deep learning implementation in primary schools. This study contributes by emphasizing innovation management as a key factor in creating a systematic, adaptive, and sustainable learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Hindu Religious Education in Central Kalimantan demonstrates distinctive characteristics due to its close interaction with the beliefs and ritual practices of Kaharingan Hinduism, which remain actively practiced within local communities. Despite this cultural richness, the implementation of Hindu Religious Education incorporating Kaharingan local content at the senior high school level remains limited, particularly in terms of the availability of structured teaching materials and systematic instructional design. This study aims to examine the implementation of Hindu Religious Education based on Kaharingan Hinduism local content in public senior high schools in Palangka Raya City. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research design. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Informants were selected using purposive sampling and included school principals, Hindu Religious Education teachers, and students. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the integration of Kaharingan Hinduism local content has been implemented through curriculum alignment and teachers’ pedagogical initiatives, particularly by integrating local values, rituals, and religious teachings into classroom instruction. However, the implementation largely depends on individual teachers’ competencies and initiatives due to the absence of standardized teaching materials that systematically present Kaharingan Hindu teachings. Therefore, the development of context-based instructional materials and the enhancement of teachers’ professional competencies are essential to support effective, meaningful, and sustainable Hindu Religious Education.
