Abstract

Juwet (Syzygium cumini)  is a plant that has benefits as a medicine for type II diabetes mellitus, lungs, coughing, laxative urine. However, juwet is a scarce plant, it needs cultivation as a form of cuonservation. One of them is by utilizing biotechnology, which is of plant tissue culture. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of 2,4-D and BAP growth regulators on the growth of juwet embryonic callus and the effect of the combination NAA and BAP on the growth of axillary bud juwet as a conservation effort. This research is experimental. Using a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with combination 2,4-D (0; 0.5; 1; 1.5; 2; 2.5; 5) mg/L, and BAP (0; 0.25; 0.5; 0.75; 1) mg/L and combination NAA (0; 0.25; 0.5; 0.75; 1) mg/L and BAP (0; 0.5; 1; 1.5; 2) mg/L. Analysis by Two Way ANAVA test α = 5%. If there is a significant difference, the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test with a significant level of 5%. Addition of 2.5 mg/L and 3 mg/L 2.4-D without BAP can induce intermediate callus, brownish yellow and there is a large cell nucleus in each cell. While the results of axillary bud growth is treatment in BAP 1 mg/L without NAA is the most effective interaction on the emergence of buds is 26.6 days after planting with the total of buds as much as 6.66, and the highest buds 5.37 cm and the highest total of leaves, namely 8.33 strands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis politik hukum Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bekasi dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan selama periode 2020–2023 berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kota Bekasi Nomor 4 Tahun 2018 tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-empiris dengan metode deskriptif-analitis. Data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat penurunan jumlah penduduk miskin dari 2020 hingga 2023, tingkat kedalaman dan keparahan kemiskinan justru meningkat. Faktor penyebab meliputi alokasi anggaran yang kurang memadai, distribusi bantuan sosial yang tidak tepat sasaran, dan kurangnya koordinasi antarinstansi. Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2018 dinilai efektif dalam beberapa aspek, seperti pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui UMKM dan pelatihan keterampilan. Namun, implementasi kebijakan masih menghadapi kendala. Studi ini merekomendasikan pendekatan yang lebih terpadu untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pengentasan kemiskinan di Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

This article examines the concept of “jadal” in the Qur'an, which is a form of discussion or debate used as a means of communication and learning. The study is divided into several important parts. First, the theme of jaddal in the Qur'an is identified and analyzed, showing that jaddal is used to affirm the truth and guide humans towards a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings. Second, the purpose of jaddal is explained as a means of testing and strengthening faith, as well as encouraging humans to think critically and reflectively.Then, the article outlines the procedure of jaddal based on guidance from the Qur'an, which involves the use of rational arguments and thoughtful dialogue. The ethical evaluation of jadal according to the Qur'an emphasizes the importance of maintaining etiquette, honesty, and goodwill in any discussion. In this regard, jadal is seen as an activity that focuses not only on winning arguments, but also on discovering greater truths. The article also identifies the wisdom of jaddal in the Qur'an, namely as an educational tool that enriches religious understanding and strengthens social relations through constructive communication. Finally, the influence of jadal in Qur'anic interpretation is analyzed, showing that jadal can enrich interpretive perspectives and broaden religious understanding. With an analytical and critical approach, this article contributes to the academic literature by offering new insights into the role of jadal in theological and social dynamics in Islam, as well as its relevance in the context of modern society.
